In terms of service, these folks definitely do show you whats going on with your vehicle and describe it well enough for the layperson to make informed decisions.When it comes to adhering to general COVID protocols, however, I would not recommend going. Multiple workers without masks including at the front desk. There is a plastic separation, however they are not always behind it. The tipping point for me on this issue was that, in the hour I was waiting for my service to be completed, I saw not just one but three different customers enter with no mask on. There was no comment on this at all, despite a clear note on the door that says NO MASK, NO SERVICE.Either take the sign down or respect the virus; you cant do both.

Great place they showed me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They walked me through everything and we’re able to fix my car same day. I couldn’t be happier with this place best mechanic around !

I was in the area looking at a used 2011 Mazda 3 on 2/6/21 and called these guys the day before to see if they could check it over. They charged me $50 for the inspection and Im so glad I called on them after seeing their Google reviews. The car had many issues with it and they took me under the lift to point them all out and prepared a condition report for me to bring back to the seller. They were thorough and explained everything to me and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody! A+ experience.

These guys are the best! Took it in for an oil change and tune-up and they did that replace the air filter which hadnt been replaced in 30,000 MI. Found the problem with oil in where the spark plugs are. They are courteous, friendly and reasonably priced.

I don’t trust mechanics due to some real bad experiences, but with Mike and his techs I can leave them my car and feel confident knowing the service he does on it is top quality. Couldnt be happier with the service I received from the CAS team. They seemed to know every person who walked in the door, and knew exactly what they needed before even getting eyes on the vehicles. Everyone was friendly and helpful and you could tell they all enjoyed the work they were doing. I dont live in the area but Im going to make it a point to try and get any service work I need done here.

I used them last year for brakes and a tune up. Mike was very helpful, polite and they showed everything that was going on with my truck including what could wait a little while. I came back this time to get 4 new tires and will be back in a couple months tohave my other brakes done.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had an extremely rude and unprofessional experience today with an employee here. When I booked my appointment I specified with Mike over the phone that I worked till 5:30 PM ahead of time and said I would try to get out as early as I could, as Mike mentioned it would take 45 mins for a car inspection and they close at 7. He said i could arrive between 5:30-6:00 and that would be fine. I left work as early as I could to be respectful of the business’ hours and got there at 5:45 PM rushing to get there...When I walked in, there was a very rude employee at the counter, who was highly disrespectful to me when I told him I had made an appointment for my car to be inspected. He said the owner always does this and he would not take me despite having an ‘appointment.’ I told him my car was just purchased in October and only had 60,000 miles on it so hopefully it shouldn’t have any issues as it’s barely been driven with this pandemic anyways. He asked what I have for a car and I said a Jeep Patriot and he told me, “even worse I’m not taking you.” I asked if there was any way since I left work early to get there and he would not take me. That’s the last time I’m coming to this place. Too bad the owner wasn’t there as he told me it was fine. It’s not right for an employee to turn down an appointment on the spot—we all have lives we are working around. Very unprofessional.

As a woman, most of the time at auto shops, Im marginalized. Mike shows his customers whats wrong with the car, and explains whats going on and why. I will always come here first for any repairs or maintenance need on my car. Yes, the shop is always busy, but the team does quality work. Good auto repair is hard to find. This one is a keeper.

Mike and his crew are ALWAYS great to work with. They are honest and do a great job, which is hard to find when looking for a mechanic. Not only do I take my vehicle but my son takes his truck, the company I work for takes their fleet and their personal vehicles.

Fast talking weasels. Just had them do my thermostat and a coolant pipe. Total cost of parts was $92 and total cost for the bill was $800. Had an oil change the day before elsewhere and the manager/owner tried getting me to do another one, when I declined he said I need spark plugs with I absolutely do not. They talk fast snd say random numbers in an attempt to make you feel like your getting a good deal. I asked to keep the part they claimed was broken but of course they didn’t. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop. After I paid I talked to my normal mechanic who had covid snd 2 friends that are techs and all 3 said they charged me 2-300 extra for absolutely no reason. I heard bad stories before but this is the only place that could get me in quick and now I know why. They don’t focus on repeat customers snd try to make the bill as high as humanly possible. Worst shop in Nashua hands down

I drive all they way from Lexington MA to Certified Automotive Solutions. It is an easy 25 minutes and worth it. I am greeted immediately by Mike or Jen... and if they are busy... I’ve been driving for about 40 years, I’ve seen the good and bad when it comes to service. Certified Automotive Solutions is the best I’ve worked with.

In my experience, their work has always been excellent, and whenever there has been an issue they have always taken care of it promptly. I have never had problems getting an appointment. I have always found the owner to be very honest.

Impressed of their work even when you know whats wrong with your vehicle they do an overall inspection of your vehicle and show you if anything else could be fix as recommendation to avoid future issues with no pushing into get it done with them, as well the show you the difference how the vehicle was and how it looks once the work is done.

Hesitant to spend a fortune at the local BMW dealership for an oil service; I decided to visit Mike at Certified. He has a great reputation for being honest and thorough with repairs on high end cars. He was able to provide the same service the expensive dealership offers but at a fraction of the cost. I plan on keeping this car for a long time so it’s refreshing to have this shop just a stones throw from my office. Superb service and customer service that makes you feel comfortable and confident with the repairs.

$25 State Inspection... Passed my 2006 Camry without an issue. Refreshing to be a female and take my older car to a mechanic and not get taken advantage of. Was able to call in the morning on a Saturday and get my truck in later that day. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up waiting the entire 2 hours with my 19 month old son in their waiting room. The lady in the office actually helped with keeping my son entertained. It was a true mom&pop shop feel and they definitely treated me like family. Will be going back in the future.

I would highly recommend this place. I called the morning of, hoping for a look over on a used car I was about to purchase. They got me in as soon as they could. And they did an incredibly thorough and detailed overview of the car, they even took off the tires. They charged me a reasonable fee, and explained everything in detail to me. Have to give them a 5 bc they were able to get me tires and put them on all in same day. It wasnt until the snow I realized I needed tires, so I emailed Mike and he responded in 15 minutes with a phone call telling me he couldnt get tires in until the following day his concern was the tires probably wouldnt make it due to the snow storm so for $11 more he put me into a higher Quality Tire the same day. He didnt have time to set the alignment ask me if I come back the next day I said sure when I got there he only charged me half price for the alignment with a follow up storm coming in that they hooked me up. Best part was he didnt have to do anything for me, but he did. Thanks Mike and crew!!

These guys have done awesome work and priced very fairly, even throwing in coupons to lower costs when I had a lot of work done at once and not charging me when tracking down a problem they didn’t have the equipment to fix. The only complaint I’ve had is having to reschedule during a very busy period in my own life because the one day I could come, the only tech they had for tracking down an issue called in sick...another tech or others being trained to cover would be great

Mike took the time to inspect my car and physically showed me what he though it needed now and what he thought could be put off for a few more miles. I never felt like I was being sold and I appreciated his honesty in pointing out items that didnt need immediate attention. When checking out I realized his wife (who was caring for their new born) was also working at the shop. This nice family owned business who I hope to see in Nashua for many years to come. First time visit - Went for state inspection for 2 of my vehicles, but was not aware they do a complete checkup of the vehicles beyond the state inspection. They showed items needed to pass inspection + items that needed maintenance and could choose the ones that needed to be done. One great feature is I could schedule the service including state inspection on a Sunday (which is a great convenience)... Thanks for the service and I plan to return to get some additional work done.

I have known Mike for about 6 years now. He has worked on every car I have owned from my old 98 Civic to my new HRV and I even bought a car from him (which I still have as my play car).
