They were detailed and explained everything and answered all questions I had.. my vehicle was ready exactly when promised and the vehicle looks brand. If you’re shopping around for collision repair, stop. I have needed body work done very few times and have used a different shop in the past. Keys happen to be in my network with the insurance company and they were very local so we decided to give them a try. I have to say that Keys is not only the best collision center I have ever worked with but may be the best company/service/business I have ever dealt with. I contacted my insurance company about some body work that had to be done to my wife’s car. After choosing Keys, I was told that they would be getting a hold of me within a hour or so. Before I even hung up with them Keys was calling on the other line. When I clicked over I was greeted by a woman that spoke like we had known each other for years. She was very professional, kind and thorough. She had an answer for every question and was also able to set us up with our rental from Enterprise. Again, after hanging up the phone with a drop off date I was immediately called by Enterprise with a minute or two to schedule a rental drop at Keys. While our vehicle was being repaired were were called and updated frequently about the progress. The people there are extremely down to earth and kind and their work is amazing. Until this review I have literally never written a review about anything but felt that they needed the recognition that they deserve. Amazing shop. Thank you!!

I would recommend bringing your car here to get fix. They are very nice to work with and really seems to care about you and getting your car fix right. Also when my car was ready earlier than i expected i went to pick it up. I have a sprained knee and ankle and Judy was nice enough to go get my car and bring it infront of the door so i can swop over from my rental to my car. She didnt have to do that for me but she did. I have never gone to a car repair shop where i actually came out feeling good about the experience i have had. Thank you guys your great.

I got into my first accident a few weeks ago. I was upset and anxious about the whole process. Key Collision, especially Judy, made me feel completely at ease. Was hit in front end by another driver. They had my car scheduled within 24 hours to be repaired. Gave me an estimated time as 1 week but was completed a day early.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Honestly shocked to see so many positive reviews. This body shop is in the business of lining their own pockets. Dealt with them twice - wanted to total vehicles that were in fact not totaled. (Second opinions from more reputable body shops) Staff is unpleasant & unwilling/ unable to communicate with customer. Both times I used them they were recommended by insurance companies... Never again. I would suggest finding a Mom & Pop body shop.

If you would like your car to look nice 100% take it to Key Collision but if you would like your car to work after steer clear. After an accident I was referred by insurance to go here so thinking they knew what they were talking about I listened. BIG MISTAKE. After picking up my car after the body work and final inspection and having it for 24 hours it stopped working because of a crack in my transmission. I called my insurance and Key Collision and was told that they do not even have a mechanic on site which I was not aware of until bringing forth a problem. Since I drove off the lot because to my knowledge it was checked and ready to go the transmission issue could have been deemed my fault, thank god it wasnt. They sublet it to gurneys automotive and they were the ones to find the problem and fix it. Key collision called me back on Wednesday 2/13 and I missed their call..not even 2 minutes later I called back and was told by the front girl that it was the manager looking to speak to me about my car but he was in a meeting now and he would call me back. Then she proceeded to tell me that my boyfriends name came up on the caller id (who also just got work done there) and asked if I could give a message about money which I find completely inappropriate seeing how she did not even help me with MY car. Its now Friday 2/15 and I called Gurneys for an update on my car they let me know that Key Collision was suppose to tell me TWO days ago that my car was finished but I have never even got a call back and they were worried more about me giving another customer a message. To wrap this up I just wouldnt go there unless you want to do tons of back work and to have your car not even be inspected by a mechanic because clearly they only know what a car looks like on the outside and arent competent enough to notice something leaking from your car when they have it for over 2 weeks.Judy is the only person who seems to know what she is doing and willing to call me, you can just hear managers yelling in the background.

I honestly cant see where on the bumper they fixed. The service was amazing (Judy is the best, just saying). And the tech team did an absolute to notch job.

They helped following an incident and ensured my car was safe and fully operational before returning it to me.

I have Geico insurance, and having an adjuster on the property made things SO EASY! They even drove my car back to the dealership for pick-up when the repairs were complete. Very good experience here.

They did great work to my Jeep, the fender got a little smashed by someone and they made it look like nothing ever happened. I cant even tell where the new paint is because they blended it so well. Good work from them. The only reason I am taking a star off is because they said they would text me with updates and I never received a message until the car was finished at 4:46 on a Friday. Had to wait till after the weekend to pick it up.

They took my car in when I was in an accident even though they were completely full. They made me aware of how long it would take to get to it. They totaled my car, which I’m totally devastated about, but they were really great about the whole process.

I would definitely recommend going there to get your vehicle fixed, they did a wonderful job and also cleaned the inside of my entire vehicle

They took my vehicle in, and I had a rental car pick me up. Took them 4 hours to figure out they do not work on new Ford F-150s with the aluminum body. I then had to return my rental at my expense and find a qualified place to make the repairs. Completely unprofessional, and staff offered no apology whatsoever for wasting my time and money. They didnt even clean off the grease pen they wrote all over the truck with. Stay away from this place.

Was in a fender bender and referred to this location as a preferred vendor by Geico. The place was clean and easily accessible. The repair was done well within the estimated date window. Not only did the repair look better than when we bought the car but the interior was detailed as well.

Nice place, my son took his car there and it was a very smooth process.

Extremely willing to go the extra mile. Great prices, better work than other body shops Ive used, had my car in and out in a couple days where as other shops take weeks. Highly recommended.

Fast and friendly, had a Geico repair done and my rental was waiting for me when I got there. Literally ever person I saw in the office was nice and in a good mood, clearly a well managed shop people like working at.

I met a claims adjuster here to finish paperwork. The staff was very accommodating. Great customer service.

Key Collision did not honor their original estimate with me, they padded the cost and didnt do all the work that was promised. I was very disappointed in the questionable business ethics and dishonorable way they delt with my issues.They prefered to ship me around to different employees, so that no one knew what was going on prior, instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problem in an agreeable way. If given the chance to suggest any body shop, I will always say do not go to Key Collision of Nashua!

Easy to deal with the geico rep, my car looked perfect after!

Took longer than they said it would. Got the car back and there was little spots all in the paint. Didnt look good. Also they gave a complimentary clean, and left overspray all over my leather. Never had time to bring it back for respray and sold the car. Would not recommended this place.

Awful! They had the car over 3 weeks to apparently replace the passenger door and mirror that had been hit by someone. The insurance of the guy who hit the door paid for the work but the car was in better shape hit then when got it back from key collision. Over 3 weeks to change a door lol. Door was never changed they just fixed the dent but the car car back with the same broken mirror and the door that didnt squeak b4 key collision had it, did squeak after there work. Car came back with residue from tape they used to tape the car to paint the door they apparently changed but they got the tape residue of after. The car also came back with the rocker/ lower fender cracked as if they lifted the car in the wrong place and wouldnt surprise me after talking to the guy. Dont go there stay away they are not bbb certified and I shoulda looked myself but didint. Take my advice and go to a place thats bbb certified with an A plus rating

Great at fixing vehicles

They had the car for 3 weeks for a minor repair. They keep pushing the date when your car will be done by one day for a week. Progressive insurance makes it even worse with key colision center. Stay away if you can .

I can honestly say this was the worst experience i have ever had with any company. After three weeks of constantly being told different times that my car would be done they finally gave me a day to pick it up. When i showed up it still was not done and i had to wait two more hours to finally get my car. Three days after picking my car up it started having a bunch of problems and then it completely died out on me. When i looked under the hood i found bolts just sitting on my engine. At this point I proceeded to call Key Collision to talk to them about what mechanical work they did to my car. (I swear I have talked to monkeys smarter then these people) They proceeded to tell me how it was not their fault and that sometimes after getting a car back from a repair this stuff will just happen. Two weeks later i should be picking my car up from an Acura dealership who was able to figure out that key collision had painted over one of the grounds during the repair of the vehicle....I can honestly say i wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.
