Dont know how they got such high marks from people.they left my screen door open a lot when servicing our pool didnt close it. We have small children and pets where snakes and other animal can get in.sometimes they park in driveway. Recently tech put his brush in the pool and instead of brushing it he just walked around the pool with it. My security cameras showed he only spent 3 minutes with the pool. It took him longer to walk from the street to the pool than the actual servicing of the pool.They raised their prices $45 per month citing high cost of chlorine called other pool companies they only went up $5 to $10 per month recently.They never lived up to my expectations and yet some people gave them 5 stars.Security cameras dont lie.i brought this to their attention many time and still screen doors were left open.Nothing but aggravation. This is what happens when pool techs are on their own they think no one is watching what they do and they cut corners.Will never use them again.

These guys are the real deal! Always on time for the weekly cleanings and do a great job. They send a photo every time so it is easy to see how the pool looks after the clean. Very responsive to messages as well. We needed a last minute weekend service in the past and they were able to send someone within the hour!

We had decided to resurface and tile our pool and solicited proposals from several pool vendors. Needless to say, we were totally frustrated by the action or should I say inaction we received that it left us in total disbelief that someone could run their business in this manner.We came across Edgewater Pools from The Home Mag and decided to view your web page. What really stood out was your focus on your employees. This really impressed me. I called your office and the receptionist indicated she would have Nick call me. I received a call from Nick on Saturday and on Monday we met at my house. After assessing the pool, Nick provided us with a guesstimate and indicated he would provide us with a firm proposal the next day. By 11:00am the next day we had the proposal and we executed a contract.Nick outlined the work action plan starting with a trip with Nick to a tile center. He outlined the work stages and approximate starting times which was to begin with tile removal followed by tile wall preparation/tile installation/wall and floor preparation/wall and floor installation/job completion and pool water balancing. With minor exception (Xmas holiday), everything was on schedule and completed when Nick said it would be. Heater installed by my previous vendor shut down, and, after several days wait, I found Edgewater with excellent online reviews. Corey arrived the next AM and arranged prompt instillation of a new heater, which was installed by Jerry. He explained the installation and guided us in setting up the pump and heating. I met Kevin White today, a tech for the company.He was treating the high potassium level in my pool. He was extremely knowledgeable and was completing the third phase of the treatment, which was to vacuum the pool and clean and backwash the filter. I was very happy with the end result. Nick C came out to change the pump for the fountain at our condominium. He was there the day after we called for service, diagnosed the old pump was shot, came back the next day and replaced with a new pump and got everything up and running again.The price was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Edgewater and maybe youll be lucky enough to get Nick C. hes a great guy - but Im sure all the guys are great, good techs always work for good companies.

The second company we used was incompetent and unable to remove marks or repair equipment. We switched to Edgewater a few years ago and are very pleased with their service. I’ve had Edgewater servicing my pool for a little over a year and they have been phenomenal. With the previous company I had some rust stains pop up in the pool and without asking, Eric was able to remove in fifteen minutes what the previous company wasn’t able to remove in three years. We also had issues with calcium deposits on our spa tile, and Eric was able to not only remove it, but make our tile look brand new. With the various companies I’ve dealt with, Edgewater Pools are knowledgeable, conscientious, and consistent.

Eric is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Best tech we’ve ever had!

We have been a customer of Edgewater Pools for almost a year now with Eric taking care of our pool weekly. Even with our unscheduled visits, we always arrive from up North to a gleaming, crystal clear pool. Its a bonus for us when we get a chance to chat a few moments with Eric while he works -- hes a true gentleman and a professional. We had a warranty issue with equipment that Colton handled for us quickly as we had guests coming -- he went above and beyond in a short period of time to accommodate us. We couldnt be happier with the service and the Company we chose.

Edgewater pools are fantastic! They correct problems immediately and with a fabulous pool guy like Eric, who is absolutely the best and caring facilitator and who is extremely conscientious, you can’t go wrong! Wouldn’t use any other company than them!👏👏👏👍👍👍

I called to inquire about service and was told that they did not service past East of 951. However, it was interesting to find that their service areas listed was further than going east of 951. I called back and spoke to Colton as he heard me speaking to Nancy. First, when I called it was not a welcoming or a warm conversation. Second, was not thrilled about the tone of both calls. Listen, customer service is EVERYTHING you can have 1000 customers today and NONE tommorrow!!

We have been using Edgewater for 5 years & we are so pleased to have Kimberly taking care of our pool now!! she is knowledgable & very thorough each week, working hard to keep our pool beautiful - shes the best!!

Thank you Edgewater & Erick for being an outstanding pool company. We appreciate Erick and the great care he takes in maintaining our pool and equipment. When we’re not home Erick is especially alert of our surroundings and alerts us immediately if there is a problem. Our dog Rocket can’t wait to greet Erick when he sees him in our Lanai. He will cry until we let him out. Always great service from all at Edgewater!!!!

Best pool service in town!Been experienced a few other companies but this company by far is the best, inexpensive, professional and very reliable!

Erick is WONDERFUL! He takes AMAZING care of our pool! He is also great with our dogs! Our pool looks better than ever!! I recommend him highly!!
