I was at a master styling haircutting class. Allie was my stylist and I think she did an amazing job. She is so sweet and friendly. She made me feel like I was the most important person. They definitely know how to make you feel special and confident!

Everyone at ROP is amazing. David is so wonderful. He did my hair twice and both times its been flawless. He recently trimmed (tamed) my oldest sons hair. He has curls like Shirley Temple, thats why I say tamed!! The salon is always super clean and organized. Always greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I am extremely pleased with the service and attention that the staff and owners of ROP give to their clients. Also knowing that they give back to the community speaks volumes!!! Theyve won my business! :-)

I was so excited to find the salon and someone who finally listened! I’ve now been there 5 or 6 times. the first 2 visits for my highlights she did basically what I asked... from then on it’s been down hill! The last 2 visits I felt like I was bothering my stylist when I was there! They were having plumbing issues and she was getting them fixed and all over the place while highlighting my hair!?!I was just there again a few days ago she did a foil highlight, haircut and blow dry in 70 minutes!?? She was bothered that I asked for a haircut which is part of the normal service she gives me. She had another appointment coming in and was so concerned about making them late she did a terrible job cutting my hair in under 10 minutes.... I have below should length with layers. Now I have one big chunk she completely missed, layers are all over the place, my highlights turned out yellow, she did not use toner once I was processed and still changed me the same amount of money as she did every time before! Im a full time resident and I won’t be going back or sending referrals anymore either!! Very disappointed to say the least!!

From Michigan and got my hair cut on on a whim on 12/27/19. Did some research online for an upscale salon in the area. Decided to take a chance and glad I did. McKenzie was fabulous. She is personable and talented. When I return to the area next year, I will be sure to go back and have her cut my hair again. Thank you!

As a new resident of Naples, I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. After considerable research online, I made an appointment at Robert of Philadelphia Salon in Venetian Village. The atmosphere was lovely, spacious and sufficiently upscale. Upon arrival, the receptionist Mickey welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The stylist, Dilma, took her time evaluating my color and cut needs. She discussed modifying my bob hair style with a layered cut that would give my hair more volume and movement. And she took her time, with focus on providing a professional new cut rather than chatting with distratcting banter. I am very pleased with the results and scheduled regular appointments for the next 6 months!

I loved my experience at Robert of Philadelphia! I was looking to lighten my dark hair to a lighter brown and balayage. Domenica did an amazing job! I’ve been to some top rated salons, but still hadn’t been totally happy with my results. Dom listened and explained the process and did exactly what I was looking for. The outcome was wonderful! I felt completely pampered and loved my experience at ROP!

I really used to like going there, but the last 3 times there have been problems with my stylist keeping his appointment times. It happened for the last time today. I pay a lot of my hard earned good money to get a great cut and color, and I don’t think I should have to sit around and wait over 20 minutes for someone to get to me. I know things happen but someone should’ve told me he was running late or whatever the deal was. Make no mistake, your time is NOT more important than mine.

Always nice to be coddled and carefree for a little while.Hairdressers are each specialists, and the shop is quite lovely. I always leave with a bit of a spring in my step.

Great place! staff is extremely nice the environment is relaxing and they made me look beautiful. definitely recommend.*Domenica was awesome. she not only made my hair look great but she also built up my confidence. I had gotten highlights elsewhere and I didnt like the look. she showed me what she was thinking to correct it and then went to work. she gave me a Malibu treatment which removed alot of buildup and then highlighted the hair around my face to give my look a glow. she talked me through the whole process to make sure thats what I wanted. when she was done, offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella because it was raining and she didnt want my new look to get wet. I definitely will be back and definitely recommend ROP and Domenica. thanks!

As a first time client of Roberts of Philadelphia I was impressed by the professionalism and style of the salon. I had a un rushed consult with Edgar followed by a terrific color and cut. I was also the recipient of theiract of kindness program which resulted in no charge for the services I received. The salon clearly is rooted in delivering a premium experience along with generosity. I have been a client for 3 years at ROP at the Village. I always get exceptional service from my stylist Edward. Recently my mother moved to Naples, and her friend recommended another salon . She was 5 minutes late and the owner wound not tend to her. I was sad to hear this because recently I was 15 minutes late to my appointment with Edward due to being stuck in traffic from an accident. I phoned the salon and was told not to worry. When I arrived there was a glass of champagne waiting for me and a dinner menu to order food. It was the perfect ending, after having a very stressful week. Thank you always ROP and Edward for rolling out the red carpet treatment to me.
