I worked with a company leasing space in the Downtown Nashville Intelligent Office space for about a year, full time, so I can say with certainty that Ive had enough experience to post a trustworthy review. Mike and his staff are very nice and easy to work with. They went above & beyond for me several times, always with a smile. The space is professional, has great views, and all the offices are quite spacious. You wont be disappointed.

Mike and his team are a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t operate our business without this team answering an immense amount of calls for us daily. They are constantly working with us to continually tweak and adjust to make things easier and better. Great team.

The staff at Intelligent Office were professional and personable. I was nervous at first about taking a tour, fearful of high pressure sales tactics that most companies use. However, it was a great tour and I ended up signing up for a mailbox because I was using my home address for a subscription box. I have worked with Intelligent Office for several months now and LOVE the service. The phone ringing is a necessary and welcome part of business but it had gotten to the point that we were receiving so many solicitation calls that I cringed when the phone rang. Now when the phone rings I know that it has been vetted before being put through to me. Very professional and courteous, a pleasure to work with.

Unprofessional staff and un-intelligent management. The Nashville office of the franchise is attempting to ride off of the Intelligent Office name, however, their level of professionalism and business acumen fall far below any standard previously set. Due to the lack of credible reviews, manager Mike Hemmelgarn has even resorted to giving himself 5 stars on Google reviews. Really? Stay away from this scam of a business!
