Mike is very professional, good on getting it right

I went here for a haircut on a recent trip to Naples. Ive always been extremely loyal to my regular barbers over the years, usually sticking with each one for at least 10 years.Like most longer trips where I end up needing a haircut, I was apprehensive to try someone new. I stopped by 5th Avenue Barber Shop, they were extremely busy (always a good sign) and made an appointment for me later that day.I went back and was seen by Jolene. It usually takes barbers at least 3 or 4 haircuts before they start doing a good job. Jolene was awesome the first time! I told her how I like it, and she gave me what I think is the best haircut Ive had in my entire life! And it was on the first visit!Overall, this is a very professional barber shop. Jolene and all of the other people there were friendly and attentive. Its a very clean establishment and has a nice waiting area.Ill definitely be going back every time Im in Naples!

This is the only place in Florida that can cut my hair just the way I ask for it. Ask for Jolene. I wont need to go to any other barber again.-Seb

Come inside and get a fresh cut. Inside you will find very friendly guys who take their craft very seriously.I have been ‘cutting’ my hair for years for the cost benefit. I have been afraid to let anyone else cut my hair and recently I tried other barbers to cut my hair. I had to fix what they did and I was done with barbers.Right next to my work has been this barber shop and I wasn’t sure about the looks of it. Finally, I decided to check it out. Santos was available to give me a cut. 6 months later I am back every 3-4 weeks.The vibe is relaxed and happy. A new shop is opening soon down way east (41Rattlesnake) Naples.

Called on three separate occasions to book appointments for a shave. First two times I was told to call back when their system / internet is working. Third time I was told the same thing. I voiced my concern and after saying he would write down the appointments said no guarantees. We both agreed I should go elsewhere. Disappointed looks like they do a good job and wanted to do something special for my brother on his wedding day.

My boyfriend’s haircut is always 💯 from this place. I would give them 5 stars just for the waiting area too! It’s not everyday that you’re served a beer next to the lamp from “A Christmas Story.” Love this place!

Great cut from Jolene. Funky place with good music. I only wish all the guests and stylists wore masks. Thankfully, I was the only customer when I was there.

Have been searching for a knowledgeable and skilled barber since moving here and happy to say search over, Jolene cut my hair after we discussed in detail what I was looking for and totally happy with how it all worked out, great cut plus the Barber shop has a real good feel to it and from what I saw everyone working there knows their stuff 😊

Now THIS is a barber shop! Visiting from out of town and got the first real haircut in years. Hazel did a fantastic job on my cut with a great fade. Highly recommend!

I love this place so much! It looks like an olde time barber shop and all the staff are very funny friendly guys. The place is super clean and they always make me happy with my undershave. Mike is the one I’ve been going to the last few months and I’m always happy when I leave! There is a guy for whatever your needs are. Shave, beard trim, style. They give you the steamed towel treatment as well that will make you feel refreshed! And there prices are very reasonable, so do yourself a favor and treat yourself! (P.s. Don’t mind my strawberry birthmark on my neck)

This is the place to get your hair cut. You can book an appointment really easily via their website. The guys treat you like family and go out of their way to take care of you. Not sure about those 1 star experiences, if never had anything less than a 5 star experience.

I was visiting Marco Island and needed a beard trim. I foolishly didnt make an appointment at 5th Avenue Barber, but was lucky enough that an appointment was a no-show and they let me take its place. I dont usually get beard trims, but this was the best looking one I ever had. Ive had a few since then at other places, and theyve all been disappointing. The two gentlemen who held me were nice and patient with me despite me not really knowing how to help guide them through what I wanted it to look like.

I started going to 5th Avenue Barber Shop about 6 months ago when I first moved to the area. Back in RI, I’ve had the same barber for over 15 years, so to say that I was a bit nervous about finding a new barber was an understatement. A friend had gotten a haircut by Jake and was extremely happy with it. I decided that I would go ahead book an appointment with him and hope for the best!From the minute I walked through the doors I knew that I had found my new barber shop. It’s a very nice blend of old school barber shop vibes blended with some modern day amenities. Everything from the stuff on the wall to the music playing was very well done, and all comes together to create a really nice atmosphere for a haircut. I was also offered a soda, as well as some free snacks/candy. This was a really nice touch!Jake is a really down to Earth, chill guy who also happens to be a great barber. He took his time while cutting my hair both to make sure I was happy with the results, and that he was delivering the best service that he can. He hit it out of the park, despite having to deal with some nasty cowlicks I have all over my head lol I must also add that Jake was (and always is) very easy to talk to and we had a great conversation while he was cutting my hair.Right before Christmas, I was traveling back to RI to visit with family and I decided at the last minute that I wanted a fresh cut. Jake was already booked in full, but being the good dude that he is, he volunteered to stay late one night so he could give me a haircut. He absolutely did NOT have to do this, but did so willingly without me even asking him to. That is the kind of service that is so rare these days, and I really have to give huge props to Jake for doing that for me.I’ve only had my hair cut by Jake, but I’ve seen the other barbers in action and I wouldn’t hesitate to get cut by any of them. 5th Avenue Barber Shop is real gem of a place, and if you’re like me who is apprehensive about trying out a new barber, I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed if you check them out.Also, just as a side note - I would HIGHLY recommend that you make an appointment. These guys and gals stay booked up pretty solid. They make it super easy to book an appointment, either by phone or through their website.

Jake was the most rude and arrogant barber i have ever had. I would recommend anyone at this place except Jake. I accidentally slept through one appointment, and then he refused to ever see me again after that claiming that i no showed him 3 times.I admitted that i made a mistake the once, but i certainly didnt no show him any other time besides that one occasion. He refused to listen to me and went ballistic on the phone at me.Any no shows that he claimed to have seen on his system were the fault of him scheduling incorrectly. I even went out of my way during the times that he scheduled me incorrectly to let him know ahead of time that the date was input incorrectly.Its frustrating to have someone be so narrow minded that they wont even let you explain were the confusion is coming from. Oh well, i just hope others can see this before choosing Jake as a barber. I really would recommend anyone else besides Jake at this location.

Fantastic Establishment! They hosted a private dudes day bachelor event for my friends wedding and provided food, drinks, expert shaves/haircuts, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere for all of us groomsmen and the groom on the morning of his wedding. The owner Mark has some amazing people that he works with, and it shows what kind of a person he is because of how happy his employees are at work. I would proudly recommend this fine barber shop to anyone!

My son visited the place on Saturday- the day of his High School prom. Tony had taken care of him previously and did a great job. Simple Fade with scissor top. Tony was on break, but highly recommended a young stylist next to him - BIG BIG Mistake. All he wanted was the same style and he left with absolutely no style at all. A complete disaster and to top it off, my son had to pay for it. No apologies offered.

Recently move to Naples, from NY so its important to go to someone who can cut your hair good. Tried one spot off of vanderbilt that was a rip off and another spot also was not that good. Research 5th Ave Barber, and happy to say I found my barber in Naples. Johnny gave a great haircut and the vibes in the barbershop are laid back and welcoming. You can be yourself. My fiance also loves the haircut which is always a plus, so congratulations to the men of 5h Ave. Barber, 3rd time is the charm.

The new owners have made this place the coolest spot in Naples. First and most importantly, they are incredibly skilled barbers. Very inexpensive for a very very high quality of work.They stock some of the coolest mens grooming products from around the world. Tony creates shave and beard oils which smell great! He even customized a pre-shave oil for me, I use it everyday and it feels so luxurious. My skin is incredibly sensitive, prone to acne and rosatia, so I was expecting a negative reaction at first. After two weeks of using the oil consistently, I have seen no negative change in my skin condition.So, why I am writing this review is because I was just blown away by the fact that I can book online!! I cannot book anything online in Naples, and I certainly didnt expect to be able to when I just opened their website to see their hours.So happy with this barber shop, obviously couldnt recommend them more.

HORRIBLE!Hazel was the worst barber I have ever been to. I told him to just take a little off the top and clean up the sides. For some inexplicable reason he pulled up my bangs and cut the widows peak short..like 1/2 inch short and then combed the bangs down so I couldnt tell until I got home. Plus his scissors were dull and they pulled my hair as he cut. Plus, Way over priced for a basic cut! He does not deserve even 1 star.
