Used the company previously for my business (2019) without any issue however this Spring the company was hard to get a hold of and would not call back. When receiving a call back and setting up an appointment the company then did not show. Attempts were made to contact the company and I did not hear back in any fashion.

They do a great job of cleaning my whole home while Im gone. Tile and grout, rugs and carpet as well. Very trustworthy company.

We have a second home in Naples and I trust Jim every year to take care of my carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning. He has a key to our place and before we get there he takes care of everything. When we arrive everything is spotless.

Jim and his team are great to work with. I appreciate working with Herb as well they are both honest, trustworthy and do a great job cleaning my carpet.

I have used several different cut rate carpet cleaning companies only to be disappointed by the results. If you are looking for clean carpets that stay clean for a loooooong time then you should call ServiceMaster. They are the only company I will call moving forward.

I was given a date a time a week out by Jim, the one guy who always seemed to answer their phone. A week passed and the day of nobody showed. When I spoke with him again he told me he didn’t remember... but he could get to me the next day. I gave him the number of my house watch person so he could rescheduled with her (since she’s already wasted an hour waiting for him that day). He never called her. When I called him again he had nothing but excuses! No apologies. I am very disappointed. And not after waiting for over a week to have me carpet cleaned, I have to start from square one to find somebody. Very frustrating.

The worst experience in customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Six couch cushions were ruined by the owner and when given the opportunity to fix the issue he did not. Waited 5 weeks patiently for him to fix but he delayed. Trying to push the work off until we just took the cushions from him to save him the insurance claim. As I loaded the cushions he watches and never apologized for his mistakes.
