We had them come and do a pressure check, evacuation and release the refrigerant on my samsung mini split system they charged me 570 dollars wich a bit much seeing he sat around and waited for 3 hours for the samsung rep to show up so he could talk to him he billed me for that hole time. So I paid them then I had them come back to do the exact same thing for my neighbors house. He was supposed to be here at 10 am didnt show up till 1 pm then only stayed till 2pm and said they had to go to a different job so then they came back a couple days later in all they charged my neighbor 720 dollars to do the exact same job they did for me at 570 dollars the job for my neighbor should have been cheaper then what I paid cuz he didnt have to sit and wait for 3 hours for the samsung rep. Will never use them again or give anyone a recommendation for this place terrible taking advantage of my older neighbors. Hope they feel good about that.

If possible I would give this business a negative 5 star rating. Called this business the first week in September requesting a proposal for a radiant installation and plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom in an 1800 square foot addition on my house. They scheduled an appointment for a week later. The two owners (father and son) showed up and spent some time looking over everything and exchanging information on the project with me. A month goes by and I havent heard from them? I dropped them an email inquiring about my proposal. Nothing! Another month goes by without hearing anything, so I decided to call. Spoke with the owner (father), and he gave me the royal runaround with all kinds of excuses - the usual someone was supposed to have called you story. Seems the bottom line is that they did not want the job or even be professional enough to tell me while on site. The project had been started 18 years ago by a previous owner and basically just needed to be finished. They did not want to be responsible for someone elses work started 18 years ago and that had been permitted, inspected and signed off on at the time. They wasted my time! Very unprofessional! They should have told me upon inspection of the project instead of ignoring me for over 2 months. Dont let them waste your time! Avoid this business at all cost!

In late December 2020 the gas company red-tagged and turned off our furnace because of a strong gas odor on the outside. Masi installed our furnace a little over 3 years ago so we called them to service. This is the first time it required any maintenance. To their credit they were here the next day. The service person was friendly. He fixed the problem and we were charged for 2 hours of labor. A few hours later the same strong gas odor outside returned. We turned the furnace off and called Masi. The same service person returned the next day. Before he got here we turned the furnace on so he could smell for himself. This time he found that the vent pipes were force between beams during installation and bent over time causing a bowl to form where water accumulated and blocked the airflow. It was installed by Masi but past warranty. He replace the pipes, correcting the airflow problem and charged us for another 2 hours of labor. We disputed the charge because we thought his work from the first visit should have been guaranteed. We were willing to pay for the extra parts needed. We lost that battle and had to pay. The gas smell went away but the work was sloppy and one of the pipes was leaking some water. See pictures. We called Masi again. Less than a week later they sent someone else out to fix the leak. Up front they told me I wouldnt be charged this time. If they did I would have called someone else. It has only been a few hours but the leak seems to be fixed. They didnt do anything about the purple stuff all over the pipes and told me there was no way I could wash it off. It wasnt a pleasant experience. Trying to be as fair as I can I give them a below average rating.

Called Masi on Monday morning in discovery of a leak and the lady I spoke with was super nice and helpful. They were able to come out same day and fixed the issue! Highly satisfied and will be using them in the future!

I have used MASI 5 times in the last few years and they are always responsive and do a great job. So far for me they have:Removed a water heater and Boiler and replaced it with an on-demand systemRepaired a broken pipeReplaced a garbage disposalReplaced a leaking valve to the washing machineInstalled a line to an ice machineYearly maintenance for on-demand systemWe are going to be getting our fireplace switched from wood to gas in the next month and they are always first on my list for work.

Not caring after serving .

Workmanship was excellent, they were knowledgeable when ask questions, but were polite when answering.

Very rude, had one of their master plumbers come out for an estimate after another plumber was supposed to do some work for us and ended up not following through. He talked over me, didnt listen to what I had to say and was upset that I wouldnt tell him who the other plumber was. He proceeded to tell me that they were going to do illegal work and that they should be fined and they should be cited by the city and that I needed to pull permits and wouldnt even give me an estimate. Literally had to chase him as he walked out of the house hurriedly while I was still talking trying to get answers and got in his car and left. Very unprofessional and definitely will not consider them in the future. (And, I did call the city to inquire about his comments for permits needing to be pulled and the city confirmed they did NOT need to be pulled for the work being done.)

Needed a rushed same-day water heater install. Call MASI at 8am. Told me they may have a tech available and I was told the tech would call me on my cell when he was available and he would show up prior to 11am. No call back and it was 10:45am so I scheduled someone else. 5 mins later at 10:50am the tech shows up at my door.. no call.. nothing. The team then decides to call me back and call me names I wont write on this review. Also tried to charge me for the visit when they didnt even tell me/confirm he was coming..... Poor communication skills. Terribly unprofessional. AVOID.

Two years ago, Masi installed a split heat/ac system for us. It was a complicated install in our attach. They were great. Very professional technicians. We have had Masi do our Preventive Maintenance once each year now. They show up on time, are neat, clean, and do a thorough job. Refreshingly, they are pleasant, something you dont often see anymore. We Highly recommenced them.

Very satisfied. Came up with alternative install location for a new sillcock and came in hundreds of dollars less than other company. We will definitely call for any future needs.

Bought a new boiler system from them this year and they gave us the most comprehensive quote for the right work (pointed out the need for fresh air and a new oil line which we knew were needed) at a good price. Unfortunately one of our parts in the system failed, but they had it replaced and our system up and running within 2 hours, and covered under warranty, so no cost to us. They have always been very friendly, down to earth, but professional. Great to work with!

My pipes froze and burst on a Sunday evening. I called several plumbers who would not give me the time of day. MASI Plumbing to the rescue! They sent a plumber (Nick) out immediately who was able to repair the broken pipes that evening, even though though he had already worked all day! A huge thank you! I highly recommend MASI Plumbing and will be using them exclusively in the future.

Came home to my central a/c not working. After checking a few things, I called Masi Plumbing, based off of consumer reviews here. The person who answered the phone was accommodating to my needs and had a service person here super promptly! The service person was very friendly, highly informative and fixed the issue promptly- and not at a high cost either! Igniter in my furnace went off; it is 32°C outside. Part at Amazon costs $16. This place charged me $55, but they had it.I did not like the fact, that they could not give me quote over the phone from the part number. That should have been #1 warning sign.I am sure I will not be their customer again.

I have been using Masi Plumbing for my house and business now for 3 years. I have been very happy with their service.

We purchased a new home in Hudson with no AC, and our neighbors recommended MASI as they had done a big job with them. They were very professional from start to finish. Bobby worked up a design plan and thoroughly reviewed it and answered all of our questions (we were choosing between mini-duct and high velocity AC systems). Their large crew knocked out the work in a week as promised, adding the system to two floors in a large house, and we used an electrician that works with them to complete the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We have pretty high standards and are construction competent, and felt they did a great job working with us and giving us the quality and service we were seeking. Would definitely recommend for this type of work.
