Hired them to clean enter in the restaurant, and they did an awful job. I could have done a better job myself. Had another contractor come in to see about fixing and he said he could tell it was done in a hurry and that the person didnt know really what they were doing.pictures after cleaning added ( very bad job for $250)

We just had our carpets cleaned by Naples Carpet and Tile Cleaning company. Once again fantastic job! We used this service last year for all of our carpet and tile and were amazed at the results. The grout still looks clean from last June!Today was just the carpets. We have a dog that licks the carpet. Craig was able to get all the stains out and pet odor too. We Recently bought a building in Ft Myers that needed some deep cleaning especially on the floors. Craig, from Naples all in one cleaning came highly recommended. i honestly do not know where to begin with my list of praise for him and his company. Craig came and assessed the floors and gave us an estimate. It was very reasonable compared to what I expected. We scheduled two days for the project. He was very punctual and went right to work . The floors came out amazingly clean after he stripped them and resealed them . It looks so good and I really cant believe he was able to take out years and years of dirt and stains. i really wish I had taken a before and after photo. Craig took the time to meticulously clean every spot and was incredibly thorough. I think by now you know where this review is headed .. I HIGHLY recommend Naples All in One Cleaning. Craig did an on-site assessment of the area rugs to be cleaned, gave me the cost to clean them on site. He was able to clean them immediately. I am very pleased with the finished product.....all stains were removed and area rugs look like new. I strongly recommend him. He is detail oriented, responsive, reasonable and very professional. Craig called to let me know he was in traffic, which I really appreciated. He got a huge black stain out of a carpet in the condo I had just purchased, and used his knowledge to give me info about the quality and condition of each carpet. Thanks to him, I have fresh, clean carpets and am replacing one badly worn one before furniture comes! Hes professional, knowledgable and a perfectionist,and charges reasonably for his excellent work.
