INCREDIBLY facility! Great staff, wonderful snacks and networking opportunities. They also provide a wellness room for nursing mothers to pump in. I have been blown away by how gorgeous and thoughtful this facility is!

Great work space! Open co working space (pictured). Several offices of various sizes and conference rooms available. Industrious staff glows with southern hospitality. Overall great environment to get work done, meet with a client, or even host a group.

I’ve been working from home for a few months now and really needed a change of pace. I decided to work from Industrious for a day I was more productive in that 1 day than I have been in over a month. The office I was assigned had a great view and was quiet so it was very easy to buckle down and work. Emily made it so easy to check in and gave me a tour of the kitchen amenities and the offices. I was even able to get a bit of content for my business’ social media because the office is SO beautiful. But most importantly... we had snack time.I recommend this space to anybody and everybody who’s office has been shut down because of Covid (temporarily or permanently). Emily told me about the different packages they offer and they truly have something for everybody.

This space is incredible. Beautiful views for almost every office, its quiet even though there are plenty of people working, and they have COFFEE and MUFFINS! The staff is really helpful and always around to answer questions.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the downtown Industrious office is!!! Blake and Makenzie truly go above and beyond to provide the upmost client satisfaction. They are always attentive to our team’s needs and cultivate such a deep sense of community, which can be difficult with so many companies making use of the space. Industrious never disappoints. We started at the Gulch location and moved recently to the Downtown location. Both teams worked together to ensure that our move was absolutely seamless. Beyond the incredible views and beautiful facilities, Industrious Downtown has the best staff! We are absolutely taken care of by Blake and Emily. They have been so wonderful and have accommodated all of our needs and requests. They work hard to make this an invaluable space for all of the members and we couldnt be more thrilled to be here!

Our office loves working at Industrious Downtown! Blake and Emily are great office managers that engage and take pride in the space, and it really shows. The unlimited (fancy) coffee, happy hours and afternoon snacks are always delicious. We never have to worry about missing deliveries or getting mail out on time. Theres ample parking, and the commute is a great in-and-out if you dont live downtown Nashville. It is located near great lunch spots, dinner options and rooftop bars for entertaining clients, and 3 blocks from Broadway.

Emily and the team at Industrious Nashville Downtown are amazing. When I came in for the first time, I was treated to a tour of the community and made to feel right at home. Great amenities on-site as well. If you are looking for a place to call home for your coworking needs, Industrious Nashville Downtown has it all!

This is a great place to work! The offices are located on the 19th floor with a mostly glass exterior which gives you a great view of the city. There are plenty of amenities including food, common spaces, meeting rooms, and personal work spaces. The office managers, Blake and Emily, are both friendly and accommodating. There’s a great balance of professionalism and community here. I would highly recommend if your looking for office space!

Industrious is such a great place for companies to have office space. Blake and Mackenzie really take care of you here. Each day they provide us with delicious breakfast, coffee/tea, and a variety of snacks. They even like to bring the different companies together by providing a happy hour every Wednesday. There is always beer, wine, and snacks to choose from that sometimes even portray a theme. From the food to the views of downtown Nashville, I love walking into Industrious every day.

Love this place! Blake and Mackenzie are amazing and make sure we have everything we need, including delicious eats! If you were thinking of signing up... DO IT! The space is aesthetically pleasing and decorated impeccably. Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown so there are so many great opportunities to walk to get some grub or see some sights. You wont regret it. Industrious knows what theyre doing! (P.S. You also might need to get a gym membership because the food is too good to pass up, and youll likely put on a few pounds. But is it worth it? Yes, the answer is yes.)

First off, let me start by saying that the space is managed by an excellent team. Blake and Kenzie are just wonderful. They are always accessible, attentive, and very friendly. This is really a nice surprise. I toured a few places and the package here stands out above the rest. People are friendly, & the views are incredible. There are really nice touches from the breakfast offerings, to the bathrooms. They go above and beyond on the hospitality here. Definitely recommend!

Blown away by the location of this office after having a chance to tour. The downtown skyline view alone should make any business or entrepreneur consider moving into what will be a true jewel once completed. Pricing is better than any other place Ive toured in the area as well. I visited the new Industrious offices in the Bank of America building this week, and while it wasnt completely built out yet, was quite impressed. Our tour guide demonstrated how an office at Industrious would improve our brand and professionalism of our company. I never imagined we could have an office with so many amenities... so many. Weve looked for office space previously, and simply couldnt afford the rates for office space - and that was without the amenities included at Industrious. Score!!!

Not only are the views here incredible, the space is beautiful and the staff is very attentive! We love the that its spacious, clean, and it has just the energy we need to get in the creative mindset and take our business to the next level. We cant wait to see what opportunities arise from this co-working space!

Cant imagine working anywhere else! The space is great, there are plenty of places to settle in and knock out your work--whether you like sitting at desk, a cozy couch, or a coworking table. And the biggest bonus to me is the staff-- its like having two friends working with you at all times. And as the sole operations member of my small nonprofit team, its great to have the support from them when it comes to facilities and IT issues.

Having worked out of the Austin Industrious location for almost a year, I’m so excited about the new downtown Nashville location! The new industrius space is AMAZING. The space is welcoming without being overbearing and the snacks were delicious. The view of Nashville was spectacular. It seemed like the perfect work environment with lots of collabs, meetings, and individuals working in the pleathora of different work space options. 10/10 would recommend if you need a co working spot!
