I moved to Naples for the season. I chose this place based on the reviews. Call them at 10 am requesting an appointment for 1pm or any time in the afternoon.I was assured that a stylist will call me back. I waited 2 hrs and called back informing them that it was very important for me to have my hair done for that evening. I was assured again that I will be contacted and “ that I was covered “ and not to be concerned.The afternoon passed, nobody contacted me and when I called later that afternoon nobody answered the phone.I found it extremely disrespectful, ignorant and rude.I can’t understand why they didn’t tell me that there was no opening for that day knowing how important it was for me to have my hair done so I would be able to go somewhere else.

Dao did a great job with my hair! It usually can get dry but it felt so soft and I love the natural color!!

Everyone is always friendly there. Sara has always cut my hair, she always does a great job. I recommend this place to anyone.
