My company rented space at PPEC from 2011 through the end of 2017. Sherry and Nancy were great! The office was always clean, quiet, and well managed and maintained. Our questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and necessary changes were made to better accommodate the needs of the renters. In short, they took care of everything so we could focus on growing our business. When our business expanded (we had more employees but we encountered delays in construction of our new building), Sherry and Nancy were able to find a way to accommodate the changes and showed flexibility that surpassed our expectations! Thank you, ladies, for providing stability for us at a time when so many other things were unknown!

Exactly what I was looking for! I needed a space to work for a few hours after landing in Nashville. This was a quiet, clean, and professional space. I loved the fact that I could easily book for a couple of hours. I would book time here again in the future when traveling in the area.

Close to Interstate & Airport...Easy to locate... Great set-up plan... I got there at noon one day and was set to see clients at Noon the next day! Lunch spots all around so that I dont have to be away from my desk long at all. Friendly staff.

My company has been located inside of this building for over two years. Sherry and Nancy have been the best building managers. They are very helpful and accommodating. The common areas are always spotlessly clean and organized. I would recommend this location to anyone needing office space.
