I have been going here for about 15 years. Its hard to find a mechanic that you trust. They do not act condescending to me because Im a woman. They explain what is wrong and what is needed to fix it. They do good work at a reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the service I received when I visited Eddies. I stopped in for a quote and was greeted by kind, very helpful staff. I needed to have an oil change and mentioned that I was also interested in having a rearview mirror replaced to see if they could help. They were able to give me a great deal to replace and paint it. You would never know it wasnt the original. I will definitely be going back for all my future needs. I also will be using them for gas fill-ups too. Great price and full service!!

Made an appointment, showed up to find no one there.

I am completely surprised this repair shop has such good reviews because their costumer service is horrible. I went in for a state inspection (made an appointment before hand) and when I got there Mike had completely forgotten about the appointment and requested that I wait a Few Minutes I was empathetic and reluctantly waited for more than half an hour to which point I went back inside waited another 5 minutes to be seen. I asked Mike how much longer would I have to wait for a state inspection he then informed me he had an emergency and asked if I could wait a few more minutes. At this point I start to become annoyed and ask how much is a few more minutes. I need to go to work I booked 10:00 for this reason. He then suggested I come back again tomorrow. I asked what time tomorrow he couldnt give me an answer. A few more minutes of going back and forth he walks away without saying anything. I was really appalled. This was a complete waste of my time and they were not accommodating what so ever. I only went to this garage because a close friend recommended it. The office also reeked of cigarette smoke.Now I have to make ANOTHER appointment for a state inspection somewhere else and TAKE more time off from work. I will never go here again or suggest anyone to take their cars here.

I absolutely recommend this shop. I NEVER EVER put my vehicles in the shop...EVER! I am fully capable of doing most repairs on my own but when I am in a bind or do not have time this is thee ONLY place I will take my car. HONESTY sometimes sucks when you have to pay for services that are out of your control, HONESTY also creates relationships and return customers. Keep up the good work guys. :)

As a single Mom, car maintenance can be an overwhelming experience for me and needing a smooth running vehicle is extremely important!From start to finish, the staff at Eddies walked me through each step of a somewhat major repair in terms that even I could understand! They examined things in the vehicle not just specifically for that repair, but for overall maintenance and future reliability.... as though it were their own vehicle...I found the prices and turnaround time extremely reasonable. The owner even followed up after the repair to make sure the vehicle was running up to my expectations.

Great mechanics. I have been going here for a few years now and am SO glad i found this place. These mechanics know their business and are honest. I seriously end up spending hundreds of dollars per year less on car repairs since i switched to going to Eddies Auto whenever my car needs work done. Plus if you call around and do price comparisons Eddies Auto is one of the best in Nashua. When you add in the fact that Eddies doesnt try to charge for more time than they actually spent working on your car it adds up to a MAJOR difference. Not to mention Eddies Auto is actually a place that is interested in doing the best they can for customers, and if they actually do try to get any repairs done for the best deal for the customer that is possible. ..... This mechanics shop and its employees are worth their weight in gold in my opinion.

Great mechanics, after taking my car there, I decided to take my parents car for work on an ongoing brake problem that their mechanic ignored. It was discovered that the brake lines were illegally installed, the mechanics fixed that problem among other issues. Needless to say my parents have a new mechanic. Honest and resonable!!

Unfortunately while touring apartments in the Nashua area our car needed to be towed. The engine wouldnt stay on and Eddies Auto was the closest place we could safely pullover without obstructing traffic. The tow truck said it would be about an hour so we decided to sit outside the car. The place reeks of cigarettes and isnt in the best neighborhood. As soon as we stepped out one of the gas attendants begun yelling at us to not walk away from the car and that this was not a parking lot (obviously it is not). From that point on the attendant along with 3 other employees stared at us until the tow truck arrived. Not one person asked us if we needed help or even offered to help us push the car to a better spot if it really was such a problem. The employees here acted extremely rude as well as unprofessional. Upon moving to the area I will not be using any of the services provided at Eddies Auto and i recomend you dont either.
