WOW! Exceptional service from Jose and his staff. I ordered a cleaning for my house because I was expecting company that evening, I called them at 10-11AM and Jose sent a crew out at 12PM. Almost instantly! They left my house spotless. I left work and drove home and was hoping that the house would look good before my family showed up. I was in awe when I saw how clean it looked. Great job Valerio Cleaning!

I hired Valerio to clean my elderly father’s condo and they did a fabulous job. I am from out of state so I needed someone to do a good job for him. They Came on time i call Valerio Cleaning to do a deep cleaning service on my house and they did a very good job inside the oven looks super clean also they came the same day very good services.

The girls did an amazing job cleaning our condominium! They were very thorough and took their time! I’ve already scheduled them to come back.

As the housekeeping manager of close to 300 rental properties I hired Valerios as a licensed and insured professional cleaner; which turned out to be anything but professional or know anything about cleaning. The four properties they were given to clean, were anything but clean upon inspection. They cost my company over $600 in just lost items. The cleaners threw away over $300 in spices after specifically being told not to, they removed linens from four properties after being told not to remove any linens as all properties had washers and dryers. They mixed all four properties laundry together which I did not find out about until I terminated them. When I told the owner to have all keys returned to me, the cleaners brought me four huge bags of linens each marked with individual properties and when opened discovered all of the bags had mix linens from four different homes. As well as a laundry basket from one of the residences.6 sets of sheets from one house went missing and another 5 sets from the another home were missing. When questioned about the sheets a week after being terminated I was told one of the cleaners has them, and when they were returnes the sheets, I only received partial of the inventory that was taken.A longtime repeat guest called and complained that the house was absolutely filthy and that they had stayed in that home for six years and they could always eat off of the floor previously and this year they had to spend the first two days of their vacation cleaning the home and also notified me that when they arrived at the home at 3:15 p.m. the owner of the cleaning company was there doing laundry and asked my guests to continue to finish the rest of the previous guests laundry (I of course was mortified). Of course the guest said no that was their job and they would not finish the laundry for them and that the cleaners had taken two of the laundry baskets and did not return them.Another home they cleaned and upon inspection still had beer bottles under the bed & dirty Q-tips as well as hair all over the floor, in drawers, etc. I had to hire another cleaner to redo all four cleans as well as give the guest their cleaning fee back and a gift certificate for dinner. I would not recommend this company to anybody for cleaning. Please be very careful when considering this company for your cleaning needs. I have photo documentation of everything & communication documentation if anybody has any questions.I have never left a bad review on even the worst of my cleaners, but this has caused a nightmare that will take me months to fix and felt it only fair to warn the General Public.

Team of 3 punctual and proper women came in to deep clean my condo and did a great job! Did everything I asked and quickly, too!

Not only terrible cleaning service but rude employees as well. They are also terrible on the road. 2 young girls in the car cut 2 cars off then were laughing and and middle fingers out the window. Be wary if thinking about this company. The owner should be embarrassed by the way the employees act.
