The absolute best experience for my wife and I. Massage and facial were fantastic. The staff all throughout the hotel were very kind and courteous. Spent the day with love in the pool. Enjoyed fantastic drinks and food. Then the spa treatments were icing on the cake. Most definitely recommended for any occasion. We WILL be back soon!

I have been here several times so far I have not been dissatisfied staff is friendly spa is clean.

My wife and I went last Tuesday and we reserved the Spa Essential Package - This package includes up to 2 50 minute services and of course was not inexpensive - while my wife had a good experience I did NOT - I have tried to contact the Manager with no return email - I can honestly tell you that I have had a better massage at chain store like a massage envy for 80 dollars than the treatment that I experienced at Naples Grande Spa - Buyer beware - SAVE your Money and go somewhere else! Not worth it - might have been hands down the worst massage service I have ever experienced - and the lack of follow up from the management just adds to the poor experience - this service was the last week of July 2021

Sent the husband in for a spa day - he raved about the services (massage and Facial) and said everything was amazingly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The massages were excellent. However, the Spa needs to kick it up a notch. It was over crowded in every area (Womens locker room had women lined up against the wall waiting for a space to change their clothes/ran out of sandals/robes) which did not create a spa experience. Literally, every space that we tried to relax in was full/wet or had dirty towels etc. Hopefully they make some changes. It was obviously over booked and it was a Saturday but it was a special celebration for my daughter and I and we were disappointed.

Nice facilities and good front desk service, but untrained therapists and estheticians. My massage was horrible. My facial providedA great neck massage but l ittle in the way of skincare. In fact, i was peeling for several days after the treatment from whatever was put on my skin that burned it. Not worth the prices they charge.

Review is for a prenatal massage “mommy and me” by Jorge. Five stars for the massage which was absolutely wonderful, relaxing, and they even had the pregnancy bolsters which was a huge plus compared to other prenatal massages I have had. I will say facilities wise the locker corner in the ladies lounge needs to be larger, particularly during busy season. All around enjoy coming to this spa very much as there are enjoyable amenities for before and after your spa services.

As a company I would be ashamed to charge my customers for a cabana and not provide them with service by the cabana as far as food and drinks....I had to leave to go pick up food from a restaurant to bring it back to my cabana because they have it very limited selection of food.... Great location terrible customer service

I had a facial at the spa which itself was very good. However, the facilities here are in need of updating--especially for the prices. There was also a clump of hair in the shower. The staff did nothing to make my visit anything above average. The esthetician said hardly nothing except to offer an additional service. I visited on my birthday, and my husband had requested my friend and I be given champagne. After I checked out and paid, the receptionist, said, Oh, would you like a glass of champagne? We looked for you after your service but could not find you.. It was a rainy day so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor facilities, but the indoor lounge area was nice...it was the only place we sat, so finding us should not have been a problem. Very overpriced for the service provided, and be sure to note....the tip is added on for you.

My husband and I drove down from Tampa for a weekend stay-cation. This was a beautiful spa. From the meditation room, to the gorgeous villa couples room, to the steam room. We were impress with all of it. I personally had Nicki two days straight & loved her. We would highly recommend this spa.

So I decided for an anniversary gift to send my fiancé down for a day at the spa to relax get her massages and facials and everything else women do. When making the reservations you’re not told there’s an 8 hour cancellation policy and they’ll charge you regardless.. she showed up a few Minutes late for the massage then cut her time from 80 minutes to 55 and made her wait but still charged her for the full 80... she then requested to cancel the other treatments because she wasn’t happy with the service. They then said sure they can cancel all of them but you’re getting charged for them regardless. So as we speak my fiancé is unhappy sitting and waiting for something she doesn’t want but will be charged for regardless. Thanks Naples Grande Spa for making the anniversary gift a day to remember.

What a beautiful spa. Spent the entire day. Betsy did my my mani pedi. She was professional, very detailed and enjoyable to talk to. Collette did my facial, again great service, very relaxing and quality products. Having access to the steam room, hot tub, sun deck etc before, after and between services was wonderful. The sauna seemed to have issues but one of the housekeepers knew the location of the second hidden button, so it finally warmed up by mid afternoon. That rain shower is AHMAZING! Can get a bit loud with larger parties all hanging out together so bring your ear buds or ear plugs. Not much in the way of food available. Chicken strips or burgers. Next time ill bring some fruit and veggies with me. Navigating the tiny locker room during covid is tough. So bring your patience and grace. I honored the no phone policy but did sneak one in before I turned my phone off for the day!

Spa was incredibly clean and relaxing. Both my mom and I had an appointment for our hair to be done. We were so lucky in getting Randy. He was amazing and so patient. He truly took the time to make sure both of our hairstyles were beautifully done and both of us are so in love with the results. He was unbelievably kind and we were so grateful for such a wonderful experience because of Randy. We will definitely be back to see him!

This is definitely one of my favorite spas in Naples Florida. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Received the best facial from Diana. My face has never felt/looked better. Thank you

We went for couples massage—they took us 10 minutes late yet still ended up at the scheduled time. We asked for deep tissue but definitely got something less than deep tissue. It actually felt as if one of our technicians was giving a massage for the first time. It was an underwhelming experience. We won’t be going back.

Nikki was my massage therapist and she did a fantastic job! Also great facility for relaxation!

Spa is beautiful, very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. I went for a hair cut. Eve who cut and washed my hair was outstanding. I was not rushed. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. A very upscale spa.

Absolutely beautiful!!! prices are a bit high but Roblyn gave my mother and I the best manicures and pedicures we have ever had. my mother was pleased with her massage. very clean. lots of snacks. and a private pool lounge area.

I had an absolutely incredible service from Edwin Uribe of the spa department. Edwin performed Gua Sha all over my upper body to relief chronic pain and inflammation that I have been dealing with for years and years. After one session, I felt like a new person. I kept remarking to everyone back home: it feels like I have a new body! Id give Edwin 100,000 stars if I could!

Aline was AMAZING! From the time I arrived for my spa day until the time I left she was above and beyond with accommodating me every step of the way, honestly she made we feel like a V.I.P. and I wasnt even a guest at the hotel! I purchased a groupon for a spa package and got access to all the amenities of the resort! Also wanna give a shout out to Betsy who did my mani-pedi, she rocked!!! Thanks for a great day Naples Grande, it was totally worth every penny!!!

Sent my Mother to the spa for her 60th birthday and Yenir and his staff made her feel so special. She left the spa relaxed and rejuvenated after a custom massage and organic facial This is the best spa in Naples, possibly all of Florida. Yenir and the Spa and Naples Grande knows how to treat their guests. Thank you Yenir!
