Office Evolution is the best co-working space Ive found in Nashville (Ive sampled 7+ over the years.) Its a quiet and professional setting that is relatively inexpensive and easily accessible. Plus the management team is lovely and sets a friendly and welcoming tone for the whole building.

I found Office Evolution about 9 months ago when I was starting to go crazy working from my home. The facility is very nice and everyone there made me feel welcomed. It made my work day a lot more enjoyable. The only reason I left is because my company said it was time for everyone to come back into our office. The ability to come and go as you need is like having your own office but you get the additional overlap with other members who are supportive and polite. Mike and Tammie are wonderful to work with! They got me set up in my space quickly and efficiently and have been very professional and accommodating. I am studying for my medical school boards and they have been very helpful in making sure I have everything I need. They are also very clean and wipe down surfaces multiple times a day. Office Evolution has been a great addition to my work life. I chose OE for a few reasons:1. The location. This may have changed since I first became a member, but they are the only co-working space I know of on the west side of town. Theyre still very close to the interstate and I can get to client meetings quickly from there.2. The pricing. Most of the other co-working spaces I looked into were way too costly for what I need (a quiet, convenient space with coffee and a copy machine, oh and good food choices nearby).3. The vibe. I was very sure that I did not want the hustle harder/work hard play hard/Millennial-esque (and Im a Millennial!)/beer pong on Fridays vibe. I see the appeal of that for others, but it wasnt what I was looking for. You can definitely meet other co-workers at OE but community isnt forced. It really has more of a home-y vibe than anything, and the front desk staff (first Karen and now Tammie) really make that possible. They both, along with the owner Mike, are so hospitable, helpful and kind.So, to wrap up, I love working at OE because I dont feel like I have to be cool, look cool, act cool or do any of the other cool-related things I associate with most co-working spaces, but I still get to be around a lot of interesting people doing interesting things and I can engage with them or not. And I can drink coffee and print things while Im at it ;)

We are new members, and new to Nashville, and have found Tammie and Mike to be great. They are pleasant and professional, and seem to genuinely care about their tenants. Tammie has been very thoughtful and helpful in our transition. Office Evolution is a quiet but inviting atmosphere for remote workers and freelancers on a budget who still want to get out of the house for work. The shared co-working space plans are very reasonably priced and reasonably priced, and include unlimited coffee and a few hours of conference room time. Plus, people in the shared workspace can use a soundproof booth for private calls, which is usually vacant. Also, it features a great location in The Nations next to interesting businesses like Frothy Monkey and Souther Grist Brewing. Free parking in the front and back makes Office Evolution a low-key, professional place away from the bustle of downtown.

The feature that sets Office Evolution apart in my mind is that it is business oriented. Food, music, brewery--its all nearby, but not in the office.It has exceeded my expectations. Initially I wanted a place to go and take a meeting, maybe get away for a couple of hours. As it turned out I run a highly active litigation practice from O.E. The office equipment is excellent; it always works.The kind staff personally look out for packages and visitors and are delightful to see everyday.In Nashville there are countless opportunities to move somewhere else to find co-working but there is absolutely no chance Im going anywhere.

Office Evolution in The Nations is an awesome workspace. Ive been here for 5 months. I was looking for a place that was not too expensive, professional, and located in a good spot. OE fits all of these criteria! I shopped around to a number of offices spaces in Nashville and it was BY FAR the least expensive. The office is relaxed and comforartable but very professional. A number of small business people and contractors work there and have offices in the back rooms. Mike and Karen, who operate the space, are super nice and friendly. The Nations is a cool and up-and-coming neighborhood with lots of places to eat. Free coffee. I highly recommend this place!!

Our team members use the shared work spaces often (much more professional than working at a coffee shop—plus there’s 24/7 access!), and they have several options for dedicated offices and work spaces as well. Small and large conference rooms are great for team meetings and working with our clients and vendors.Karen is amazing—we consider her a vital part of our team, and we have yet to have a single bad experience.Bonus: some of our team members travel often, and there are Office Evolution locations all across the country (and it seems like more are opening every month). When working in another city, we can drop into any location and use our key fob for 24/7 access (or jump online and schedule conference rooms or offices in advance).We highly recommend OE, especially this location. Great working space! This is the first time I have used Office Evolution and was impressed with the facility! The boardroom has comfortable chairs, lcd, whiteboard, and great views. Mike and the staff are very attentive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.
