Called for service. Brett was beyond rude to me and spoke to me like I was a degenerate. He could have been a lot nicer. Refused to even come out and look at the place. Maybe if you would change your tone of voice and speak to people like you should, you’d have better reviews and maybe more business. You may think you’re a know it all but you’re not!
