Mrs Ellen is the best!! Shes professional and she knows what shes doing. Not sure why the negative comments, but i am a constant client and I have yet to have a bad experience. She takes her time and she explains the process. Do you want quality or fast work... my results have been amazing and I can totally see the difference.

Ellen is the best for electrolysis for African American hair. She’s done my chin and so far she’s the only one to actually give me results (and I’ve been to 2 other places in Franklin and downtown). She is very good at explaining the hair growth cycles.

Mrs. Ellen is an awesome electrologist. I have been to several different places in the Nashville /Brentwood area and she is by far the most skilled clinician I have visited thus far. I never have to worry that I will leave with burns or scars. Also the pricing is very reasonable.

Terrible. This lady lacks such professionalism. Went there three times while visiting family and her prices kept changing for the same amount of time. I believe this is why her prices are not posted on location.**WARNING** If she believes you have money she will charge you more!! She talks about other clients in front of you. She cant keep track of how much money she owes you back after you pay for service. When you correct and inform her she miscounted she gets upset and starts trying to argue. Horrible! Visit Brentwood for better service!!!
