I was only in Naples for a few days this trip and Keith arranged his schedule to fit me in on short notice. Hes a super nice guy--very friendly. Hes also professional and responsive. I enjoyed chatting with him. Carpets came out great!! They not only look good, but smell nice (a little bit of citrus scent). Keith gave me the name of someone who can stretch our carpets without me asking him... Truly a nice guy who does very good work. I will be using Keiths company again in the future. Ive already recommended him to some relatives.

Keith cleaned all of the carpets and tile grout in a condo we were planning to place on the market after renting out for 3 years. The entryway stair carpets were badly stained from renters wearing muddy shoes on them and there were several large stains in the main living area. Keith did a thorough walk through, gave us a VERY reasonable bid, stuck to his timeline, and was able to get ALL of the stains out. The carpets look brand new. We organized all of this long-distance and he gave us a thorough video walk through and photos of the finished product and guaranteed his work for 30 days. We thought one stain was starting to come back and he quickly came back out, evaluated the entire unit again, and ensured all stains were fully removed. Our realtor was so surprised as she thought we were definitely going to have to replace the carpets. Keith was extremely professional, thorough, responsive, kind, and saved us a lot of money. Would highly recommend Greener Carpets!

Contacted Keith about carpet cleaning. I had two bedrooms and stairs to be cleaned. Keith was able to give me a quote over the phone and we set up a date for the work. Keith called the day before to confirm. On the scheduled day Keith call and was ahead of schedule and wantedTo know if he could begin a half hour earlier, which worked out great. I was actually planning to replace the carpet, but they look so good there is now no urgency to do so, Keith is the only one I will use in the future.

I hired Keith Shannon to clean three large area rugs. He replied to my request for an appointment very quickly and set a time that was convenient for me. He arrived right on time. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job of cleaning all three rugs, including an outside lanai rug that had some deep stains. His price was very fair. It’s great to find someone that is easy to schedule an appointment with, does an excellent job, and you feel very comfortable having in your home.

Keith was prompt in setting up and appointment time and answered the phone on the first call, even though he was out of the area. He did an unbelievable job on 15-20 year old carpet and 20 year old tile; literally transforming them to like new condition.My expectations were exceeded on all counts.

Keith helped me out with a spilled drink in a cloth front seat of my truck that had left a bad odor. He was very professional and had the job done in a timely manner. ON December 11, 2019, Keith showed up promptly at 9:00 a m as promised. We had used three other carpet/furniture cleaners and were so disappointed with them that we refused to try them again. After searching the internet looking for someone who had great reviews and that is where we found GREENER SOUTHWEST. Our light beige carpet had many dark areas from years of footpaths marks, and the family room furniture, new in 2004 had not ever been cleaned along with a large oriental rug, plus four upholsters patio pieces, and ground cleaning in the kitchen. Keith works just short of seven hours and everything he cleaned looks like brand new. One you use Keith you will never resort to any other firm to do you carpets/furniture cleaning. He is very reasonable price wise and very knowledgeable in knowing what to do to get perfect results. On top of that he will come back if a touch up is needed at no charge. Robert W Bohl

The solution they use has no smell, dries very quickly and leaves the carpets looking amazing. We have them clean the carpets on a boat which can be in hard to reach, awkward spaces and they never miss a spot. Such a great find!

We are so pleased with the results of Keiths professional touch. We had our lanai seat cushions reupholstered with a very nice Sunbrella fabric three years ago. We took them in during the during the days of the Everglades fires when the soot was everywhere. This year we thought that maybe we could have our dining room and lanai chairs cleaned. I spoke with Keith on the phone and I was impressed. He came, on time, in a truck that so so clean I thought he must have picked it up at the showroom on his way to our job. He works quietly, efficiently, effectively. His rate was very, very fair. As the cushions dried they began to show the lustor and shine that they had, three years ago ! Honestly, we looked at the cushions and we were amazed to see what looked to be brand new cushions. Our dining room chairs were amazingly clean and sparkling. Thank you, Keith. His low water extraction method works great for multi-story buildings as he is not dependent on truck-mounted extraction equipment. I waited over a month to post my review because I wanted to make sure stains did not reappear. Happy to say - my carpets still look great! Pricing is competitive. Keith is professional, personable & very contentious. I appreciated his efforts to cover his shoes with booties & make nice with our critters (even the cat that continues to toss her kibbles on cleaned carpet). I will call him again & highly recommend his work.

I cannot express how IMPRESSED I was with Keith and Sean. We were dog sitting our neighbors dog and he unfortunately got sick. We came home to, well......I dont think I need to go into detail on what happens when a dogs belly is not feeling too good, but the mess was EVERYWHERE.....literally!!!We cleaned up what we could, but the smell and stains would just not budge. We called these guys and they came out the next day to assess the damage.Both Keith and Sean went right to work and within an hour, the stains were gone and the house no longer smelled like a kennel!! My heroes!!

Wow! I cant say enough about Keith and how he cleaned my recently purchased couch from Craigslist and made it like brand new. I had examined the couch at the persons home, and it seemed fine. Then I got it home and it smelled very strongly of wet dog. I was panicked and upset that I had made a bad decision! I called and spoke with Keith. He said he should be able to help me out based on my description. He arrived and left when he said and showed me the process as he cleaned the couch. He got out a stain and the dog smell and hair. I am so happy that I discovered Keith and his wonderful company, Greener Northwest! We live in a rental with the most terrible carpeting, a toddler who likes to drop his snacks everywhere, and a cat that makes a good amount of hairball messes. Needless to say, we need our carpets cleaned on a regular basis and have already had Keith clean them several times, doing a wonderful job each time. He is always courteous, communicative, prompt to his appointments, and very helpful. In addition to getting all of the spots out of our carpets (which never return), he has done a great job cleaning our various couches and given advice on how to take care of smaller spot-treatments between services. I also love the fact that his cleaning techniques leave behind no odors as I have pretty terrible allergies. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Keith does a fantastic job on upholstery and tile. The service isn’t cheap, but it was well worth it when I needed my house in prestige condition to put on the market.
