Industrious is such an incredible coworking space. The atmosphere is professional, yet fun and vibrant. The lobby reminds me of a hip hotel, and all of the amenities provided (breakfast, daily snacks, weekly happy hours, etc) are so much fun and have a lot of variety. If youre looking for a central office where you can make friends with other businesses, enjoy top of the line amenities, and get work done-- I highly recommend industrious. Daley and Rachel (the office managers) are also incredible and make sure everyone is taken care of.

Industrious Gulch location has been a fantastic space to work in for me! The space is clean, professional, and a great way to promote productivity away from home. Staff is friendly, and snacks and coffee are plentiful.

Industrious is a great place! I live in Atlanta, but had to conduct interviews for a Nashville open position within our company. Traveling there, I had nowhere to meet others, until I called Chloe at Industrious. She was so helpful and explained the type of rooms I could reserve to have a private interview. I ended up using the common space which was just as great! I arrived early and Sterling explained the best places to be sit for privacy. They even let me charge my phone at the desk when I forgot my charger! Overall, a really professional and great working environment!!

My experience with Industrious has been more than I could have ever asked.Struggling to find a remote workspace during Coronavirus, I came across the safety and health measures Industrious proactively shared in order to combat the inherent challenges of a coworking space. Intrigued, I reached out to inquire about testing out the space. Cline provided immediate assistance, exceeding the expectations of my request and arranging a week-long stay in a private office.From the design of the space itself to the breakfast, coffee, and snacks provided throughout the day, I could not have been more impressed. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to greet whoever walks in next. Considering relocating for work, Cline offered an additional week as I figure things out.Although I ended up relocating, I can certainly say that I will miss the Industrious office and plan to return as soon as possible.

Our company has had an amazing experience with Industrious. The space and location is top notch -- as are the amenities (beverages, wifi, snacks, phones, conference rooms etc). They take care of everything so all you have to do is work on work... not the other little things.More importantly than any of this however is their incredible staff -- specifically Chloe, Sterling and Rachel. They have treated us like family and the result is the feeling that we are all teammates working toward a common goal.

What an amazing co-working space to work in. We have been working at Industrious for almost a year and have never had an issue. Bagel days on Tuesday/Thursday mornings are our absolute favorite and we enjoy being able to offer our guests coffee and snacks when they come to visit as well. For a smaller company, the monthly cost is WELL worth it.

Being in a sales role, its easy to get in the habit of pitching an idea during conversation, regardless of the topic. When I talk about Industrious, I catch myself selling it to my clients, my friends, and my family. Industrious has completely revamped what was once known as executive rental office space. The ambiance, attention to detail, and positive, yet professional, attitudes from both the members that rent space at Industrious, and especially the management team, produce this level of quality. The months our company was able to spend at Industrious (Gulch) will be remembered and the people/perks within the space will be greatly missed. Love it here! Awesome decor, comfortable spaces, friendly and helpful staff. Over all really good vibes and a good energy space to work in. Not to mention the views of the Gulch and Downtown are amazing. With access to the garage off 11th and Demonbreun it is actually easy to park.

Top shelf all around. Attached parking garage, a lobby that wows, staff that are attentive and friendly, and a space that’s easy to work and “get in the zone” in. Work and create in a space that you love and inspires you. Putting in the crazy hours it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur isn’t hard when you get to work in a space like this.

Industrious has become one of my favorite spots in Nashville. The eager to please, helpful and accommodating staff definitely sets them apart from any other office space in the Gulch and Nashville. The coffee and 2pm snack will be GREATLY missed! I will miss my Industrious family.

This space is fantastic. The design is very open and theres a lot of energy. Lauren and Daley take great care to make everyone feel welcome (snacks, beer, wine, coffee, lending scissors). The walk down to the restaurants in the Gulch takes about a minute. There are a lot of innovative companies here as well. Love it.

This is a great work space with amazing views of downtown. It also has easy access to the interstate for client visits should you need it.

Awesome spot for a small office! I do software consulting, and while its often convenient to work at home, I often have to meet with people to work on projects together or to drum up new business, and having a small office among many other businesses is perfect. Ive always got a place to meet potential clients and partners, and I have conference rooms and phone call rooms when I need them. The coffee, snacks, happy hour, etc. are also awesome perks! Very much worth checking out if you need a small office near downtown!

Industrious space is impeccably stocked and cared. The staff are very attentive and will work very hard to make sure youre happy. The co-occupying companies provide intrinsic value in both their ability to create communities of like-minded individuals and the shared advice offered by such joint endeavors.You need the best location, at the best value, with the right vibes, and the right people to really create something great. Industrious has it all.

Moved from Regus to industrious. What a difference in the best possible way. From the Service (Rachel and Chloe), Food arrangements, to all of the great amenities, you cant ask for more. Very happy all around with my stay here at Industrious and recommend this place to everyone.

Industrious Nashville is a wonderful shared work space. Daley and Rachel are always smiling, welcoming, and willing to help in any way they can. The shared work space has become a community of its own, and lends itself to a very positive environment!

Ive worked in other co-working spaces and this one is so far above and beyond the others. It is stylish and fun, yet allows you to focus and has plenty of quiet space when its time to get to business. The lobby feels like a cool coffee shop and is always warm and welcoming. If you are thinking about it- go check it out. Youll be sold!

Coolest place to work EVER! Breakfast every day. Fresh fruit all day long. Happy hour every Thursday. Live music and other fun dropins every week. Frothy and other gourmet coffee daily. The common area looks like the grooviest living room in the world. And Lauren and Daley are like personal concierges all day long. I NEVER want to leave!!!

Im thankful everyday that our organization decided to move into Industrious in the Gulch. As a very small, startup nonprofit, the services, amenities, and community Industrious provides is invaluable. The all-inclusive nature of rent/internet/copier/phone/utilities is a dream to manage every month, and the AMAZING Community Manager and Operations Associate are incredibly helpful in a variety of ways-- its almost like having two extra team members. Having coffee and treats available during the day has saved us money on coffee meetings, and being around other lively professionals keeps us from getting cabin-fever on our staff of four. My company has been with Industrious Nashville from the moment they opened their doors and we couldnt be more pleased. In fact, weve been so pleased that were moving our offices in Austin from another co-working space, to the newly opened Industrious space in Austin!There is no other co-working location like this in Nashville. Trust me, Ive visited the other ones and none compare. Some have slightly similar amenities (basic coffee and snacks), but none offer the combination of staff, quality (dare I say, LUXURY), style, and camaraderie that Industrious Nashville does. You can count on delicious pastries and fresh, artisan coffee every morning, healthy snacks in the afternoon, and a killer happy hour every Thursday. Theres also a variety of loose leaf teas, sodas, La Croix (cant have hipsters without La Croix, right?), and craft brews available.Then theres the staff. I cant speak highly enough of them. They are incredibly attentive and responsive to all requests, complaints, and suggestions.Visit Industrious Nashville and see for yourself! Working at Industrious is like working in your favorite nook of your house, only its way better because its like Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel had a perfectly manicured baby that you cant mess up with your dirty laundry and cheap coffee.
