Grace was wonderful! It had been awhile since I got my haircut but she was reassuring, confident and trustworthy. I felt like I was in good hands and the haircut was fantastic! As I am getting married in a month I wanted to make sure my cut would work with my hair style. She not only gave me a great cut but gave me loads of advise on how to make the perfect look on my big day! Thank you so much Salon East for making me feel beautiful!

I’m such a fan of Salon East and staff, where do I start? I found this place as a covid refugee in Naples, desperate to feel like a human again after months of lockdown. As a blonde I’m *very* hesitant to try new stylists because few know how to do blonde highlights well. But I took a chance on Grace & team and I’ll never look back! What I love:- I thought their online booking process was surprisingly efficient and user friendly.- The salon is small and feels like home, not 100 chairs and a lot of annoying activity/noise.- Grace and Mallory are not only excellent & efficient in their work they’re real humans with diverse, interesting backgrounds. I learn so much about life from them, whether it’s local news, recos, or just sharing experiences.- I had the pleasure of meeting the owners during one visit, and I learned their business model is smart and flexible in a way that allows them to react to customer needs. Also one of them plays disco music - a fascinating choice!- I always feel more beautiful and confident when I leave.Thanks team, you’re a net positive in my life & I can’t wait to see you next time!

The owner and stylists are very professional, responsive, and friendly. The salon is clean and modern. This was my first time to see Chloe at Salon East after the shut down. She had a big challenge with my hair. She exceeded my expectations! She is very knowledgeable and skilled with hair color and hair cutting and styling. Favorite salon in the world! I go to JoAnn if I want to change it up... and to Chloe for touch up and style. These 2 stylists/artists are talented and have wonderful personalities to match. I get complements on my red hair constantly, which makes me feel beautiful. Both are amazing women inside & out! I would give them both a thousand stars from the sky if I could!
