Gretchen and Steve are absolutely phenomenal realtors and I cant recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a home. I feel like they practically made the impossible happen--getting two hapless millenial first-timers into a house in Nashville during the most competitive sellers market in years--and they never gave up on us. Gretchen especially is an amazing advocate to have in your corner. She is well connected and incredibly knowledgeable about all things houses, the housing market, Nashville, everything--I learned so much from talking to her. She does an amazing job considering things from every angle and empowering you with the information needed to make the best decision. Most importantly, she works tirelessly, day and night, for her clients. She was always just a phone call or text away, even for the smallest questions, and really stayed on top of everything through the whole process--and even after! She even came and met us on a Sunday just for a photo op in front of the house we bought--talk about above and beyond! Steve was also incredibly helpful, hardworking, and also comes to the table armed with expert-level knowledge of the market. He was so patient with us as we dragged him all over Nashville, Smyrna, and La Vergne to look at houses. They make a great team. If one is not available, the other is able to fill in, which turned out to be so important (buying a house is a 24/7 project!) Five stars well deserved for both of them and our infinite appreciation for all they did for us.

We had been considering downsizing for a couple of years and when the time was right, chosing the best realtor to represent us was the first decision to be made. There are so many realtors out there that it seemed like an impossible decision to make. Thankfully, my wife had signed up to receive Steves newsletter. It was obvious that he understood the market and how to go about helping us find what we were looking for and also selling our existing home. In addition, Steve has a wonderful partner in his wife, Gretchen, who is also a realtor. We had very specific criteria for our new home and after seaching high and low for several months, Steve decided wrote to existing homeowners that had homes in our target area that we were interested in. Lo and behold two individuals responded and we ended up offering a contract on our perfect home BEFORE it went on the market. Then we went about putting our existing home on the market and thanks to the Jollys expert advice, we had a contract for more than asking price in just two days!No matter what we needed, they were always there for us. They made us feel like we were their only clients. They are hard working, professional and genuinely nice people. And because we engaged them to help us buy and sell a property, they offered us a discount on their commission on the sale of our home. We cannot say enough good things about Steve and Gretchen. Great experience AGAIN with Steve! Selling our house from a distance was made super easy by him. With the Covid-19, Steve was able to hold open houses, create Virtual Tours and get our home sold extremely quickly!Steve has also provided us with with great advice during the listing and negotiating phases and has done so with the 3 times weve worked with Steve.Certainly recommend and will be using him again!
