I spent several hundred dollars for laser removal for a small are for hair removal. I was very disappointed in the wasted time i spent driving an hour to the facility to not have the treatments work. I know there is not a hundred percent guarantee but to not even notice any difference is very disappointing. I also at one time showed up to have the office closed. A lady who had worked there quit and her text notifications did not stop to let people know they no longer had an appointment. It was overall very frustrating experience with a lot time and money wasted.

I love this Medspa!!! Being African-American, I never thought laser hair removal would work on me. My skin tone is that of a peanut butter or caramel complexion, however, my under arms and pubic area or shade darker. This makes Laser hair treatments a difficult task. I’ve tried a couple other Med spas for laser treatments, with no results. When I would ask about the reason I’m not having results, I was always told because of my skin tone. Well that hasn’t been the case with Cavi Medspa. I’ve noticed results in just for sessions. Heather is the best and I highly recommend this med spa.

I had an amazing experience with Devin, and cannot recommend enough! I used the Groupon to give dermaplaning a shot since I have never tried it before, and now I will definitely be a repeat customer. I have tried going to other spa locations in Nashville and even a dermatologist and finally found the personal skincare advice I have been searching for! I feel like Devin is committed to helping me meet me skin goals and I cant wait to see her again.

I bout a groupon for a facial and dermaplanning. The girl did not use any steam or anything to open my pores before she did my extractions. It felt really dry and uncomfortable. It was not a relaxing environment the esthetician probed me like an interview or first date I did not want to be on while she was squeezing pus out of closed pores. It felt extremely dirty. Oh and I had to pay $15 extra dollars for the extractions because it was not included in the “facial”.

I received a massage from Nancy and it was great! I work out 3-4 times a week and she was able to pin point my soar points. She even noticed that my Knees had some tight spots without me saying anything beforehand. She gave me some great advice on stretches and things to help relieve some of my bad spots. I will definitely be going back.

I’ve done 7 or 8 treatments on my underarms with no difference in hair growth. I contacted the spa and spoke with Heather who informed me that if I had irregular periods, history of excessive hair growth, etc that it could take as many as 15 treatments. I have NONE of these issues. Been regular to the day for the last 10 years. She said she would look at my chart and contact me again to let me know what levels they were using. Never heard another word. Also, I’m supposedly the best candidate. Very fair with dark hair- my best friend had 3 treatments at REAL salon and has zero hair remaining. Spend your money at a real salon!
