I’ve been going to Kings Lake Hair Design for a couple years now for my highlights and color. They’ve always done an amazing job and stayed consistent with quality. I recently went to get my hair done and I also brought my five year old daughter to get her hair trimmed and get a pedicure. The ladies were so attentive, patient, and sweet with her. She felt like a Princess getting pampered. They had coloring books and crayons for her when she was finished before me. They truly went above and beyond for my baby girl and made her first experience at a salon so memorable and special. When we left, she told me all about the new friends she made at the salon and how she can’t wait to go back and play with them again because she had so much fun.

If you are looking for an outstanding barber, you should ask for Cindy. She does an AWESOME job with mens hair. My husband has fine hair and usually has a difficult time getting it to lay right, but now he just combs it and quickly blow dries it and hes off. No more spending 20 minutes in the mirror trying to get gel to fix it, lol. She is very professional and has a real eye for detail. I would recommend Cindy 100% The salon is super clean and the entire staff is friendly.

I would like to thank ANN MARIE for the awesome color correction she did on my hair last week. I had not had my hair done with Ann Marie before, and she was able to take me last minute on a busy Saturday. She is an absolute magician with color and knew precisely what my over-highlighted hair (done by another stylist at a different salon in Naples) needed to look natural and pretty. I LOVE my hair and I am happy to have found Ann Marie at Kings Lake Hair Design. She is my new stylist! =)

Wonderful experience! After 6 weeks in Covid19 hibernation, I walked-in & they worked me into their busy schedule. The receptionist was professional and very cordial and accommodating. ANN MARIE cut my hair and did an excellent job! Truly, one of the best haircuts Ive had in years! I definitely will return....and suggest you give them your business.

She listened to me( unlike others I ve had in the past and just did what they thought was needed). She asked questions, made sure she understood what I was looking for. Great Stylist! I feel I got totally lucky to get on her client list! She does really great! Definitely will have my repeat business!

Ive been getting my hair done here for about 6 months. All the ladies are nice. They do a good job. Its conveniently located. They are practicing social distancing and wearing masks so wear yours too!

Lynn gave my son a facial, he is a teen with acne. His face looks great just half a day later. She gave him/us tips/instructions to move forward. She was kind and really related to my, not so, little one.

The receptionist, who represents the establishment, devalued the place and I recommend people NOT go there. I had been there before and made an appointment 6 months ago. When I got there today, the receptionist said I wasn’t on the book and very rudely said “Do you have a card?” She was very condescending and arrogant. When I said that she was the one to book the appointment, she tried to blame someone else (Lyn) and asked me again “If you had a card...?” Why would I keep a card for 6 months when I put everything in my phone. It wouldn’t have made a difference if I had a card, they were booked and somehow my name was erased.

Christie is fantastic!! My hair is fine and loses all it’s body in this humidity, so finding someone who can cut and style it so beautifully was Awesome!! She is personable, listens when you tell her what you would like, and this does it better than I imagined!! So happy she was recommended to me!!

I have been going to have my hair done at this Salon for about 6 yrs.. Gloria, the Owner is so Friendly & Welcoming... As ALL of her staff are.. In these very Chaotic times, a lot of us are walking around with COVID Hair, because we dont feel safe to get our hair done... When you walk in, you immediately feel like you are in a safe place. Lynn, the Receptionist, takes your temp, if you are wearing a mask that you dont want to get messed up, they provide a mask for you. The stations, wash bowls & hair dryers are all separated by a Sheet of plastic... I felt pampered, relaxed, happy & most of all SAFE I urge everyone to make an appt to get your hair done.. When ever I am in Naples Florida, I always visit my favorite Barber,Jay, at Kings Lake Hair Design. Jay positively cuts and styles my hair, the best of any Barber Ive ever been to. If you want to have Jay cut and style your hair, you will have to call, as Jay now works by appointment only. Tell Jay that Scott, from upstate New York sent you, Im sure anyone would be very happy after a visit to Jay.

I had a nail appointment with Myra at 9am for dip powder and just from the second I walked in it was such a nice vibe. Super chill & relaxing. I told her what I wanted and she just instantly knew how to create it! My nails are so perfect that I swear for the first few days i just couldn’t stop looking at them! I also got my eye brows waxed it was very pleasing. They are an “everything” salon from hair to nails and they are proud!! Thank you for the amazing service !☺️

Facial was amazing and very relaxing. I was really impressed that the facial person was very knowledgeable about adult acne. She really was very through and really knows how to massage in a way that relieves tension. I will come back.

Ann Marie is the best, like my highlights, cut and style. Shes more important than my doctor!! LOL. I recommend her highly!!

I usually love this place but the woman who cut my hair today completely butchered my bangs and cut off 3 more inches from my hair than she said she would. I had to tell her to put the scissors down and just leave it alone. The only benefit was that she didnt make me pay for it since it looked so bad.

My husband stopped in the other day to get a haircut and we looked onl in new first to see what time they close which was 7 and it was only 6. We walk in and it was like they were just closing up and felt like we were putting them out but they still took care of my husband and have him a nice haircut. We will go back again better than great clips in the same plaza.

Went in 2 weeks ago and asked for a pixie cut, showed the girl a pic with the top a little longer so it can be styled several ways. My hair was perfect for it. The result was horrible. She cut the sides and top so short that it sticks up like a crew cut. The right side is shorter than the left. Half my bangs are less than 1/2 inch long with one section twice as long as everything else. I actually had to stop the girl from cutting any more for fear Id be bald by the time she finished.

Went to John for a haircut. I have followed him from another shop. If you ask for John, you wont be disappointed. Make sure you ask for the barbershop.

HORRIBLE! My husband had a haircut on 12/7/13 and before even leaving he told the stylist (Armando) AND the owner that he wasnt happy with his haircut. Isnt it important for a stylist to be able to cut in a straight line? The owner brushed him off. NEVER GO HERE. Poor customer service, poor quality. I shouldnt have to fix a haircut at home
