Terrible service. I get there and one barber is leaving and one is cutting someones hair. My thought is no one else is here I am next. 20 minutes goes by and two more people come in and then the barber turns to me and said who am I waiting on. Really, 20 minutes later and you the only one cutting. Then tells me he only doing appointments. Straight garbage and I am in the military and travel so my hair has been cut by random barbers here and there but waiting 20 mins to finally say something is trash. If you are not from around here go somewhere else.

This was a very disappointing appointment!!!! The unprofessionalism hit a altitude I’ve never experienced!!! The barber argue non stop with his coworker about chicken!! WITW!!! He was to distracted, my cut could have been a lot better but if You are too distracted you will not do your best!!!! There we’re profanities and use of the N word!!! This is a business not the streets !!! You never know who you have sitting in your chair or who they know!!!!! Dejuan was over an hour late!!!! For my 8:30 appt. I get things happen but you have to make it right when you are in error. He charges I do believe 15 bucks if you are late. He made no adjustment to my cost when he was done. I still paid the full amount. It was evident to me that he’s clueless about how to provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE if you are late you make it right and you give the customer a DISCOUNT!!This is how you handle business. I tipped him because he did cut my hair but as I stated this cut could have been fabulous!! My previous barber was no joke with the clippers so I will be traveling to Murfreesboro to see him as I should have and I would not have had to deal with this craziness!!!!!
