Ellie Vinas was so helpful when one of our vacation properties had a leak in the wall from the washing machine water line. She quickly dispatched a team to evaluate and give us an estimate. They were able to fix the leak issue and remove any mold spores that were in the house. Reinstalled the drywall and had the two rooms back as it was before the issues. Great job to whole team!

When we discovered our water damage, H20911 was the first name we were given by a friend and 30 minutes after making the call they were here! We had the carpet cleaned yesterday, fantastic job!! After calling around to receive quotes, h20911 was the lowest price and had availability when I needed it. Asbel and Volfny were polite, professional and pleasant. They were able to remove a stain that a prior, much more expensive service, was unable to achieve. I will definitely hire h20911 in the future and will recommend their service to others.

I called this company for a very small water leak after reading good reviews of their service. Im not typically a complainer, but this company is EXPENSIVE and they dont clearly tell you about their charges ahead of time!! The water leaked from a bathroom, and I found the baseboards pulling away from the wall in the bathroom, part of the bedroom next door and a second bathroom. The bedroom carpet was wet on one side too. They did the work, but I was shocked to see an $1,800 bill for such a small leak!! They bill for every detail, so dont believe them when they say anything is included. They billed to tear out carpet, tear out baseboards, apply an antimicrobial agent, and of course all the air movers (at $75 a pop) they said I needed. I was shocked to see a bill $55 for moving furniture, when all they moved was a shoe rack from a closet that I could have moved myself. Also they billed $133 for waste removal and only removed a small corner of carpet pad that could have been put in my own trash can. The total bill came to $1800 for this small leak! Had I known about these charges ahead of time, I would have done the clean up work myself! The icing on the cake was that I also had to call after a month to get a final bill. The owner Mark Moscone did take 5% off the bill, but that does not make me feel any better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Hired them to clean my carpets, having an old dog that soiled some areas and some friends children that spilled juice and broke markers, it was really rough. They came in and worked pretty hard on some stubborn stains and I am impressed that almost all of them came completely out, even one that the technician said was doubtful. Well worth the money. Will hire again to clean once more before I move.

This company is full of it. their employees came to my house so high from smoking weed smelling up my whole house my poor husband that on oxygen couldnt hardly breath after they left my house i called to complain and they swore their workers took a drug test and passed . there is no way in hell so unprofessional will never used them again try Stanley steemers instead .. and hire new workers stop hiring drug addicts come on

H2O911 has dealt fairly and swiftly for me on not one, but two occasions at a property that I own. For both occasions there was water intrusion and damage and they sent out the dryers right away. I would highly recommend them in the future.
