Had an amazing time here. Very clean and friendly. I also called ahead to get an appointment earlier in the day and to my surprise they took me in 30 minutes later -At 11 am. They were getting busy by time I was leaving. The gentleman that helped me was beyond kind and comfortable to be around. I’m not much a talker so I found that very nice to not feel forced to speak. Honestly it was my first time here and it was a late call decision to call the closest place to where I live but this place has been around for a while now and gained a good reputation on my side of town. Beautiful work. Thank you. Your eye for making sure each nail was even and to my liking definitely won my heart. I will be returning!!!

Patty was very gentle and extremely thorough. I am diabetic and she was very kind. Salon was VERY clean and everyone was friendly. Will definitely be back.

I also had an appointment on July 19th at 9:30. My appointment was with Mary. I witnessed the incident discussed. I believe this was an unfortunate mistake. The customer who wrote the review was unable to see what transpired after she left the salon. She believed that it was Tony who answered her call for an appointment. Mary attempted to explain to her that Tony does not answer the phone and if her appointment was made by a male, that would have been the new owner.When the owner arrived Mary explained to him that Genny had a 9:30 appointment that was made at her clients prior visit. The owner had inadvertently made a second appointment at the same time. Mary suggested that the new owner call the customer and apologize for the error. I do not know what transpired from there.My experience with Mary has always been extremely positive. She has always been professional and kind.It is my belief that this issue can easily be resolved by the owner with a simple apology for an unfortunate scheduling error.

I have been a VERY loyal client of Nail Color for several years. When I arrived yesterday, July 19, at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment, no one was there. I waited about 5 minutes when Genny arrived. I offered to get her coffee while she got herself settled. When I returned with the coffee, Mary had give Genny a “walk-in” client for my appointment time. Mary was very rude and disrespectful and blamed the new owner, who had not yet arrived, so he could not defend himself against Mary’s accusations. Unfortunately, this was not the first time that I have encountered Mary’s unprofessional and discourteous attitude and behavior; but this will certainly be the LAST time that I put up with her snippy arrogance. My suggestion to Winston, the new owner, “Get rid of Mary, or else you will have NO business!!!”
