The owner and his employees have done work on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. I purchased a Dodge Ram that was in need of work the truck originally had the exhaust completely cut off had large off road tires with spacers leaf springs were broken and suspensions was the regular suspension which had to be replaced after off road use. All these parts have been replaced and they did a good job. Thank you for replacing these parts even with the truck having a lot of mud under the truck.

They were awesome! Stopped by close to 5 for an inspection and they squeaked me in. Fantastic service. Paul was fantastic! I’ll definitely be returning for service.

The older guy with the glasses that pumps gas has been nothing but nice to me for years. Always has a good humor and attitude about him no matter what the circumstances. We need more people like this. My favorite place to get air in my tires and gas.

Its extremely hard to find a reliable auto repair shop these days so when you find one thats reliable and trustworthy youve hit the lottery with the multiplier. The Glidden Auto Service Team lead by Paul is truly professional, speedy, hard-working, accommodating, and honest. Youd be doing not only yourself a disservice but your car if you didnt take it to the Glidden Auto Service Team.

My Honda failed inspection because of a lower ball joint. It was done quite quickly and the car handles nicely. Excellent work by hourly paid mechanics!

I had the worst experience here out of any auto shop I’ve been to. They told me they fixed something on my car but when I brought it to my dealership they didn’t replace they part they told me they did but they actually messed up my wiring in my engine. And refused a refund. Also I went before and I payed 800$ for a timing chain and once again nothing was changed. DO NOT go here

Hands down the best, most honest and dependable group of guys in the business.. They go out of their way to make getting your vehicle fixed not only transparent but understandable to those of us who dont understand cars, convenient and easily worked around the customers schedule and/or daily activities. The prices were not only lower than the dealership but the ability to pick up the vehicle up until 9pm made it super easy to handle the experience unlike the dealer where I needed to change around my entire day just to work around the 5oclock closing time. Also Im super lucky for Paul and the guys because a few weeks later I ended up getting a flat tire and within a few minutes they had come to my location, put air in the tire and immediately got my car to the shop and repaired on the spot. Not just a good shop but also an amazing back up plan to the unexpected. I will forever remain loyal to these guys, recommend everyone to give them a shot and travel with the comfort in knowing youll always be well taken care of and treated more Tham fairly.. if there were 10 starts if give them an 11
