I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and at 3:45pm I was asked for the second time if I had one…, right at 3:45pm the lady tells me ooops, he, Brandon will not be ready for about 40 more minutes and that I could go shopping or have someone else do it…Very disappointed and will not going back…, so sorry because I really liked Brandon’s work

Royal Nails & Spa is my new favorite place for a little much-needed pampering!I had a deluxe manicure and it was fantastic! The scents they use are yummy, the variety of gel polish colors is great. I got a pretty fingers too!My manicurist did a wonderful job. The conversation was great and I was really pleased with how clean the whole salon was! No nail dust or chemical smells. They use new files and buffing blocks every time.I love it!

I usually visit this store every 2-3 weeks. And, this by far, is my favorite nail salon. I rely on them to do an amazing job every time!Inside, it really doesnt smell like acrylic probably because the store is kept immaculately clean. Upon picking a polish, they have a myriad of colors available in gel and acrylic.While other places stop accepting customers 30 minutes before they shut down, they take new customers until they close for the evening. Most of the workers are pretty quiet, but Im totally fine with this. They all seem to be really dedicated to satisfying their customers. I happily recommend Royal Nails & Spa to all my friends and family.

I needed an emergency appointment. I called and the gentleman who answered immediately found someone who could accommodate me and told me to come on in. I arrived 10 minutes later and I was greeted and checked into the system. I was immediately led to the pedicure chair with warm water waiting for me! The lady at the front wrapped my nails for me while a gentleman did my pedicure. I was in a time crunch and they completely accommodated me. But without rushing, they did a great job. They use plastic to cover all bowls including pedicure and manicure bowls. Also they use a fresh set of tools and files per client. That is very important to me.I will be returning. They were all friendly and the place was beautiful inside. You wont be disappointed

Came here because my regular salon had no openings, and I was pleasantly surprised! It looked incredibly busy when I walked in. Many other people had to wait because they were getting a manicure and pedicure, but I was only getting my toes done, so luckily enough, I got a chair right away. I would definitely suggest trying to schedule and appointment with how busy it was.Everything seemed to be very clean and my technician was efficient, handy, and gentle. She didnt say too much, though. Also, the massage was very thorough and definitely not rushed. It was great!Overall, seems like a good place with tons of business! Very happy with my toes.

I really enjoyed going to Royal Nail spa, the owner Joann was excellent, and she took special care to keep everything clean and safe !! I was very happy about my choice to go in for a mani pedi, her professional style was above other nail salons I have tried in bonita Sorings area! I would defiantly go back in December and I’m gonna bring my group of girlfriends too! They would love it there as well ! The atmosphere was beautiful & very relaxing music playing in the background!! I loved it !

Great full set. I LOVED my technician! She was quick and did my nails very nicely. I will return, but need to get a pedicure. There is a lot of pedicure chairs and they have a lot of people coming in and out... I didnt mind though. I will for sure return.. I loved how she was very attentive to me and really cared about what I thought about all the services.

This has been my go to place for a couple months now. All the techs are nice, talented and accommodating. Their inventory of polish is great.Sometimes there is a wait or they ask you to come back. A quick call is best as it is vacation time.

Love Royal Nails & Spa!Ive been here a handful of times over the last couple years and will keep coming back. The salon is always clean, though busy no matter what time of day I come, it seems. I usually get gel manicures but will sometimes add a regular pedi. Great color selection and they add new colors frequently. They always do an amazing job.Ive been to a couple other salons in the area, and Royal Nails & Spa is the best. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean environment! I walked in and was seated immediately. The lady that gave me a pedicure was wonderful and took her time with the massage. Parking was no problem but I also was there first thing in the morning so Im sure this helped. So glad I stopped in and probably wont go anywhere else but here in the future.

Like many others I found this place on google!They were fast and efficient! I was in and out in about 20 minutes!I was surprised with the wax dip! Ive never experienced that before! It was fun! I didnt get polish with my manicure but she buffed the nails so they are shiny.Super good experience! Ill be back!

I loved this place! I normally get nervous at nail salons, but everyone that helped me here was kind and seemed to be having a fun time. I got a manicure and a pedicure and I love both! The artistry is fantastic and they have an awesome color selection. My nails even change colors in different temperatures! On top of all of that, I think the prices are more than reasonable. For the environment and the quality, Im surprised it doesnt cost more! I cant wait to come back.

Amazing place!!! The ladies are very nice, huge variety of nail polishes, super sweet service!! All the equipment is new and all the lotions, scrubs etc smell sooo good!! I do recommend making an appointment before you go, because they do get busy even in the middle of a week day! Very clean and the customer service was friendly.My friend and I went for a Mani/Pedi and the experience was wonderful. you walk into this serene shop and they hand you a very well thought out easy to choose menu of services. Then you go to the back area and just relax. We didnt feel rushed and the lavender package we picked was just layers of relaxation and calm.Thank you for this experience.... we will be back!!!I highly recommend Royal Nails & Spa to everyone.

This is my favorite nail salon in Naples. I dont get manicures or pedicures on a regular basis but when I do theres no place else Id consider.First off, walking in youll notice it is super clean, spotless. Like most nail places you sign in and pick your color - there are tons of choices in regular polish, gel and even the color changing polish.There are a lot of pedicure chairs so even if you have to wait for a tech you can relax in a warm foot bath and utilize the chair massager. If you are getting a manicure as well they will usually have another tech starting this while you are in the pedicure chair.I prefer a gel manicure and it has always been immaculate, perfect for when traveling for work or to see sorority sisters. Ive never once felt pressured to get something crazy, which just isnt me so I appreciate this.This is my one hour relaxation destination - the painted nails are really just a bonus.I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

I took a picture of the prices for you.. I love this nail salon.. truly royal treatment. Theyre all great. I usually have one or two people I like in any nail salon but here youll love everybody. They do their best on making sure youre happy with the services they provide. You know theyre good when you see a lot of guys getting a pedicure done 😂.. Ive tried a lot of places here in Naples after coming from NYC and by far theyve topped a lot of other nail salons Ive been to. You wont regret it. Theyre getting better everyday and you might want to call and make an appointment because walk ins take longer since theres so many faithful customers.

$$$My nail polish started peeling off on some of my nails 3 days after I originally got them done. I contacted them letting them know what happened. I spoke to the owner after some miscommunication, she was really nice and apologized for what happened. She was able to accommodate my late work hours and get my nails fixed. My nail technician was really nice like always and told me if I had any other issues with the nail polish to let her know. Im really happy with my nails and would recommend Royal Nails & Spa to anyone.@@@

This place has a dedicated crew in place so the wait on the weekends may be longer than youd like. If you have patience, you get quality service. On top of that this place is clean ALL the time. They have a variety of mani/pedi options with variety of prices.

Made appointments for a friend and I to get gel manicures and the staff was very unfriendly and rude while I was getting my nails done. She kept getting snippy with me when I would position my hands a certain way. After leaving I noticed some spots she had missed on nearly all of my nails along the edges and so I went back to get it corrected. I wasn’t even greeted then finally once acknowledged waited patiently for the nail tech to be done with a pedicure she was doing. Once she was finished she was rude and seemingly inconvenienced so she rushed through to touch up my nails and here I am not even 2 weeks and my nails are chipping and you can clearly see where she “tried” to touch up. I gave up on this place and I will not return! Don’t waste your time. They even have a full bar and don’t even offer paying customers a drink!

I loved getting my nails done there ! It was so amazing the lady I had took her time . And she was very entertaining! The color I got was a really nice yellow like the stars for the review, and I got stiletto styled nails ! This person I know thinks I should’ve gotten green, ( he’s a little crazy ) but I loved the yellow ! It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back !

I went today at 5:30 and the treatment of the person who treated me was bad! It was a young girl who did not stop talking on the phone! I was rushed and upset then so they cater? Do not go to this place! When a place is bad and they have such bad comments it should not be open! additional the girl did not understand me and I did not understand her either! I thought it was racist and it makes me laugh because they are Asian and I am Latina then it does not make sense to be bothered if I did not understand their bad English!

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this salon/place. Horrible customer service, they speak badly about their customers and think we can’t understand them. Front desk lady is always listening to music with her headphones on (very rude) and doesn’t even acknowledge you speaking to her. Very high price for a horrible experience. I had a really rude, angry and rushing nail technician. No patience at all. That’s just my opinion about this place in regards to my personal experience.

At first glance a beautiful environment, but I guess because of my appearance I was treated so poorly. The water for my pedicure was scorching hot. I was rushed, out before the two ladies who had been there when I arrived. Let down. And wont be back. Service was basic.

Worst set of acrylic nails Ive ever had. Edges are ragged; tips were not thinned underneath; no care for cuticles or nail beds and place was not clean. I got the impression the tech could care less about her workmanship.

I got a man who clearly had little experience or just didnt care. He didnt file my nails, there is acrylic bulges on the sides on my nails. He was shaking the whole time while doing my nails and kept saying I drank too much coffee. I would not recommend this tech, I wish I would have gotten his name. I will now have go go somewhere else to fix it. Waiste of money.

My first initial appointment was for a full set. I called a head of time to make an appointment for 5pm. When I got to the salon they had apparently forgot to put me down for my appointment so I had to sit for an hour before I even got to begin my service. My whole service felt rushed because they were closing and I left very unsatisfied. I made a new appointment to get my nails fixed from my first appointment. When I got to the salon, yet again I wasnt in the book so I had to get my nails fixed with a random person because the nail tech that did my nails first was booked. The nail tech assigned to me didnt listen to a word I was saying to her and my nails came out worse than they were in the first place. On top of all this, the receptionist was very rude and they wanted me to pay for the horrible job they did! I grabbed my wallet and left without giving them a dime.

First time disappointment :( I was traveling and visiting my parents here in Naples and this was my first manicure ever. I made an appointment ahead of time and they definitely seemed busy, but, my goodness, my nail edges were rough, the polish was streaky and a mess with polish left on my fingers as it was hastily applied. The gal who did them barely kept conversation with me. I was left at the nail drier, having been given no instructions for how long to wait, no thank you for your business, no do you like them? What do you think? I asked to have them fixed and was basically blamed for them not looking good. I wanted to cry because this was a rare opportunity to treat myself with a new experience and I truly would have had better looking nails having my husband paint them ... even if this isnt their norm, i am so incredibly, deeply disappointed. :(
