I came looking for a donut spare tire. I had no idea what I was doing. Although they didn’t have it, the man behind the desk showed me how to find my car part using the web. Super helpful & friendly.

Came to the lot to find just some small plastic connectors for some hoses on my car. I found them and when i went to check out i was told to have a good day and didnt have to make a payment for them. Thank you pull apart. The hot dog stand outside was also great!!

This place has to be the best PAP I have ever been to...right from the start Tammy made the check in process enjoyable...she gave me a list of where the new beetle cars were located and guess what, they were all where she said they would be!..the rows are perfectly marked, the bugs were mostly intact, I wondered on two of them why they were even there, they were in such good shape...on the way out I had some questions and Brittney answered all of them with a genuine smile...this is my go to place from now on, hands down!...Keep up the great work!!!

Great place for cheap parts. Always friendly and helpful definitely recommend over lkq in Nashville. Parts are cheaper at this junkyard than they are anywhere else.

Steve Otis was awesome! Most cars need a bit of work but the car reflects the price. He managed to get me a perfectly good car with only 117,000 miles! It passed emissions and only needed a new right mirror. Thank you!

Masks are still required here. Mask mandate has expired in Davidson county. Express pull and save in La Vergne has better prices and inventory anyway.

I found the place (Centennial location Nashville) to be clean and very well kept. The lot is organized and vehicle areas were extremely neat and positioned securely for easy access. I visited on a Monday afternoon after a busy weekend and everything was picture perfect. Well done !

My truck broke down on my way to Ohio and I contacted Steve at Pull A Part and he was such a big help. Tight on money and two kids with me. Steve made that day alot better by putting us in a good vehicle and making sure all the fluids were good. He is a good man and definitely was my angel that day

I have used the window shop on another car and had good service but this was 5yrs ago and they was in a building so today i needed something and go to check it out if they can help me with a new switch to roll up windows dudexwas was to rushed a d didnt have time to focus on customer service i was very disappointed he says 189 brand new in bix u want it i said do u have a used one he said no if i did i wiuld have offered it i was like u know im good u could have made 200$ today but u choose to have very bad customers service skills so i looked on amazon and found same part for 30$ brand new so thanks for bad experience ended up saving me over $100

Prices have gone up drastically! We literally got charged what you would pay for brand new parts for used parts (VERY DISAPPOINTING)!! Needless to say but they will not get my business anymore.

Awesome place to save money for auto parts

Easy. Painless. Fast. You can search for a specific vehicle online to find out if they have it. No guarantees the part you need is still on the car though, but that is the nature of the business. I needed a new wheel and I found two with decent tread on them and I paid less than $100 for both. Bring your own tools thought because you cannot borrow anything.

Went today for the first time in a few years. It started going downhill quick when body shops in different mechanic shops stripped all the cars as soon as they come in. But now you can actually find parts and whatever youre looking for.

Employees were friendly and helped me locate exactly what I wanted. The yard was cleaner than all the other salavage yards, and prices were about average. The Hot Dog Lady has fresh food and ice cold drinks, which is a plus. Will be back soon.

We went for the first time today. The staff was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Very helpful and welcoming. Made us feel like we were VIP customers right through the door. They helped us with interchangeable parts information due to the fact that our specific vehicle was not available for parts at any location close to us. They helped us find what we needed and helped us check out and be on our way as quickly as possible. They are great!! The prices were great and our experience was great. Thanks guys!

Worst customer service ever experienced at a junkyard. It is a very clean safe environment, but what we have experienced is far from right. My handicapped father, my boyfriend, and I were patiently waiting for a cart (theres only 4 apparently) for at least 30 mins in the heat. When my father saw a cart returning he went to the desk to pay to rent the returning cart which the woman at the desk rented to some other people who had just walked in while my father was standing there speaking to her. Keep in mind we had all just spent $8 total for 3 mask and 3 entry fees. You only have to wear the mask when youre paying to get in which didnt make sense at all considering theres a huge clear plastic guard in front of the cashiers. Wouldnt recommend if you have trouble walking and need the cart because they dont seem to care.

Wont let you on the yard after 5:00. They cant take a picture of you and thats a liability. Didnt want to pull anything, just lay eyes on and was rejected. No help offered, even though theyre open till 5:30. Lesson learned.

Id never been to a pull apart business before and didnt know what I was doing. Bianca and Kayla helped me find the vehicle I needed and even let me borrow a starbit screwdriver to get a middle console piece out and installed in my car. They were very helpful and friendly!!! I actually bought a great running, air conditioned, sunroof, 1998 Honda Civic from Pull-a-Part! My son loves his first car and I love not only its amazing condition, but also the amazing price I paid for this car. What a deal!! The used car manager (Chris, I believe) was very honest, helpful, and we can not be happier with our decision. My daughter will need a car soon and I will be back! Thanks guys!!!

This is one of my favorite places to come. Im not a mechanic. I started coming when my mechanic told me to get certain parts and return to his garage and hed put them in. He taught me how to pull extra things for a rainy day. Between YouTube, friends, and my experience working on computers, I find what I need and figure out how to get it off. Ive enjoyed coming here several years. Its always fun and you meet the neatest people. I once met a couple who consider their visits dates. People there are always smiling, willing to talk, and from what I see in the lot, everyone is having a good time. I see alot of memories being made by fathers and sons, coworkers, etc on the lot. Its just such a neat place and it helps keep my 2001 Camaro running. The latest fix was a hatchback piece I needed to keep my hatch closed and locked. Its also great exercise too, pushing wheelbarrows full of parts.

As a car mechanic i know how much it cost to by brand new parts. Not long ago i had to get a part here that only cost me 15 dollars, as to the 400 dollars i would have paid for the new part. The staff was very helpful when i went in to find that part. Ever since i got that part i had no problems with the vehicle. I am very satisfied with this business.

Great place, great prices, and warranty, what more could you ask for. I needed a starter for my car and it was about $150 at an auto parts place but at pull-a-part in Nashville it was much much cheaper and had a 30-day warranty. Id highly recommend checking here first for the parts that you need as they have a very good inventory that is well laid out and the cars are easy to get to. This place is great and on customer appreciation days they even feed you for free. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience looking for parts for my Sons Aveo. It was nice that they had golf-carts to rent to make it easier for getting around the yard along with a list of locations for similar vehicles to expedite your time there. Also, the customer service I felt was excellent as they were very helpful answering our questions.

I visit this location of Pull A Part at least once a week. I repair vehicles for a living and I buy a lot of used parts for myself as well as my customers. Of all the do it yourself salvage yards in the Nashville area I have found this one to be the best. It has the best selection of vehicles, the most clean and well organized yard, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Being open 7 days a week is a very big plus. I recommend this facility to people all the time. Look forward to my next visit!

Pretty nice staff on hand. Cheap access to the lot for what we needed to get done. I did not know they also sold driveable vehicles for cheap.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is looking for your exact part. If you dont know what model cars have interchangeable parts for your vehicle, youre stuck driving there. The automated line will not help you there. If I could speak with a person I would definitely give it 5 stars!

Great place! Helpful and courteous staff. No car parts laying on the ground near the cars or mud pits under the cars like in some other places in town. Website is easy to navigate, just wish they would have pictures of the vehicles on the lot similar to LKQ

I love this place and have been here many times for used parts to keep an old car of one sort or another on the road. Its worth the small entry fee to just take in some tools, look around, and find something cool to take home. The parts prices are very reasonable, and theyll even buy your junk car if you have one to get rid of.

Cut a quarter out of a car and the yard guy Leo was incredibly helpful, he came over and safely reset the car with his lift so we could cut it out where we needed it and do it it a safe manner, very professional, very kind and courteous. Prices are very reasonable and all the staff were professional

Long day put get want we need

It was HOT! I cant blame them for that. I pulled and purchased a broken part.....well, they werent to blame for that either. Im trying to think of a reason to not give them five stars....I cant think of one but I havent given up yet. Dont need to swell their heads.

Just your normal junk yard. Go in pay the two dollars ($1 if you’re a member) go find your car and pull your part. ****WATCH OUT**** the front desk personal tend to lack SOME knowledge about car parts and price your part wrong. I went to get a fuel sender and when I went to pay the girl charged me for fuel sender AND pump, I told her it doesn’t come with pump and yet said that’s how the system has it. I go online and check their prices and there is a option for fuel sender W/O pump! I payed $18 more then I needed. I feel like she didn’t want to void the transaction and do another one smh. Check online for their prices before going so y’all don’t get scammed 😂

I was in need of a 2.2 engine. The lot had several to choose from, and pulling it went really well. They brought an A-frame to me as soon as I asked for it. The forklift driver was very professional and patient with me while lifting the engine out. The only issue I had was when trying to pull up the site on my smart phone it would take me to a go daddy page instead of the pull-a-part page. I brought this to Erics attention and he immediately started to figure out why this was an issue. Great friendly staff and worked to correct any issues as soon as I told them of the issues.

Dont ever find yourself calling the call center at Pull-A-Part and asking questions about selling a car at your local store. I wasted a whole day today because on the phone I was told I could sell a car with just a title. I got to the local location and I could not. They also require a bill of sale. The call center should have known that. Oh, and then when I called the call center back to put the local location on the spot, the manager of the call center knew about the local locations policy. So why dont the people answering the phone not know it?

One of my favorite places. You can go get the parts you want or need and by taking it off myself I know how to put it back on. Would give it 5 stars but I dont think the pricing is all ways the best. I think some of the cashiers just guess at a price sometimes.
