Had a bit of a scare otw to work and well.... Plans changed. LolOn the interstate my bosss Dodge Ram got the Death Wobble. For anyone that doesnt know what a death wobble is... You dont want to. lolWhichever employee showed us what the problem was knew stuff. I have limited knowledge and he explained things in an easy, straightforward description.They should probably keep that guy around. If theyre Midas then hes their Golden Touch. 😂😂🤣 I couldnt help it. 🤣

Still no word from anyone at Midas. Corporate or local about my previous post. I did get a response generated by Google maps. But not one from the owner. Perhaps I should seek legal counsel? Either way they are not good at communicating, keeping a deadline, doing their job as managers or owners, just a poorly managed company. I suspect they are simply operating in THEIR own best interests. Not that of the community.

They did a good job but like any chain mechanic company they price gouge you. I would have taken my truck to my preferred mechanic but he was booked out 4 days. The price was my only issue. Otherwise they did great work.

Ive comeing here for 5 yrs for synthetic oil change, however 1/22/21 I thought they changed my oil was charged 82.00. I declined the other service they recommended prices were ridiculous. Drove 3 miles home and a week went by no issues minor mileage was put on the car on 2/22/21 150 miles later service engine light appeared code read p0010. Finally was able to get a mechanic I trusted to look at it towed it and come to find my oil was very dark and appeared to be very old. Shop changed my oil and code went away.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop.My ignition coil blew at 5pm and these guys were the closest shop to me that said they could repair it. I pulled in a little after 5:30pm, and because they close at 6pm, I expected them to tell me to bring it back the next day. But they didnt. They pulled my car into the garage to do a preliminary diagnostic and even brought me into the garage so I could see what they were seeing.They offered to lock my car up in the shop over night and made sure I had a ride home. The next morning, they called me before 8am to explain what was going on with my vehicle and go over pricing with me. By 9am, my car was ready to go.Oh, and they didnt even charge me a diagnostic fee.Not only was my car fixed in record breaking time, I left feeling like I had a better understanding of my vehicle and how my engine works.If you have a car issue, I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here. They are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.

At this Midas location, they are upfront and straightforward. They know what to do, and they dont waste your time. I no longer live in this area, but drive a bit further to get here because I trust their judgement. Thank you to Robby B and the team!

I visited to fix my brake and Abs light, I told all problems to manager before fixing and I waited an hour then manager told me that they can’t fix it and I have to pay for 233$ for just checking but he didn’t told me that checking price is 233 in advance, for example,Firestone checks brakes for free, I didn’t have money with me and when I told that he didn’t gave my car. Finally I paid 233$ for just checking which I already knew my car’s problems. Manager is very very misbehavior and rude

Man who worked there explained what was wrong with my car and would be charged for labor plus parts. And was another problem and told I needed a new gas cap. I knew one I had was given to me when I lost my other one. Waiting room was neat and clean. And nice they had carafe of coffee.

I can’t say enough about Mike!!! My daughter is in Nashville for school and had her check engine light go on. I am in another state and wasn’t familiar with any places she could go to have it checked so I told her to try Midas. She got there just before closing and they asked her to leave the car until morning when they could figure out what was going on. They didn’t recommend she drive it because it was shaking so badly. Within 10 minutes Mike called back and said they looked at it quick and it was just a spark plug that came loose and was all ready to be picked up. My daughter was still in the area so she was able to go back and get her car. They store was closed but Mike waited for her to come back and there was no charge!! I can’t tell you how much better I feel knowing she has someone she can take her car to and get an honest diagnosis if she has any other problems. Mike was so kind and honest and I appreciate that so much. It’s good to know there are still good people in this world. She will be back for her regular maintenance. Thank you very much!!

Adam was very honest and upfront about what I needed for my car. I was at this place quite a few years back and both times I received great care and did not feel like I was taking advantage of at all.

I like Midas because I get excellent service without a push to do repairs that can wait. The personnel at this Midas are especially good. On the day of my last visit, the manager had a mechanic just walk out on him. He was left with one mechanic and himself. In spite of that, I got timely and thorough service. He did an excellent job of managing a difficult situation.

The Service writer Mike is a good face for this shop. He is super knowledgeable and a genuine decent human being. Makes the sometimes hard news regarding your vehicle a little easier to take.One of the mechanics Joe was great from the beginning when I confused him with a prior mechanic to the end when he helped me with my crippled vehicle.

A big mistake was made. You put synthetic oil in my 14 yr old car. It needed regular oil. I was charged $85.00 for a $20.00 oil change. After 14 years of regular oil I fear you have ruined my car. Toyota thought this one time would not destroy my car but I am out $65.00 for your mistake and am not happy with you Midas.

They cracked my oil filter housing either taking it off or putting it back on; resulting in it leaking oil. When I brought it back and told them what the problem was they said that’s probably not it. When they figured out that was it, they said I need a new one and it costs 100$!!! I was like why do I have to pay for something you all probably had a part in breaking. Don’t go here there’s a hundred other oil change places on that road, but they all probably suck too just learn how to change your own oil or find a mechanic you trust.

I will be filing a complaint with the bbb as well as share my complaint with ever manager associated on linkedin.Firstly my oil change was done without telling me the type of oil that would be used and the price difference. I mentioned I had a Groupon and Adam ignored that I had a Groupon and charged my card the discounted amount he said he gave me. I then asked if he could cancel the transaction to credit the Groupon and charge me the difference and he said he couldnt since the transaction had already gone thru. I told him for future he should discuss work and prices with customers before the work is done in case a patient dont have the money upfront and would rather have an option before surprisedly being charge the work. I have always come to this location traveling from joelton and never been unhappy or unfairly charged until today so I will never have my oil changed at Midas or refer anyone there again.

Let me tell how professional and knowledgeable Michael Haven getting my truck serviced. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation while taking an extra step to do a full vehicle inspection. The staff found that i had not 1 but 2 cracked control heads on the front of my Jeep. He let me know how dangerous that could be and my wheels could fall off from a simple turn or bump in the road. Luckily I had a warranty that would cover it and had to complete the paperwork. Well he got the information from me and completed it. The company that I had the extended warranty from was very unprofessional with their customer service but Mike was professional and remained calm. While I waited in the Midas office from 12pm until 5pm, the staff there was nice and talkative. I didn’t get my vehicle until the next day, mike stayed checking his email for the payment. Overall I would definitely be doing business there again... oh yeah that all need raises, gift cards and more vacation time

Oh my god! That’s all I can say lol, these guys were amazing!! They changed all 4 tires, did an alignment, cleaned my fuel line, changed my struts, my cabin air filter, did my oil and even scrubbed off the corrosion on my battery as a freebie 😆 DAAAAMN!! My car rides like a DREAM after all that they did and they did it for a great price, they gave me as many discounts as possible. I went to another place and they wanted to charge me like $160 just to change my cabin air filter and lied to me saying how it’s so hard to change it 🙄 but these guys at this Midas told me they’d do it for a MUCH better price, all I can say is they charged me like a 1/4 of wat the other guys were going to. But anyway, I had to wait a while for the tires to be delivered but I didn’t even mind cuz they kept me entertained, we were all talking and laughing and they were showing me the work they were doing, I like to watch and see wat they’re doing just cuz it’s something to do while ur waiting and they didn’t even mind, they enjoyed talking to me. All I can say is I am amazed at the work they did, they were very professional and extremely good at wat they do!! I will DEFINETELY come back to this location for any other work I need on my car, I live in Clarksville but I don’t even care, I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience I had. I’m AMAZED!! LOVE THESE GUYS!! 💕

Forced an unsecured payment plan on me, did a bad job. Went for an emergency catalytic converter replacement. Had an exhaust leak the day it was repaired and they wont fix it for free now or recognize that there was no leak prior. Only went here because I didnt have a choice. Midas isnt what it used to be. Prior to this I went to the Midas in West Nashville and they said my car was fine.

The guys that work here are amazing! Theyve always answered all of my questions, honest and easy going. They could probably use a raise.

My partner and I have been to this shop several times (10 or more) and have never waited less than two hours. Recently, my partner was supposed to have gotten a tire rotation, but upon getting home realized they didn’t actually do it. The quotes we’ve gotten here and they work we’ve gotten done have been very expensive for very middle of the road quality. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!I have been here twice now and It is clear that this location isnt run well. Both times I have been here I have been brought here by a coupon, promising a price and then when I get to the facility the coupon is not offered. This past time I went, I went on Sept 28. I got there and was pretty immediately turned away due to their busy-ness, yet I think what really happened is that they did not want to do an oil change a half hour before they closed. They were not busy. So, I scheduled an appt for Friday, Oct. 2. Before I was even out of my car on Friday an employee was approaching me to try and turn me away for an oil change when I assured him, no I have an appointment. Both of the times at this location NO EMPLOYEE was wearing a mask. The lobby was dirty as heck, despite several signs in the lobby about their increased sanitation due to COVID.My car was done for a length of time (and I could see that it had been moved from the garage to the parking lot) before I was notified that it was done. The employee who had been taking care of me was outside smoking a cigarette, while my car was done and I was waiting in the lobby. I finally get to my car to realize that they had not taken off the oil oil change sticker reminder, and did not give me a new one. I had to go back in and ask for a sticker, and was given a handwritten one. I had to turn my car on to see the miles and put it on the sticker myself.

Very knowledgeable and helpful people there...they get you taken care of and back on the road in great condition...i would highly recommend this place to take your car! Ask for Mike, the store manager, he was very helpful

I dont live in Nashville TN, but I visit very often. I usually wait to get my car an oil change at this Midas. The guys are always so friendly and welcoming. They are not afraid to talk to their customers. I have been getting my car serviced there for 2 years. I recommend this place. Oh they have free coffee.

Took forever to get done. I told the guy I needed new tires and he argued that his tool said the tread was good. I had to go back and see bc I knew he was wrong. Another guy agreed with me. They said theyd do a free alignment with purchase of tires. They didnt mention it was free to CHECK it so I paid an unexpected 80 dollars. I feel like they didnt check fluids either. Ive no washer fluid and transmission seems to be off... possibly low on fluid. Its only got 50k on it

Unprofessional, dishonest, not trustworthy. Dont trust anything they say say or do. Watch your car like a hawk. Thats the only way youll know if they actually did the work you paid them for.

Had spur of moment oil change. Which they were able to do since there was no one else waiting. Service was fast and efficient. Only complaint the bathroom was gross and waiting area was filthy. Smelled of tobacco smoke. Honestly felt like I needed to change clothes and bathe after leaving.

I had a great coupon for this place. $20 oil change with tire rotation included and they give you a detailed report of how your cars looking in certain areas. I love that and for this reason I will be returning . It also helps that the crew was respectful and diligent even when I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic.

I bought a Groupon, called and made an appointment. I got there and they don’t have my appt in the computer. They took me anyway because they were not busy. I did appreciate that. However.... they overcharged me on the oil. My car only takes 6 quarts and they charged me for 8. Then they added taxes to my Groupon. I’ve never paid any extra when buying a Groupon. I ended up paying more for the oil change than if I had gone anywhere else without a Groupon! I’ve never paid almost $100 for a synthetic oil change! Then I called customer service to get the money back for the overcharge and it took them almost 2 weeks to call me back. The lady said they would call me back in 48 hrs. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone take your car there.

Originally i went to another Midas on Murfreesboro pike,spoke with Store Manager Angel, and her mechanics who tried diligently repair my isssue but wasnt able to get the job done. After several attempts and 3 converters replacements and all the running around, i was recommended to go to Nolensville Pike, Midas. I spoke with GM Eric, Store MANAGER Mike along with the other wonderful mechanics who got the job done!!! Hopefully the issue is completed once and for all. So Id been here before with an old car of mine and the previous manager at this location lied to me and said that if i replaced this part and then that part and then that part it would fix my issue but when I brought it to the dealer ship they told me it had a blown head gasket and that the mechanics at midas were just bleeding me dry.HOWEVER I ran over a screw and the new manager, Adam Heinz, covered it for me quickly and kindly and got me back to work in no time, so yeah. Go Adam. Just seems like less of a douche.

They almost got 5 stars. I had an appointment for an oil change. Work didnt begin for 20 minutes after I arrived. The tech left oily fingerprints inside and out, they made me late for and didnt rotate the tires as listed in my Groupon.

Hmmm..oil change pricing good.. but I was given pricing on a tune up that was 2twice as much as a competitor....old dude told me I had leaking of oil but no oil light or motor light or maintenance light has come on prior ....

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this location and their team. I first started coming to this location when I moved here for college and had a breakdown on the side of the road. They stayed open late to help me and now, two years later. I am still getting great customer service and car maintenance. They dont mind explaining things to me or drawing out pictures and they have even spoke to my dad on the phone when the mechanical issues or price didnt make sense to me. I think they are trustworthy, fair pricing, and they get you in as soon as they can whether that is an oil change or a major repair.

Great service! I was making a 9 hour car trip when I got a low tire just south of Nashville. I call this Midas and they got me in as soon as I arrived and had me back on my way very quickly. Friendly staff and were very good at explaining the issue. Also heard them give good (honest) opinions to other customers waiting.

I love these guys...they have pull you right in on your appointment time and have you right out they are very friendly they take good care of your vehicle..Ive tried others n they suck i dont care where u live is so worth driving there i will never go any where else. ..n they coffee is great. ..

The service was very good. The young man at the service desk was courteous and helpful. The services needed were done in a timely manner and with precision.

Midas on Nolensville has consistently done good work on my car, and the customer service has been very helpful and transparent. They fixed the shoddy brake job done by an inferior shop, and they did so quickly. Chaz gave me a little advice that ended up saving me over $1000. I will not be taking my car to any other shop if I can help it.

My brakes were making a crunching noise and I knew that I needed to get them repaired fast. I took my car in there and they got me in and out fast and at a fair price. I am very satisfied with the repair.

Dont try to use the Groupon here. Bought a synthetic blend oil for my wifes car. My father in law took it there to have it serviced. They fought him over the Groupon because they said they didnt have a scanner. Doesnt make sense to offer a Groupon and not have the proper equipment to scan it.

Midas has always been my go to place for oil changes. When I first started coming here, the staff were friendly and got me in and out without issues. Now when I go it’s always an issue. Last time I went I was told that they wouldn’t be able to get me in for an oil change until next week. So I booked an appointment for Monday at 7:30 in the morning. I come in and was told they’d get right on it. Thirty minutes passes by and my car has yet to be pulled into the garage. Then I’m told that the technician lives an hour away and was just now waking up. The other technician was at the DMV and would be there shortly. I asked for an ETA and wasn’t really given an answer. I asked for my keys back and left. I will never return to Midas again!

There is always a problem were. I thought having 4.3 stars it would be a good sign. It was not. I am done going here. Go down the street to Larrys cheaper and no headaches

Was able to ask about products and services over the phone and didnt have to drive there. They were avle to tell me that they did not deal with stainless steel exahust.

I had a really weird problem. If my AC was of my car stopped running. Another shop puts new battery in for 150 then wanted to charge a 115 charge just to find out what else was wrong. I cut bait and called Adam Heinz. I told him what was happening he put his guys on it and I had my car back within 24 hours, from dropping it off, with a new fuel pump that was the source of the whole issue. I guarantee the other shop would have never found the issue for at least 2 days but Adam did it in under 12 hours. Thanks Adam for keeping it simple and getting me back on the road.

Decent shop but I was there about twice as long as they said Id be. They put the wrong kind of oil in my car. They realized and fixed the issue before they gave it back to me but still.

Im trying to tell everyone please dont waste your time and your money. Here is the story:I went to there to checkout of my A/C and they said they can fix it for $160(You can do by yourself for $35). I asked couple times if theyre sure about that. They said yes, problem is that we checked and then I accepted to repair. But 4 days later my AC stop working again. Therefore I went to there and they said we have to change condenser for $600. I told them first time before you guys fixing you said this is the only problem thats why I fixed, if not I wouldnt do that. They were so rude and they said theyre not going to refund. So Im telling you guys did I pay $160 just for 4 days and rude employees? Never go back there again,

I had a pretty horrific brake situation and even though it was fubar the guys who work here told me I could bring any car I looked at here and they would check it out for me. They had genuine concern for me and treated me like family even though we just met. I trust them and would never go anywhere else.

Went in to get an oil change and they told me that I needed coolant for my car which would cost about $70. Then I had them speak to my husband to explain details to him (they said I barely had any coolant left but they couldn’t find a leak). Told him about $50 for coolant. We decided not to have coolant put in cause my husband called the dealership and they told with my car being a newer car it didn’t sound right. After I left Midas I drove straight to the dealership. They took a look at my coolant level and said that barely any was missing!!! Total scam! Will never go back!!!!

Was some confusion concerning my online purchase. Apparently it did not cover taxes or disposal fees.While I wasnt thrilled by this, the manager made it right by charging it back to the online service due to their lack of transparency.Was a solid move and one that was unexpected.Guys did a good job, were quick, professional and even with the misunderstanding, remained concerned with my satisfaction. Theres nothing more you could ask for.Highly recommend.

I trust these folks and they have always treated me well.I would say their prices may fall a little higher than a locally owned shop, and their timeframe is not always accurate (add a few hours onto the time they said itll take), but they have always done very reliable work for me. Ask for Chaz, hell take care of you.

I went to Midas on Nolensville Pike for a full synthetic, full service oil change recently which included a tire rotation. What I got was a synthetic blend oil change, no tire rotation and my coolant wasn’t even topped off. Also, the oil level was half a quart low after the change and after only 500 miles the oil was nearly black again. This leads me to believe that the oil filter may not have been changed. I wish that I could prove this, but I can not. I can prove that the technician didn’t use full synthetic oil (the windshield service sticker reads “synthetic blend”) didn’t rotate my tires, and didn’t top the oil or coolant. Needless to say there are 20 other businesses in their vicinity that perform the same services, and I’m definitely going elsewhere with my business.

Great experience. Half the cost of my past provider with the job done right! $250.00 to replace brake pads and rotors on front. Bridgestone Firestone quoted me a price close to $500.00 for the exact same repair! Bridgestone Firestone will never get my business again!

2 1/2 hours and $26 to patch a tire. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially after being told “It won’t take long.” Go anywhere else on Nolensville, you’ve got plenty of other options.

I was satisfied with the oil change, but the worker who brought my car to pick up obviously had grease and oil on his clothes because it is now on my beige fabric seats. I brought the gentelman out from the desk to look at it and he said he would have the worker clean it with some degreaser. As far as I can all the degreaser did was spread it around. I suggested they see about getting paper covers for the seats so this doesnt happen. Next time Ill put a drop cloth over the drivers seat.

The exhaust on my 97 Jetta split in half on a Saturday afternoon and I really didnt want to miss any time at work on Monday getting it fixed. After calling all the shops I could find I walked into this place and they set me up with an appointment right away.They were able to fix me right up before closing and the price was quite reasonable. The time I saved by getting it done on a Saturday nearly paid for it. I will come back for any more jobs that are beyond my abilities.

I visited this store for an oil change and tire rotation. They performed a courtesy check and offered to replace my air filter and balance my tires to fix a small issue that I mentioned I was having. The oil dip stick broke, which was not their fault... my car is almost 20 years old. They ordered a new one however when it arrived it was the incorrect size. I found one online and had it shipped, they paid for the new dip stick and replaced it for me as well. I am very pleased with the store manager, Ryan, and Brian, who worked on my car. They were both pleasant, extremely professional, patient, and apologetic for my visit taking longer than expected while waiting for my parts to be delivered to the store (and a mishap along the way.) I appreciated the explaination of needs for service that my car required, as I have zero knowledge in this area! I can say with certainty that I have not recieved customer service to this high of a standard in a long time and I will forever visit this store for any of my car needs.
