He made the paperwork and process so simple, but most importantly, he helped us prep and understand what we really needed in a house and what we absolutely did not want. When the right house popped up, we were ready to make the call within an hour of listing and Kris was right there with the paperwork to make it happen. He helped our offer stand out and we ended up closing on the first house we put in an offer for! We would not be in this house right now with a different agent, I know that for sure.
