I couldnt even make an appointment. When I called I was on hold, which is fine. I then got sent to voicemail, also fine. Whats not fine is their voicemail was full so the call would just drop. I did this about seven times in a row before I eventually gave up.

DO NOT GO HERE, EVEN IF DESPERATE. I would give zero stars. Left me COVERED IN HAIR AND WAX. Two weeks later I have ingrown hairs EVERYWHERE. I went for a full leg and bikini and they wouldnt refund me, only make another appointment with someone more experienced. This isnt about experience its about being thorough and doing your actual job. That chick should be fired the way she left me. Wasted two hundred dollars on the worst service I have ever had.

Pros: very easy to get an appointment. Cons: extremely overpriced, very unprofessional. I’ve left here every time bruised and feeling very disappointed. It seems like they hire anyone and are more focused on selling you a membership and worthless products than providing quality service. They don’t leave the room while you get undressed and the service takes twice as long and is twice as painful than any other salon I have visited. I’ve gone there only when my usual salon doesn’t have an opening for convenience sake. Don’t go here. You will overpay for terrible service.

I was being rushed. The people working there were extremely rude and unclear. They didnt listen to what I wanted. The service was so aggressive and forceful I had to leave in the middle of my appointment. When I called to complain, nobody apologized or refunded me. I would urge anyone looking for a wax to go to any other place in the city. Ive never had such a terrible experience and I wont be back.

I decided to go here because it was recommended by a relative who used this company in a different state. The people at the front desk were great But once I got to the young lady who did my Brazilian wax it was a very uncomfortable experience. She had zero bedside manners and seemed to be annoyed when I would ask questions. Brazilian wax is a very painful service for the most part therefore I was expecting more understanding and patience. But the young lady seemed to have an attitude with my response to pain and my questions. It was to the point that I felt as though I needed to apologize for asking questions, and did so. This was my second Brazilian wax ever so of course I was going to ask questions. While I am sure they have other people working there who might be great, this particular person was not and I will definitely not be going back especially if I would have to work with her.

Zi is the best!! She has been my favorite waxer for over a year. She is so thorough in making sure every hair is removed. I just love her!

I’ve been to several other EWC locations in the area and have never had an experience like the one I had here. I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time (and I shouldn’t have even stayed that long - tried to leave twice and was told “she’s coming right now”). The girl I booked with either took a walk-in before me or decided to just take her time on the appointment before me. Finally, I asked where she was and was told “she’s just taking a break after her last appointment.” I literally heard the manager working go back and yell for her because they didn’t know where she was. Ended up waiting because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else. Unfortunately, it was the most painful Brazilian I’ve EVER had in my life!! The technician was rushing the entire time and was super messy so I ended up with wax on my leg when I left. She didn’t listen to me when I said the wax was too hot, and she missed a bunch of spots.Thank god I got half off of my service, but I’ll never go back to this location. Super unprofessional and disorganized.Try Brentwood or Franklin instead!!

Ive been waxed by a handful of waxers at a couple studios and HAILEY at ewc is hands down the BEST! She consistently does a wonderful job and is great to talk to. and she makes me so comfortable, which is a big deal! but another big deal- I went in this week and it was the second time the air was out. This seems to be a reoccurring problem at this location, and one they seem to have no urgency in addressing. I stayed relatively comfortable, but this problem reflects very poorly on management at this location. It shows lack of concern for customer comfort (very important in this industry!), quality of service, and most importantly (in my opinion) lack of care for the employee’s work conditions. All of that said- !!!do not let this stop you from booking with Hailey!!! She cares about her job, she cares about her clients, and I’m never disappointed.

I’ve been going here for several years and shame on me for staying but it is now to the point that it’s unbearable and I am 100% done. Since the latest manager came on board ( they seem to rotate every few months) they get appointments mixed up, staff is leaving so often that I can never get the same person twice, the voicemail is always full, the website doesn’t work and it’s impossible to reach them to reschedule when it’s their fault.I have also had to tell multiple waxers that they missed obvious spots which shouldn’t be the customer’s jobs. I have had to go home and rewax myself!!!!I had an appointment today that was made in person on my visit a month ago and yet again they told me the waxer had left and they said they had let me know. I never heard from them. More importantly the person they told me that left wasn’t even the person I had an appointment with in the first place. I asked to have the manager Jenn call me but I’ve heard from no one.I don’t know how this is still classified as a business because it’s definitely not run like one and I will not be going back. Don’t waste your money here.

I love this place. Waxing changed my life... Ill never go back to shaving. This is roughly how I was looking in my lower region before and after my wax. Hailey worked a miracle on me.

I LOVED my most recent visit at this location. They have a newer gem and her name is Cat and she did a phenomenal job w my Brazilian! She made sure that all the unwanted hair was GONE. My last two visits, I’ve noticed that there was still hair left that could have definitely been removed but this visit, I’m as smooth as a baby bottom. Plus very friendly and great conversation holder.

Cici is AWESOME! She was so thorough and nice and made me so comfortable. Super happy with the results and the girls at the front desk were really sweet too. :)

I’m disappointed with my results. I went to this center for the first time for a Brazilian wax. As soon as I got there I was greeted & taken to the back, great! The waxer was good & talked to me the entire time which was awesome! HOWEVER, when I later got home to shower, I noticed that I still had hair that should’ve definitely been waxed. I’m not sure if they are timed but she was moving pretty quickly which I think caused her to miss a few spots that should’ve definitely been waxed. I can’t speak for anyone else but when I get a wax, I expect it to be a completely clean wax. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this center any time soon.

I had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I was not greeted as I entered, instead I was asked of my appointment time. I arrived for my first appointment with this company (2 minutes) outside the allowed 9 minute window. My late arrival was due to the GPS taking me to the adjacent strip mall center (1st time at this location). This is also a high traffic area. The manager stated that there were no exceptions despite it being my first experience with this store. I was not offered any kindness nor any reassurance that my experience would be great if I had rescheduled. I chose not to reschedule due to their lack of tact, kindness, and consideration during an already stressful time. Shame on the manager for not acknowledging my concerns.

This place made me feel very uncomfortable, My Brazilian wax was patchy. She didn’t go over with tweezers. “ because she had another client coming. “ Very aggressive didn’t apply pressure after ripping the wax. I feel sticky and I had wax all over me still. The Women at the front desk unprofessional. Don’t come here and waste your money or time

I have been calling for 2 days to reschedule my brazilian wax and they DO NOT answer the phone!! The phone prompts you to press 1 to leave a message for them to call you back but the voicemail is full and cannot accept anymore messages. I finally got a girl to answer my call today and she asked me if she could just cancel my appointment and let me reschedule it myself online. I asked her who did my last brazilian since that was my first time going there and I really liked her. She hurriedly placed me on hold then after a couple of minutes hung up on me. I do not recommend this location because they obviously cannot multitask!

Whoever answers the phones...I think she’s the sales manager is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and should NOT be the first face you meet when coming here. I had a horrible experience with her and I really hope that no one encounters her as a first time guest. This place really needs some work in professionalism and needs to hire workers who actually CARE about providing an exceptional experience to all guests. The owner should be notified and ashamed of whoever this woman is. The Esthetician’s working there probably get the run around with this woman as I was told by my waxer. Sad. Won’t be coming back and I advise you all to go to the Franklin location where you can get some respect

I have been to this location twice. I asked them to schedule me with the same girl and they did not for my second wax. During my second time there I got a Brazilian and the waxer got wax on my jewelry and just yanked instead of carefully taking it off. It was very uncomfortable and she was the only water who had not been able to work around it. Also when I got home I noticed that there was a lot of waxable hair left and I was covered in wax. More than the usual and acceptable amount. I sent a complaint to the EWC instagram account and they said uppermanagement would contact me. All i received was a survey. Very disappointed with the results, very disappointed with how its been handled, and was not worth the 30 minute drive or the almost $100 that I spent to get waxed there.

I was referred to European Wax Nashville by a close friend when I moved to Nashville a few months ago. After scheduling my appointment, I learned of the “your first wax is on us,” offer and was even more excited about my appointment with this as an added perk. Upon arrival, the greeting I received was subpar, especially as a first time customer. As I was being checked in, I was asked to provide my ID. It was at this time that I was told the first time guest offer was only applicable to Tennessee licensees. Because this business is not specific to Tennessee only, I wondered why such a restriction would be in place, and also why it would not be specified on the site; as this promotion is very much so misleading. Furthermore, as a Nashville resident who just relocated, it seems a bit divisive to have this stipulation in place. Consistent with the dry greeting I received upon entering, I was told “it says call for restrictions.” My initial instinct was to decline moving forward with my appointment given these factors, but Shayla is the ONLY reason I’m glad I didn’t. She was very personable, professional, and inviting. If this review were solely based on her service, my review would have easily been 5 stars. However, it was my experience with this business overall that made my visit unpleasant and a huge determining factor of why I will not be back and do not recommend this location.

I have been going to European Wax Center in Green Hills for 4 years. I always buy a wax pass (which they push on you along with getting harassed to buy products every time you are in there). This year, they screwed up my wax pass, charged me for a year of Brazilian which I never have gotten in the past 4 years. Took a while to get a partial refund when I noticed the error. My waxer quit and I have moved an hour away with no wax center near my new home. For over a month, manager Jenn would not call back. Got the new manager Stacy who called back after I called on a weekly basis. She said Jenn was out and would call me on Wednesday. A week later no call, I call back Stacy says shes been out sick. Then calls back and says yeah no refund its longer than 30 days. They did the same thing to another friend but told them no refund because of Covid. Lies. I told Stacy I will reach out to the franchise owner in NJ and corporate in Texas. She says corporate isnt in Texas. I corrected her and said the franchise owner (Dipali Patel) is in NJ, EWC corporate is in Texas (just moved from Florida). Sad when management doesnt know their owners. So...the place got filthy, the front desk staff are rude and screw up your account, you are pressured to buy products, good waxers are quitting every month (turnover is ridiculous there) and when you want your money back for almost 7 months of service you wont use because it isnt worth the gas or time to drive an hour to get an eyebrow and bikini wax (15-minute service -and if you are late by 9 minutes you lose your appointment so forget traffic), they refuse to refund you. BEWARE!!!! Not worth the money!!!!! As a follow up, I was informed that they encourge their waxers to pressure sell products and tell their clients to leave positive reviews so they can get rewarded... so dont believe every review that is 5 - star!

I had an amazing experience with Robyn!! She was by far the best waxer I’ve had at this location. I’ve had a few mediocre experiences at this specific location, but I had a FANTASTIC experience with Robyn and will therefore be returning again! She was the sweetest Ever and took the time to make sure she really did a good job. I felt like I wasn’t being rushed and really enjoyed her service.

I highly recommend anyone that comes here to work with Robyn, shes amazing! She did my very first wax, and helped to make it a good experience. She is very sweet, and the conversation is always great. She makes sure that all of her clients are comfortable, and she always has me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Lexi is amazing! Ive been getting full Brazilians for 8 years (started at 19 and currently 27) so know what to look for and what techniques work best. Ive had a lot of different wax specialists and will admit that I felt nervous when I saw how young Lexi is (previous experience with a younger specialist told me to run the other way). Im so glad I didnt! Lexi is efficient and has a great technique. Works calmly, quickly, and as painlessly as it can possibly be for a Brazilian. Im new to Nashville and so happy I found her. Trust me, just book her.

Went for the complimentary eyebrow wax. The lady who did my wax had a green/blue hair. She did not know how to shape. Hair was left after and I wasnt satisfied. I had my eyebrows done before, I know what a clean eyebrow wax service looks like. This wasnt it. Im glad I didnt pay for it. I was disappointed. Sorry but I was very disappointed.

Great location. Shayla is the best! Book in advance.. her schedule fills up quickly. I’ve increasingly gotten more services and she’s an expert at them all. Shayla is experienced and that makes all the difference. What was once a really painful experience is now a breeze with her skill and tactics. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who “gets it” and will get it right consistently.

A little disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location consistently for a few months. I received a call the day before my appointment saying the waxer I was seeing no longer worked there and to call the location. When I called, I was on hold forever and unable to speak to anyone. I went on the app and confirmed the appointment, because I was fine not seeing that waxer. Got the notification that the appointment was confirmed. I came in the next day and was told they can’t “squeeze” me in in. Unsure why I would need to be “squeezed” in if my appointment was confirmed. I asked why the app gave me an option to confirm the time slot, and the only response was “yeah, our app is no good”. Very unprofessional.

I enjoyed my experience at the European Wax Center in Green Hills and would definitely recommend it.I just moved from overseas and Lexi went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was very attentive to my needs and detailed in her work. The result was perfect and I will definitely be back to see her!

Ive mostly had good experiences here, but today was different.Sometimes I feel over pressured to but products when Im walking out which Im not a huge fan of.Ive always felt safe and comfortable even though some of the situations can be a little weird.

Twice I have had appointments via phone and app and not gotten service. First time they checked me in and forgot I was there... Second time they said my appointment was for day prior when I know for certain it was not. I have been going to 2 locations of European wax center in the Nashville area for about 2 years now. I have ALWAYS has an amazing experience until today. My waxer pulled the wax off my eye brows SO slow (ouch) and ended up plucking more than actually waxing. I will definitely not go back to the same waxer again and hope she gets retrained.

For some reason, this location has lost numerous waxers in the past few months. In the 6 months that Ive been using my wax pass, its been nearly impossible to get the same waxer twice because Im constantly being told that the one I had before and liked no longer works there. Im not sure why they seem to be unable to hold on to good waxers, but its disappointing that I already paid for all of these waxes and now dont know who to even go to at this location. Most of the people who have been mentioned in the 5-star reviews for giving great service no longer work there.

Ive been going here for years and have been seeing Ariel exclusively for over a year and never had a bad experience with her. She is very quick and thorough, making sure there are no missed hairs all while making good conversation. If she ever leaves I am following her lol.

Probably the most expensive and poor quality wax center there is around. It wants to be some luxurious wax center but its way over priced and there is no effort or regard for detail. Never waxed fully well, always bits of wax left behind, lines are crooked so if you have a bathing suit on you can see hairs on one side and not on the other. Ive been there 3 times now but will never go back.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The facility was clean. The staff was courteous. And most importantly I look and feel amazing.

I come here every month for my regular wax. While all of the waxers have always done a great job, the receptionists are awful. Most of the time I never get a call to confirm my appointment, they always have attitude while Im there, and they seem to have no care for the customer. I know there has been a lot of turnover with the receptionists at this location so hopefully they will get better.

I’ve been here several times, and the amount of hair left after every wax has been extremely disappointing. They only give 15 mins per appointment so they are very rushed and not thorough. I’ve brought my concerns to the staff only to be told “this is a speed waxing service for people who want to get in and out”. I was told a manager would call me back to discuss my concerns. I never received a call back. Not worth it for the price you pay.

Lexi is my aesthetician, and she is seriously amazing! I was so worried that this would be an uncomfortable thing for me, but she has made sure I am comfortable and relaxed every time. Ask for her!

Ive been going to EWC for a few months consistently & a few times in years past. I would give 5 stars for those visits and have enjoyed every visit except for my last visit. It was my first time with Shayla and my last. I could not believe how unprofessional she was. : ( She was not very welcoming, or supportive as I was getting a bikini wax and was pretty nervous! Anyone is free to pick their own gal, but I would not recommend her to any of my friends. (This is the first bad review Ive left ever, sorry!)

Ive been going here for a while now and never really had a significant issue at this facility. I didnt prefer one particular waxist who complained to me about her job, change in management, and the new owners.. while I was getting a brazilian wax... not the most calming atmosphere for that, haha. Luckily, the front desk made arrangements to where I dont get waxed by her. My favorite so far has been Ariel; she always does a great job! Front desk is friendly and accommodating.My only major complaint with and drawback of this location is the difficulty to reach them by phone. Anytime Ive needed to reschedule, its almost like calling a radio station trying to win a free concert ticket. Several times the voicemail box is full. Rarely do I get to speak with anyone on the phone without leaving a message. Often dont get a call back. Hate leaving a review like this since I go here pretty often, but Id gladly edit my review to give them 5 stars if this issue were resolved.

I love European wax. I drive all away from Kentucky because I made the mistake of going to one location in Clarksville, it was a horrible experience the lady use like this honey kind of wax and it was very painful but European Wax uses really good quality wax and its not painful at all I would recommend them to anyone that I know they are worth the drive that I have to do from Kentucky which is like an hour and 10 minutes.

If you are new to the world of waxing, and would like to schedule an appointment with this facility please BEWARE OF BLAIR!!! I went for a Brazilian, and it was a very unsatisfactory experience. I felt rushed and as if my experience did not matter. Her bedside manner was extremely poor. There was a lot of deep/heavy sighing as if she was bothered before we even began. At the beginning of my appointment we discussed that I was new, and that she would let me know when to breathe in and out. By the end of our short interaction there was no warning, and she was pulling and ripping at her own speed. There was a point where she refused to continue, and advised me to return in 4 weeks. Already in a vulnerable state, I no longer felt comfortable with her and I definitely will not be returning.SchedulingI scheduled my appointment for a Sunday via the EWC app, and received my confirmation text. The day of my appointment I arrive only to be told my appointment had to be rescheduled because the waxer called out sick. I understand people cannot control illness, but I was not notified until I was present and at the desk of the change. My appointment was rescheduled for Monday. While in the lobby waiting, I saw another young lady arrive for her appointment. She was told that she should not have come if she didnt receive a reminder text or phone call. She was given the option to reschedule, but the time slot she had signed up for was her only free moment for the week. As a person visiting for the first time, I wouldnt have known to wait for a conformation notice. If my appointment is accepted vai the app/website that should be it.

Very great & respectful place. Today was my first time going there & I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax. Jessica H was who I had & shes such a sweet person & very helpful. I have very sensitive skin so when she did the bikini line my skin came off, but it was not a bad pain. I could just feel the burning afterwards where my sling came off at. But Jessica was very calm & helpful with me & it wasnt her fault none what so ever. It was still something good to experience so now that I know for future reference that Im yo sensitive for the bikini line. So I ended up getting mines done for free since I had a Tennessee ID. I really do love the place theyre very clean. Id refer people there, but if you know you have areas where you are VERY sensitive Id rather say to not get it waxed just to be on the safe side. But besides the little pain of my sling being gone just a little bit I overall still actually like it & will be going back. Just wont get a bikini line! Lol

This is my 3rd time getting the Brazilian wax and Megan H. made my experience wonderful! she was friendly and fast! Thanks for making me nice and smooth! 😘

Great experience. Have been to two of the locations since I moved to Nashville and it was a quick and almost painless experience. Service is excellent
