Majestic Pool Service didnt excellent job fixing my pool plumbing and help me save a bunch of money on my electricity with a variable speed pump

I have used Majestic Pool Service for a few years now for both weekly maintenance and whenever there is a problem with my equipment. The maintenance person is reliable and does a very good job. They recently replaced my heat pump and were very honest about the cost and benefit of replacing it, and their price was as good as any other place that I looked. They were also able to do the installation the next day too, which helped since I was in a crunch with company coming. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for something better than average.

I was referred to this company by one of its employees recently. I did a little research, checked out their website, and per their website, they do commercial pools. After calling a few minutes ago, I was told, Were not going to do commercial pools any more, Im sick of them. Guess Ill take my pools elsewhere. Please work on your customer service. I was potentially a $2000 a month client... and please update your website to reflect no longer servicing commercial pools.

I have a second home in Naples and we hired Majestic Pool Service to take care of our pool. They have no problem billing me but when I come down and my pool is either filthy or low (not even reaching the skimmer) they tell me theyre too busy. When I complained to the owner he was rude and nasty, actually hes always rude, anytime I mention a concern. I will not be using this company anymore. Dishonest and Rude.

Receiving fantastic routine service from this locally owned company. Very attentive to the unexpected break downs as well. Rates cant be beat!

Did not show for an apt. between 10 and 12. We will not be using this company.
