Kirssis Familia was so nice and friendly! She gave me the best fade haircut I’ve had in years and took her time. It’s not very often that you get a barber who will take it slow and not rush! If you’re looking for a new place to get a haircut that isn’t super expensive, look no further, this is your place! Highly recommend!

A wonderful gal running the place on the weekends thats knows what shes doing. She always makes sure to ask question about what you want and have you look at what shes doing as she goes the first time she sees you. Making great long term relationships that I saw first hand as multiple regulars poured in while I was receiving my fade. 10/10 would recommend!

I couldn’t find a barber that was open on Sundays in the area, and came across Gene’s shop. Kirssis was so great. Super friendly and efficient. She did very well on my haircut. Anddd 10 dollar hair cuts in 2020 you can’t beat that anywhere! 5/5, no wonder they’ve been around since 1967. See you guys again soon! 🙌🏽

Okay - I never write reviews, but this deserves one. First of all.......Ive taken my son to several different hair salons and have rarely liked the result. We heard through a friend about this shop and how affordable the hair cuts were and well done. So I decided to go there and was so pleasantly surprised. The barber did exactly what I asked. Unbelievable......this kind of price!! We have been back several times. I highly recommend this shop!

Wow.... My son and I just got our haircut at Gene’s Barber Shop. First time in over 5 years. Kirissis did an great job on my son’s and my hair. I liked her service and attention to detail. I felt her skill was better than many of the ladies at Sport’s Clips and the price of $10 per cut - wow - a real bargain.

Recommend my friend go there. Kirssis wasnt there and, the guy who cut his hair butchered him. Worst haircut Ive seen since I was a kid and tried to cut my own hair. He even shaved off part of his eyebrow. .... And I had to listen to it. If shes not there leave !!!!!!

Kirssis Familia treated me like family. She gave me a great hair cut--high and tight and perfect! She is a great conversationalist, too. She usually works the weekend, but I got lucky that she was filling in for Paul on Friday afternoon!

Best shop in the area as far as prices. I suggest you go on the weekend if you need any services as far as a low fade. She can do it all!
