This is honestly the best nail place I’ve ever been to. It’s always so comfortable and relaxing when I go there. I never feel like I’m rushed which is huge for a nail spa because all the others places I’ve been are just trying to get you in and out. Everyone is so professional and you can really tell the manager cares about her employees by how happy they are to be there. Found my forever nail place.

I loved my pedicure woman who chatted and had me laughing quite a bit. She did a great job on my toes.I moved artists when I got a dip manicure done. I was here 6 weeks ago and my dip lasted 3 weeks with no chips — and I was in the sun and pool everyday.I decided to make a second trip to Hue and this second time when I got my dip nails done they were chipping after 4 days. Now 5 of my nails have chips coming off and the top layer of polish is peeling off of others.Not happy with this second time around.

I finally found the perfect pedicure expert! This place tops the last and I will be back to see Becky regularly. She really is a perfectionist!

Absolutely terrible experience! I got a full set of acrylics at this salon. After only two weeks, 2 nails popped off. I have never had my nails pop off after having them done at any other nail salon and definitely not after two weeks. Acrylic nails always lasted me 3 weeks. When I came in to ask for a refund they told me they would not refund me, but fix my set for me and I scheduled an appointment. I came in the next day and the lady who said she would fix my nails was not there and everyone had a very rude attitude. Said they would only fix the nails that fell off even though the lady the day before said she would fix the full set. I was then ignored and glared at when I explained I was dissatisfied with the service. Will never come to this salon again.

Janissa gave me the best manicure and pedicure of my life. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons but this one by far was the best one. From the moment I came in Janissa made me feel welcome and comfortable. I don’t usually remember peoples names but the way she treated me with her excellent customer service how can I not remember. You have definitely earned a new customer.

So I used to go to Coture Nails but I got there at 9am this morning and no one was there. So I called Hue Nails and they told me to come on in. The ladies were so nice, she got my in grown toe nail taken care of and the massage was wonderful. It didnt feel rushed (I feel like a lot of nail salons do that) They take their time to make sure youre happy and that you look great! I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure!

Easily the worst acrylic manicure I have ever gotten. A different girl started doing my nails halfway through. Acrylic was extremely lumpy and my nails. looked like velveeta cheese. To their credit, after seeing the photos I took at home in natural lighting they offered to redo them for free. I didn’t take them up on it, my friends nails turned out poorly as well.

I tried to be specific in what I wanted for my nails, finish and quality of service. The nail attendant seemed annoyed at my request. And the result was clearly the opposite of what I had requested. Under the nails we’re left with thick layer of debris and my nails were all filed crooked. Will not be returning.

Just went for my first pedicure it was very nice! Janisa was very friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable for my first pedicure, definitely coming back!

Hands down, the best! Like all places, there are one or two techs that arent on the same level as the others, but even then theyre better than some of the other salons in town. Kim, Ann and Judy are phenomenal. Always a clean establishment with courteous techs and friendly customers too. The only place to go in N Naples.

Clean environment offering the latest in nails including dips and gels. Countless colors and almost always can get in quickly, though I like to go with an appointment in high season. Fun to go with friends as it’s a fairly large nail salon.

I want to commend and recommend Ann at Hue Nails and Spa for nail repair and renewal. I went with cracked, broken nails and with her advice, encouragement and genuine concern, over the past two months, my nails are now beautiful and strong. Her secret is the dipping powder, regular oiling of the nail bed along with Biotin every day. Thank you Ann!

First and last time at Hue. Kim did my dip mani and 5 days later the nails are chipping even with gel topcoat. When my original dip was removed she had her drill set at high speed and it was painful/burned throughout the polish removal. Nails were jagged/sharp. Dont mind cost if product was worth it.

I’ve had several of the girls work on me, and they’ve all been fantastic! They take their time and really take good care of you. The salon practices great hygiene and you can tell they provide a much higher quality of care than some of the other salons nearby. Worth every penny!

Ive been dealing with lower back pain for sometime now, due to weight lifting & work, I walked in to this spa 1 week ago, consulted with their massage therapist Paula, we spoke about my lower back problems, I mentioned my weight lifting and my line of work, she recommended the deep tissue massage after the full 60 minutes...I walked away with a huge relief! There was a variety of techniques that can be added like cupping therapy, aromatherapy without a shadow of a doubt I booked my next session!

I’ve been going here for a year and I love it! I get a mani and pedi every 2 weeks like clockwork and it’s always perfect!! My only issue is that most other nail salons, and any small business in the service industry, give back to loyal customers with a punch card or something, this place doesn’t. I’ve referred 6 people to Hue and they are now loyal customers who go every other week as well. Also at Christmas I bought $680 in gift cards .... but they give nothing back. Most places at least give something. It’s just the point of being grateful to those who are loyal, come every 2 weeks, refer others who become loyal customers and buy gift cards. I think customer appreciation is huge for customer service. If my nail lady ever left and went somewhere else, I would follow her. I give my nail lady a 5 star, but I gave 3 over all bc of the lack of true customer service from management and owner.

This salon seemed very busy when I walked in. Waited around 40 minutes to get a fill (they told me it would be a wait so this wasn’t a problem) but my nails were generally fine but the edges were angled on most of them and not straight across so that’s why they get four stars.

I’ve been going to hue nails for years.My nail tech is grace, she is wonderfull, will take care of you anytime .I recommend this spa, best nail salon in Naples .

First time customer. Worst pedicure I have ever had! The girl I had was new and annoying from the first minute. I almost walked out but unfortunately did not. And ended up on the ER with an infection. Will never patronize them again.

They close doors before hours they claim to be closed. They turn you around and tell you to come back another day even when you can’t. They’re obviously there for the money, not the customer service. They’re real hours are until 6pm.
