Messy gel application, not covering edges, lint on some of the nails. Not evenly filed. I do a better at home gel manicure myself.

UNPROFESSIONAL!Yesterday I went to L.A nails after work around 6:00pm. I was pampered by a older women who did my pedicure and a younger lady who did my manicure. Great conversation with both women! But I’m honestly disappointed with my nails. I don’t feel cute at all. Bought my self esteem down actually.So while getting my pedicure done the younger women was obviously in a rush. She brought her whole tool box next to me to start on my nails. She used a driller to clean my whole nail and she also cut me and blamed it on me saying I’m moving my hand to much. Mind you I’m on the chair getting my toes done. So I’m getting my toes done the manicure lady is moving my hand in all differnt positions I’m also helping her by moving both arms/body for her to file my nails and also put powder acrylic. Terrible! Unprofessional ! After applying acrylic she then even it out and each nail is all type of shapes. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and to be honest I give her a 3/10 . Unprofessional ! She even made up a price in her head when I asked her how much this or that would be

Dont let the older man touch your feet or hands. Hes not polite, files your nails down too hard and thin and does an awful job.Asked for coffin shape got a weird square look. It looks bad.The women are nice and do a much better job.

Be very clear about what you want before they start the work. I went in for a full set and asked them to use a dip powder with nail polish as a topcoat.The woman had me pick out a nail polish, tried it on my nail to make sure it was more natural like I asked and brought me to where I was going to have my nails done. The man sits down and she tells him what I want and shows him the polish. He did not speak very much and pointed to the powder and the nail polish and I clarified asking if that was dip powder and that the nail polish was the color I wanted. At the end I am expecting him to paint my nails and he refuses. Says powder same as nail polish, same same. That was not what I wanted, it’s a pink powder nothing like the polish. Not to mention that I have a ton of bubbles visible in EACH nail. To summarize: the nails do not look good, I am not happy with the shape or the color and adding insult to injury their sign outside their salon advertised full set for $30 and they claimed it was special colored powder and charged my husband $50.00 and he paid before I was done. They did not bother to inform me there was an extra cost for this “special colored powder” that I thought was simply the DIP POWDER!!! And certainly not $20.00 worth. I am furious as I have to leave today for a funeral out of state and don’t have time to get it fixed. And I feel tricked and swindled. I WILL NOT BE BACK. And I do NOT recommend them.

Horrible Mani and Pedi. Didnt cut all my cuticles and didnt clean the polish afterwards. Plus they only used one coat of polish. And I got the deluxe! Never going back!

I happened to stop in since I was in the mall already and felt like treating myself, the pedicure was very good and the lady was nice, however I was not very happy with my nails, she was very persistent that I try the dip powder and I gave in but they came out so lumpy and thick I was very disappointed. I asked for a coffin shape and ended up with red looking teeth on my hands 😭 I paid and left since I didn’t have time to ask her to redo them. Big mistake! Within 4 days they were already falling off! I went back and explained to them that I didn’t even have them 1 week and they were falling and they Redid the ones that fell, but they asked me if I was sure that is where I got them done. It was the first and last time I will ever get my nails done here.

Went to the mall yesterday and saw there was a special for acrylics which were 30 and pedicures for 25. I decided to take the opportunity and get my nails done. I got square light purple nails with holo glitterMy mother, aunt and cousin got pedicures. Service was great for me and staff was nice. My aunt did however say that they didnt cut the cuticles well but she still enjoyed it. At the last second I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and they were flexible and attended me rather quickly. I have to mention that I didnt have any kind of appointment but they attended me anyway. Definitely recommend

Paid $50 and they did a HORRIBLE JOB. I got protein dip nails and they are clumpy, thick, and messing up already. 1 week down and two nails are cracked, one broken off, and one came off completely. I thought they looked weird and lumpy so I told the nail tech but she didn’t fix.

My usual place was closed on Sunday and I really wanted a gel manicure, so I made the big mistake of going here. She filed my nail beds so much they are sore and thin and ruined. She didnt clean up the polish on the sides of my nails and she overcharged me (5 bucks) more then the sign states. It was a terrible experience and I cant go back because removing the polish will further damage my nails.

They had a special today for a mani pedi. $55 They CHARGED ME $88! I went to sign the check and was flabbergasted. They didnt even give me a manicure. They did not soak my nails or cut my cuticles. The guy who worked on me was extremely fast and he hurt me... I am pretty tough, so I can only imagine what he would do to someone who is less than a 6 foot athlete. When I got done, they guy dusted himself on my direction.

They damaged my nail so bad, I could see the skin that goes under the natural nail. I think it happed when they filed the acrylic nail to give the shape. It is supposed to be a place of hand and foot care

Initially there was confusion, when the issues began, i was making it known that i wasn’t happy with the way things were going and the guy doing my nails tried to talk me out of it... then when i finally told him to redo it, he got mad. i went to another guy next to him and he ended up doing it. i got my nails done thursday (12/13) and yesterday my pointer finger popped off... i paid $70. this shouldn’t happen.

I got my nails done for $53 plus a $10 tip in less than 10 days 3 nails came off and when I want back to show them, they told me they can fix them for 38 bucks. They had the audacity to ask for a tip🤬

If I could give this place zero stars I would. After getting done the dipping nail powder was on my hands even after trying to wash it off. Then two days later my nail polish started cracking. So I went back and got them fixed. The lady argued with me, and then they fixed it. And the next day they chipped again. The nails look very messy.

Absolute nightmare. My usual place was booked and with my busy schedule I thought this would be a good stop because I have been waxed here before and it was great. I have purple polish all over my pinky and a hard glue all over my index finger. The lady that did my nails didnt say a word. Not hi, not what shape, size... Nothing. She pointed to the sink when it was time to wash my hands. Ive never experienced this in all the years Ive been getting my nails done. My nails are different shapes on each hand. The Polish was old and gloppy she put nail polish remover in it but you can see the streaks on my fingers. Never again. I now understand the bad ratings.

I have been getting dip powder on my nails for months! First time in years I have had long nails. I decided to go to La nails in the mall due to my busy schedule with 1 year old twins. 5 days after a 55 dollar nail job I developed green fungus on my pointer finger along with sharp edges and the nails being uneven. I called and was told to come in they would fix it. Ivan did my nails both times. He took the powder off and left parts uneven and sharp after cutting them :( put clear polish and went to do a pedicure. Worst nail salon ever!! Miranda proceeded to tell me my nails were too weak. When in reality the powder I had before was not completely off when he put the new. I then waited for an hour to have them fixed a 3rd time. 55 dollars and a 10 dollar tip! Never again I have never felt more like a debit card paying for customer service before. I will add that i now see Miranda and I love her. She did make it right by doing my nails for free. I see her almost every 2 weeks. You would have lost my business completely without her!

Now I see why the ratings are low... I visited this nail salon while on work in the Naples area. I figured I would give them a try, even though they have low ratings. (Most people don’t leave positive reviews) I had 2 nails that needed replacing and just a fill in for the rest. The 2 that we’re replaced we’re too thin. I asked the guy to make them thicker while there, he said ‘no, they will be fine’. This morning after looking at my nails closer, there are some too thin while the others are thick, uneven, and some even crooked. I went back in this morning to have them fixed. The lady who runs the place kept insisting they were strong and didn’t need nothing but to be filed. After filing them, they wasn’t going to even repaint them. I insisted for them to be painted and of course the glitter one I used was a green (my husband has liver cancer, so I always get one on each hand for him) but they painted them with a blue glitter. Needless to say, horrible job on my nails and even worse customer service. I know my nails better than them along with the job I do. They didn’t care. So, I’m sure I’ll be paying another nail salon next week to fix their crappy job!! Oh and after they finally repainted my nails today, they wasn’t dry and wouldn’t let me sit longer for them to dry.I also had my eyebrows done, they look great and the girl was so sweet!! The others could learn something from her!!!When a customer tells you something is wrong and they want it fixed, you fix it, they are the ones that pay your bills. All these low stars are going to keep sending customers to the ones who care!!!

Its was so good they ask u what I want and take the time doing it and my sister got a eyebrow wax their and it was so good so I will becoming here every week 😊

If I could, I would leave half a star. LA Nails II is fabulous, but its predecessor is a hot mess. My nails were left messy and my polish wasnt removed correctly from my acrylics. Now, my nails look like I have blood and you can see where the man filled them. He wasnt very friendly and honestly, I would rather rip my acrylics off one by one then have to go back there again. LA Nails II (next to Sears) is fantastic, so dont try thinking the first is the same as the second, you would be so very wrong. Save yourself the disappointment and waste of money.

My daughter just had to take her nails off cause she had a bad case of fungus this place is disgusting and I will never take her back there 2 month later and we still battling the fungus

The lady that did my nails was rough and she was hurting me. I had my hands and feet done and the lady did not put me under the light to dry. She didnt help me carry my purse nor shoes when she sat me from one chair to another, my paint was still wet.By the time I got home I ruined the paint. Not very professional and unfriendly. And expensive for the work she did. So many other places to go near by.

Well I went today for the first time the lady I got at first she was nice but did horrible job on my nails I got powdered nails and they came out horrible I had to pay 85 $$ for regular toes and the powdered nails id rather have my nails done in miami a salon I go to and for toes and nails I only pay 40 and they do a great job but over here barely even cut all my cuticles I would say it was not worth it spending 85 $$ in this nail salon never going there again !!!

Very disappointed in service today. I have been a customer of 3 years. I get married on Friday. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails.i specifically said if you can’t do it I’ll go somewhere else. The lady insisted that they could do it. The nails didn’t even come out to what the picture looked like and then they had audacity to charge me $93 for what!! It looks terrible ! And my pedicure was awful. Water was cold. I just felt like I was constantly complaining which I never do. Should have known better then to go there for my nails for wedding. Very dissapointed.. I’ve been here for a long time to Nd this is how I was treated. No apology or anything.

I made an appointment. The job was beyond rushed with no care whatsoever. The drilling was fast and painful, there are bubbles in my acrylic, and drill lines on every nail. Each nail is a different shape and thickness, and began lifting within days. Shotty work, plain and simple. Zero customer service! The girl didnt speak to me once, ran into the back when her food was delivered, and I didnt see her again. I paid whoever was sitting at the desk, but I really shouldnt have. I will not be returning, I would not recommend them to anyone.

A $63 mani pedi combo turned to $108 with gel polish. Jesus hell. So expensive. They were nice and did a decent job but I’ll never be back.

I will never go back to this nail salon! They were very rude to my mother and I. When we first walked in they didnt greet us and we were just standing there waiting. So finally one of them decided ask us what we wanted and we told him. My mom and I sat down waiting for the guy that was dragging around to come and another costumer came in and he immediately sat her down and started on her. That was my Q to leave so I did but I really wanted my mom to get her nails done I told her to stay and I will come back. So once my mom was done I came back to pay for her nails and the same dragging guy came with a attitude and ask what I wanted and I told him I want to pay for my mom nails and he walked up to the register and held out his hand to my mom and told her to pay when I just told him I was paying for her. I then told him again that I am paying and handed him my card and he snatched my card and slamed it on the table top.

Wanted to try despite low ratings. The sign said $25 for pedicure, but once we were in the chairs with water running, they told us it was an extra $10 to remove calluses. Ticked at the false advertising, we stayed with the basic pedicure which was a nail polish - and a bad one at that - for $25! They didnt even offer to sit under the dryer! WRONG!

Your nails could be amazing or terrible...there’s no in between! U have to have the right person do it...I had someone do it and it was AWFUL but my sister had another woman do hers and they were the best I’ve ever seen, SAME PRICE!

I went to get my eyebrows done and the cuban lady with straight black hair who did my eyebrows was so rude to me. She told me if I did my eyebrows myself and gave me a nasty look. She did the same to my sister and gave her rude comments as well. After this incident, I felt horrible about myself. I was ashamed of my eyebrow skills. Overall, I wouldnt go to this place ever again.

Horrible nail job. Same day I got the gel nails done they were chipping and I also noticed she didnt even paint all the nail. It was spotty and the French tip was crooked.

Took a group there, high prices. Shellac manicures did not last 3 days. Tried to work with the manager, Miranda, to come up with a resolution. She hung up on us. Do not patronize this business. They do not deserve to be in the service industry.
