Great Company that stands behind their work. I needed some mold remediation on a building and received four quotes. They were the lowest, the second lowest was almost $2,000.00 more and the highest was $7,000.00 more. After, they finished we failed the post test.....Dry Zone paid for the failed test, then came back out and work another 4 days. We then past the mold test. I was expecting them to charge me for the extra work but they didnt. Not many companies left that guarantees their work. Also, the major price difference. During the work, they also stayed in communication detailing everything they were doing to save my building. I hope I never have mold again, but if I do.....Im calling DryZone.Also, their entire staff was excellent and provided great customer service.

What a great job DryZone has done in our home with mold remediation. We liked that the employees of DryZone are employees of DryZone and not subcontractors. The mold remediation group of guys were in the home for 4 days clearing and cleaning the rooms and areas which were identified with compromised air quality. Tim, Rodney and Travis were a delight to have in our home for the project. They were extremely courteous and thorough ensuring their job was completed at the highest level. So I had someone recommend Jesse Flowers to me. I had some water leaking from my tub. He came on his own time and helped me big time. He definitely is very knowledgeable. He just knows what hes doing. In the end he was very helpful. And problem was fixed. If you need someone ask for Jesse Flowers.

I cant recommend this company enough! Not only were they quick to respond to our emergency but I had no idea they also do repairs! It was such a relief to know that we didnt have to work with a bunch of different companies to get our home restored. They were able to demo everything that was damaged and replace it all. Their showroom had a great selection, and Ted Magie walked us through the whole process for selections and ordering. My husband and I are very pleased with their team and the outcome of this impromptu project! We highly recommend them for water damages and renovations and will gladly refer our friends!!!

Recently had a water main break in our condo. Our management company called Dryzoner to respond. They have been excellent to work with, great communication and response. I would contact them again, but hope I dont have to.

Broken shower door repair. They were sensitive to our needs - repair vs replace because we planned to remodel. Responsive - arrived the next day, repaired in a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Now considering them for a complete bath and kitchen remodel.

We recently found a roof leak that had not been obvious but after inspection was definitely been a problem for a long time. Our builder was fantastic in developing a remediation plan. First was to bring in Dry Zone and removing the damages and addressing the mold problem that was the result of the leak.Dry Zone did an absolutely outstanding job. They were meticulous as they partitioned off our home and set about to eradicate the mold. They were attentive to our needs, punctual and fastidious in their work. Both Stephen and Shawn were respectful and a delight to have in our home.I would definitely hire them again, if I ever have the need. Just last week Mike from Dry Zone repaired our dry wall and painted our ceiling after a leak occurred from a broken shower pan from the unit above us. Mike always showed up bright and early as he promised. His work was impeccable. He had to texture our ceiling and you really can’t tell the difference from his work and the rest of the ceiling. Not only was his work excellent but he’s a genuinely nice guy. My dogs loved him and that is always a sign! He went above and beyond!!

Fred Maddox supervised the project and we could not be happier with the level of professionalism and expertise that he provided. Weve had Dry Zone in on a couple of occasions to take care of some water damage in our condo. The first week of January Terry & John were here to do remediation in our Kitchen, which required them to remove our less than one year old quartz countertops. We had been told by others to expect the worse... that 90% of the time countertops will break when removed. These guys, with the help of Julio, did a phenomenal job. Nothing appears damaged. They were courteous and thoughtful in all they did, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Each step of the process was communicated to us, and their work was impeccable. For the record, weve had Julio at our place on several occasions, and he is always professional and personable. Great crew.

As a Community Association Manager, it is very important to work with vendors that are reliable and fairly priced. When I was faced with the unpleasant responsibility of coordinating the cleanup of a condo on behalf of an absent owner in which a tenant had died a week before being found, DryZone stepped right in and sterilized the condo from top to bottom. They worked directly with the insurance company keeping the owner (who was living in China) informed throughout the process. Dry Zone personnel were efficient and thorough while being sensitive to the situation. They made my already complicated job much easier so that I could concentrate on the rest of my community while dealing with this matter. DryZone is highly recommended.

Not impressed with poor customer service. Got Dry Zone name from my condo Management company. Brad came out promptly and assured me he could start the restoration as soon as we got the corrected estimate approved by the association. Ten days later andseveral emails a d voicemails to Brad, the corrected invoice was not submitted. Got a call from Brad today stating he couldnt do the job, was too busy. I asked him why he didnt tell me that 10 days ago and wasnt able to give me a straight answer. Told me he would refer me to an affiliate. Told Brad that the vendor was not one that the management uses. Turns out the affiliate is not affiliated with Dry zone, but a company they pass off to when as a previous commenter noted that the job wasnt lucrative enough. Thanks Dry Zone for setting me back 10 more days.
