If there were negative stars my rating would be -100 stars!!! The only reason I am giving one star is because this system makes you. Stay far, far away from this guy and his company. They are charging me without even cleaning my pool. The cleaning tech does not know a vacuum from a screwdriver. And they claim to be leak experts but do nothing but upcharge you and charge an insane hourly rate to play in your pool. Crooks. When the customer service lady (only one) wont return calls and has a voicemail that is full, you know you have a problem. The owner even lies straight to your face. I hate to say it, but a typical SW FL contractor taking advantage. Youve been warned.

We have been using Jackson Pool Service for the past year without any complaint. We purchased a home with a pool and had no idea how to maintain it. There is no hassle ever and they are incredibly reliable. We have had a couple of pool emergencies and although you do have to leave a message, they handled the emergencies in a reasonable and timely manner. I would recommend them.

The service and staff at Jackson Pool Service have been great. We have had several techs come out to do our weekly service and they have all been professional and knowledgeable. We have had a few odd questions come up and Roger has personally called us to discuss the problem and solutions. He knew exactly what the problem was just from our description and how to fix it.

The pool cleaner which had replaced last July stopped working. I called Mike on Monday and he checked the warrantee. He found that the unit was still under warrantee and he could send a tech out to replace it on Wednesday. He waived the service charge and charged me only for the half hour that the tech was here. The tech was very professional and had the unit up and running properly in no time. I commend all involved for an excellent job.
