I was referred by 3 different close friends I trust to Val at Tulley BMW in Nashua. They have all been loyal clients for years. I had the most painless, pleasant experience getting a car there. Being a young, woman business owner, that can be intimidating and the fear to be taken advantage of is always there. I directly worked with Warren, Zack, and Val to find my newly found dream car. Val was extremely fair and was easy to negotiate with and we were able to obtain that agreement within 2 days, painless ! Warren had the best personality and was a very commendable salesman without being manipulative, but yet knowledgeable ! Zack was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to answer any redundant, thorough questions I had. I will surely be getting my next BMW with them in a few years to come. Working with Warren Johnson and the supporting team at Tulley BMW in Nashua, New Hampshire, was excellent. They answered all my questions and concerns. Warren does a great job making you feel more like a friend than a customer. He takes time to catch up on how youve been since the last time you met, and he does it in a personal manner. He also is very knowledgeable in not only your vehicles, but also the history of the dealership and BMW vehicles in general. He doesnt leave any questions unanswered. He also followed up in the days following my purchase in order to ensure that I was enjoying the vehicle and if there was anything else he could help with. After looking an manual M2 for a long time, I just happened to come across one right after it was listed at Tully. I sent a message via Cars.com that night, and was contacted early morning by the internet sales manager. We set up a time early that afternoon to have me come by. As I was arriving they already had the car pulled up for me to check out.I was quickly introduced to Kevin who would be my sales guy. From the start I tell that working with Kevin would be great. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the car as well as the BMW brand, and that made me feel really comfortable working with him. Believing in your product can go a long way. After quickly getting me into the car for a test drive, it was time to work out a deal. I knew the value of my trade and thought the initial offer was low. A few rounds later we came to an agreement.After the deal was made, Kevin went the extra mile to help accommodate me with taking delivery - which was also a great experience. The car super clean inside and out and was inside the showroom which made it feel even more special. Hearing an M2 cold start inside a showroom isnt something that I will soon forget.Overall, my experience at Tully was excellent, and I plan to make the hour drive there for service too.

The lease on my current vehicle was set to expire in July and I had only started test driving cars. Id been researching models for a couple of months and had narrowed down to either a Mercedes or a BMW. I went to the Mercedes dealership first and they were less than helpful. They didnt come on the test drive with me (forcing me to concentrate more on where I was going than on the drives), but they were MORE than happy to bring up pricing sheets when I got back. So I didnt walk away from there with a very positive feeling.Then I came to Tulley BMW. It was very easy to set up an appointment and I was met by Kyle Hart when I got there. He was incredibly patient and took me through a number of models in the showroom first to really get a feel for what I was looking for, taking his time to explain the main differences between the models, their special features, and ask questions on how I intended to use the car once I had it. He joined me for the test drives and was able to give me options on the kind of drive I wanted (highway, twisty side streets, etc), and spoke about the performance while we drove. As well as sharing with me his incredible love for the brand and giving honest comparisons to other makers. He was incredibly knowledgeable about BMW as a whole, walking me through some of the history of the company to bring them to where they are today.We ended up testing two models in the X3 lineup, including the base X3 and also the M40i. As soon as I got behind the wheel of the M40i I knew it was the car I was going to get. I had no intention of getting the vehicle that day, though, but after sitting down with Kyle and working through the numbers and some offers they had, I walked out that day with a signed lease (and 30 minutes late to a movie, but worth it!).When I was able to pick up the car a week later (thanks MA RMV for the delay!), Kyle sat with me while the vehicle was prepared, then another Genius walked me through every aspect of the car for about 45 minutes, from trunk to engine. And offered a second session at any time if I had more questions once Id driven around for a while.Overall, a very positive experience with Tulley BMW and especially with Kyle Hart. I am happy to have them as my dealership for the next three years of my lease.

Just WOW..We are repeat customers. I leased my first car from Tulley BMW about 6 years ago. Joe Macintosh initially helped my husband and I with that transaction, and I recall it going EXTREMELY smooth. He was so great throughout the entire process, and even drove to Boston to have my husband finish signing the papers.Fast forward to todays transaction.. We had an appointment set with Joe again, but due to scheduling conflicts ended up having Cameron help us. Though initially disappointed, I was very pleasantly surprised. Cam was extremely knowledgeable of his inventory, and exceptionally easy to do business with. He found us the perfect x3 at the right price.From dealing with Cam on the sales floor, Bob the Sales Manager, Seth the Finance Manager and ending with Zack the BMW Genius, I couldnt imagine having a better experience. The team worked flawlessly together.Buying a car is stressful (at least to me) and this team made it painless and fun! It was a wonderful experience as I bought my first BMW at Tulley. They have an extremely professional and friendly staff. Kyle, Bob and other staff they are all great people. Jon, will have solutions for all your finance needs. If you need a nice BMW asap this is the place to go. Everyone here was friendly and courteous. The follow up after purchase and service was unexpected but appreciated (in past experiences with dealerships once they’ve sold you the car they disappear from communication). Jake was great to work with and helped make the process smooth. He was quick to respond when I had questions as well. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Warren Johnson for the purchase of our BMW - a beautiful 2020 X2. We had every intention of test driving all day at nearby dealerships, but after we both did a test drive and Warren talked us through all the features of the (very competitively priced) car, we were sold. He was very passionate about both the BMW family as well as the Tulley family; it was clear to both of us that we were in the right place. The transaction was smooth and painless - a first for both of us. The following day, I had to drop off my second set of keys from the trade-in and had to get the inspection taken care of. Without an appointment, I took a chance at getting the service done at the same time. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler Smith who was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even went the extra mile and washed, sanitized and cleaned the car. We have been thrilled with every aspect of the process and love our new car. My car ac blower fan was not turning off even when the car was shutted off, it drained my car battery. So I looked online for the issue and found that there was a recalled on my car year and model. Which the blower fan can cause the car to catch on fire, and some people have had their garage burned down with it too. So I knew that I had the same issues. I called Tulley bmw in Nashua, talked with a service person. She told me that my car is not part of the recall and its not the problem my car is having, even explaining to her the recall has my make, model and year. Told her the problem and its exactly whats stated on the recall. She said my car is not covered, but I can bring it in for a diagnostic for $105 and they can see whats wrong with it. I told her the problem why should I pay for diagnostic if I knew whats wrong with it? I ended up taking the blower motor out and checked the wire and sure enough, the wire is burnt and its exactly what the recall was. I was lucky that my battery was drained before the car caught on fire and burned down my garage as well. I end up buying the wire that was supposed to be covered for the recall for $12 and fixed myself. Goes to show how greedy BMW is, even when they have a recall. They will not cover you.

I had reviewed comments on line from dealerships around New England before coming to Tulley. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when I arrived after a harrowing drive through Route 3 and Boston traffic and getting lost following the GPS directions. I had selected 3 vehicles to view and drive. I currently owned a 2014 X1 and before that, an X3. I decided I preferred a sedan and was looking at the 320i. I had an appointment to drive one of the vehicles I had viewed on line. I was greeted by a young man who offered to help me if I had not been assigned to someone else. This was refreshing to hear as my past experience with car sales people had not been pleasant which is why someone else always negotiated my buying a vehicle.Reid is such an asset to this company. He is knowledgeable, patient and honest sharing the history of this dealership as a family owned and operated business. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. We went for a test drive and I felt right at home behind the wheel. When we returned to the dealership, came the part which always made me cringe. I will never understand why the person you deal with in learning about the vehicle and establishing rapport is not the one who ultimately closes the sale.I had received a higher offer for my trade-in, but I really wanted to deal with Tulley after meeting Reid.I was overwhelmed with all that Matt, the finance person, explained to me and I kept repeating that the Simoniz option was the only one I wanted. In retrospect, I felt as if I should have had an attorney present and this is why I never purchased my vehicles on my own. When I got home and had ample time to review the documents, I realized how much higher my cost of the vehicle would be and changed my mind. I knew that a contract has a 72 hour rescind time and called the dealership. It was unfortunate that neither Matt or Reid were in that day, but the person who fielded the calls apparently did not know that as I was becoming increasingly anxious. I was transferred to the manager in finance and he explained the situation. Tulley did EVERYTHING possible to assist me with this concern, going above and beyond what was within their control. I cannot speak highly enough about Tulley and will cope with the Boston traffic and long ride to continue service with them. It is rare today to find many businesses with ethics and integrity. It has been a pleasure dealing with you.

Genuinely had an excellent experience here trading in for a pre-owned X5. We worked with Shawna (online sales), Bob (pre-owned sales manager), Reid (client advisor), Matt (finance manager) and Zach (BMW genius) and each one of them were professional and courteous. More importantly to us, they were straight-shooters. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to haggle, pressure or oversell us at every turn. Even during the finance process. The whole process was painless - took just a little over two hours and I was able to drive the car home same day. They were also accommodating and thoughtful while we waited (we brought our 18-month old daughter). We live in MA and came to Tulley because inventory is so limited at dealerships near us (and in most places), and we had a better experience at this dealership than at any of the ones we’d been to in MA.

I took our X3 in for some repairs and general maintenance. Tyler Smith worked with me and made sure everything was taken care of. I had to speak with our insurance company regarding some of the repairs and Tyler explained what I needed to do and made that process very easy. He also kept me in the loop, updating me on the repairs and when the car would be ready to pick up. It was a seamless and headache-free experience, which isnt always the case when getting repairs done. Would recommend Tulley and especially Tyler to anyone who has a BMW in need of repairs or maintenance work.

I have purchased a 2018 530 xi from Warren Johnson this past weekend. I have never been so impressed with not only a vehicle but, with the sales advisor that greeted us outside when we arrived. Warren was personable, professional and patient. He listened and understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me get there. I had been searching for CPO X3 within a large radius of my home in an effort to locate a good match. I contacted Tulley online and chatted with Jennifer about an CPO X3 that was coming soon. It wasn’t what I wanted but the conversation led to an attractive offer for a new 2021 X3.I went into the dealership and Peter worked out the final details and we even agreed on a good trade in value for my car. I had no intention of buying that day however it all worked out with an equitable agreement. They had the X3 that I wanted and the pricing was attractive enough for me to sign the deal that day. I have been a long standing Tulley BMW service customer but had never purchased from Tulley.Overall the buying experience was excellent. It started with a simple and pleasant online chat which led me to an actual sales adviser, Peter. The whole transition was quick, simple and satisfying. I took delivery of my 2021 X3 about 4 hours after the final papers were processed.

Peter Charpentier was really professional! I had a great experience when he walk us through the BmW options. I was originally buying a jeep Sahara and was just entertaining my mother when we walked in to the BMW dealership. Once there Peter took care of us. Made us feel at home. Not pushy at all! I appreciate that. A good sales man that knows how to connect to a client rather than just push a sale. I never even got a chance to walk out of the door! I ended up purchasing a new car that day! He help me with the entire sales cycle up to when I picked up my car! Was a great experience and I recommend him to anyone that would like a legendary customer experience while buying a new car. I had the pleasure this week of working with Jake. I have never owned a BMW and I went in with a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable about the types of vehicles, and each model and which one would be best for the amount of driving I do as a Realtor. Not only did he answer all of my questions but he took the time to make sure I really understood everything and there was no pressure at all. We tried out a few different cars and he really let the car sell it self which was really important to me. He took the time to explain all my options and didn’t try to upsell me. Once we found the car I fell in love with (2020 x3) he worked with me to get a good price on my trade in and worked with me to get my monthly price to where I was happy with. When it came time to sign papers the Finance manager Amanda was the exact same way. She went over all the ins and outs of the financing and made sure I knew what I was signing. She helped me pick out options that will protect my car for years to come. Once the car was mine Zach, one of the Geniuses came out and helped me set up all the technology (the entire car is technology it’s AMAZING) and that really helped me save hours of time trying to figure it out on my own. After all of that both Jake and Zach have made themselves available to answer all of my questions I have. It has been the best experience with a car dealership I’ve ever had. They are the most unprofessional sales force I have encountered. High pressure, absurd financial questions and inconsistent business practices (i.e. financing on certified vehicles only through BMW vs. Personal financing).Take a professional sales course and perhaps work on those people skills before you interrogate your next victim.Nice car but will never purchase or recommend Nashua location to friends and colleagues based on customer service. Massachusetts dealers dont seem that far away now.

I imagine most individuals prep themselves on their way to a car dealership. Negotiation tactics, willingness to walk away from a bad deal, put the guards up so they dont feel swindled by warranty deals, you get the gist.When you go to Tulley, all of those guards fall off quickly.Peter was the one who helped me get my new car. That guy was down to earth, knew what they were talking about, and made handing over money as comfortable as the leather seats I rest my butt on now. At first I thought the car I was purchasing was overpriced - might still have been overpriced - but they gave me a generous trade-in offer on my former vehicle which offset the price of the BMW to where I wanted it to be.I am a very happy customer and if I am still in New England in 6 or 7 years, I just may come back to Tulley.Thanks Peter!

A truly refreshing car buying experience.After configuring my build on the BMW website, I contacted Gloria Prosper, who was highly recommended by a friend.Gloria was patient, upfront, and effective. She quickly went through my build to make sure I get exactly what I expected, presented me with the financing options, and explained the factory order process, since what I wanted was not in stock. No pressure, just an honest and pleasant conversation.Once we agreed on the details, Gloria handled everything from start to finish. Our communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The vehicle arrived as planned and taking delivery the next day at the dealership went equally smooth. Tulley BMW has been an awesome experience BOTH times my wife and I were there.OUR TULLEY BMW STORY:We drove our California leased BMW 330i to Massachusetts which threw our allowed mileage way over, and I honestly believe Joe Macintosh, our sales person, went above and beyond to get us the lowest price possible for our next lease. Our first experience there was so pleasant, we promised Joe that we would come back in three years and ask for him.Two years later, we were again projected to be over our allowed miles. Val, the general sales manager, wrote us a letter we couldn’t pass. (The hook)We made an appointment with Joe but he was not available at the time so he introduced us to Jake.Jake is like a splitting image of Joe, customer service wise. Both handsome young men but Jake is a TAD bit younger😅We trust this dealership so much that not only did we trade in one car, we traded in both of our vehicles and bought two cars from them in one day.If you’re reading this review, and thinking of buying or leasing a BMW..look no further. Most folks would agree that buying a car is more of a headache than buying a home! Nothing is ever transparent and always consumes 5-6 hours of your time; while the salesperson goes to back and forth to consult with Wizard of Oz behind the curtain. They promise to get you this fabulous deal that ends up never being the price you want or were led to believe. Well THAT all changed for we this week! Val Goldenberg, Robert Marcoux, James Beal and Nick Mazzotta at Tulley BMW of Nashua are not your typical car sales team. They were honest, up front, professional and the BEST group I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am now a fully loyal and true Tulley customer!

Me and my friends went in with an intention of buying a car, and we were humiliated by the manager “Van Goldenberg” in front of the entire staff. Highly disrespectful to their customers. These guys charge the top price and claim to bring the price down upon negotiation.

First, let me say that buying a new car is the thing I dislike most in life! The high pressure, back-and-forth, hard sales pitch.... and the waiting, waiting, waiting..... So to say that I am totally apprehensive of car shopping would be an understatement.My experience with Peter Charpentier at Tulley BMW has changed my view. My husband and I started the process in mid-December, knowing we were not ready to buy until the spring. Peter joined us as we walked through the lot, and we had a good conversation about our price point and what I was looking for. After talking through a few different opportunities, we took a test drive and agreed to come back in the Spring. Peter followed up with me a few times over the next couple of months. Shortly after my retirement, I was ready to make a purchase.We scheduled an appointment on a Sunday. The entire process from identifying the car to closing the sale and driving it home was essentially seamless. Thankful for the Tulley BMW Team! I first began my process of looking for a new BMW when I spoke to Jennifer Cavanaugh on the phone. She was kind, patient and thorough going over all the questions I had and what I was looking for. They didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot, but one was coming. She made it simple and fast to set up a time when I could go test drive a similar model to see if I liked the way the car drove.Once I got to the dealership I was greeted and helped by salesperson Ben Brown. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed, which is important to me because buying a new car can sometimes be stressful. Ben took me on a great test drive and made sure to pay attention to the details I mentioned I liked and didn’t like. He explained the car thoroughly to me and all the features it has. We later went back to the dealership where I told him what I was looking for and what I was comfortable paying. Ben told me he had to do some research and would touch base with me.Having never purchased a car that was in transit and not on the lot was a scary feeling for me. Ben and the sales manager Val Goldenberg put me at ease and explained how that process would work to where I felt more than confident, I was making the right decision. They kept me informed about delivery and when I would be getting the car.I then had the pleasure of doing my finance paperwork with Nick Mazzotta. This was the quickest I have ever got in and out of a finance office! Normally you are there for an entire day waiting to sign papers. He was professional and informative. He never made me feel pressured but made sure to explain to me all the different added protection one should have with a new BMW.As soon as my car was in, they let me know and set up a time that was convenient for me to pick it up. This is my first new car in 16 years. I already knew what I wanted and chose a BMW because of the high ratings Consumers Reports gave the X5 SUV. I met with Peter Charpentier and showed him my wish list. They did not have my specific choices in stock, but Peter brought my list to Val (General Sales Manager). Val found my car somewhere (not sure where!) with everything I wanted plus one more feature. I test drove the exact car (minus the interior color) with Peter. I have to say, Peter never tried to get me to buy more than what I wanted, answered all my questions (via texts for two weeks prior!) and was very patient with me. I am not a fan of salespeople, but I would buy from Peter a million times over. Val was great and very attentive and came to thank me for buying from Tulley before I left. Amanda did all the business documents with me and went over everything in detail. I HIGHLY recommend Peter and wont go anywhere else in the future. Tulley BMW is the best!

I was blown away from start to finish! In a matter of a few hours, I had turned in my old Volvo S40 and was driving home in my new X1! Jacob Dolliver was absolutely the best. Historically, the car buying process has been stressful and let me say, it was the complete opposite. Jacob was so friendly and not pushy at all. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Ive been a BMW owner for about 20 years and have purchased 6 different BMW during that time. Ive always had great experiences at every BMW dealership that Ive done service with until Tulley BMW of Nashua. If I can give Tulley a zero rating I would. This will be my first and last time doing business with this dealership.I brought my car in for service back in February to fix a check engine light and sensor issue with the door handle. They said the computer needed to be updated and handle needed to be replaced. They updated the computer but had to order the handle, which takes 2 weeks, and they will call me to reschedule when parts arrive.Picked up my car and right after I left the dealership warning lights started to appeared. Had to take the car back for additional work. At this point I was very frustrated. Anyway, long story short, Im still waiting for my car handle parts to arrive and its now middle of April. Every attempt to get update on the parts has failed and Ive given up. For future customers, dont make the same mistake I did. For Tulley management, please take a close look at the people you have working for you.I will bring this to BMW USA Corp attention.

I just leased a 2021 F95 X5M from here, and I must say the experience was rather delightful. Zach, my SA, and Thomas, the new car manager, were all top-notch guys to deal with during the process. I ran into an issue where my official passport expired and wasnt able to use my diplomat discount, and the team was able to offer me a fair payment while working with me at the same time.
