I would definitely recommend Evolution Med Spa! I had a very good experience today, the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Donna was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative! Overall, Very nice place and everyone was amazing! I definitely will return! Do not waste your money and your time in this place, it is not good for botox, it seems that they dilute it too much, I put botox on June 8, which has already been a follow up, because the first time I had it, it didn’t do anything on my face, and it is not even the middle of July and my face already looks like I had never put anything. This place is horrible in communication they never answer your calls and when they do it is because you left a voice mail with complaints. save your money and go to a place that really appreciates what they do.
Extremely unresponsive.We went in for consultation and paid in full for services in the future. After consultation with Dominika we decided it’s not a good idea to get laser hair removal done during summer due to risks associated with sun exposure.It’s been two weeks since, I have left multiple messages and have not heard back.I did connect with Dominica once though because I called from a different phone and she told me that she needs to talk to the owner and will get back to me which never happened.I am still waiting for a refund of $751.I hope this review helps people out there, it’s best not to go to a business that is this dishonest and unresponsive.
This place is an actual scam. No one calls you back. Zero professionalism and an absolute waste of time.
I do not recommend this place at all! They are very unprofessional and unaccommodating! I was looking for a place to receive regular Botox treatments etc. To begin with it took me almost 3 months just to get an initial appointment. Finally, I received a text as a reminder and it said to confirm via text and when you do confirm it says the number is no longer in service which has been going on for quite some time as other customers have explained to me. This seems like a simple fix so with all the money they charge I dont see what the problem is. In addition, I was told I could only use one Groupon per visit which was not explained to me initially nor on the Groupon site and I wanted to use my Groupon to try out the facility. But the manager was unaccommodating and refused to do so and poor customer service all around so I would not recommend this place!

Yes, I was affected by the phone issue and not being able to reach them.. BUT when I finally did the laser tech was super nice and apologetic and handled everything very professionally. Give them a chance and they will deliver :)

This place is a joke! Purchased Groupon, tried to schedule but never got a hold of anyone after 9 calls. Well Groupon is great and refunded me. Also the owner of this place is clearly a joker lmao look at the responses they have left under negative reviews! I am LOL! Very entertaining, but thank you God I never was a customer here.
Tried to schedule an appointment for over a week now. I have to exchange my Groupon for a different place. Maybe answer your phone people... I planned on purchasing more treatments but ill be taking my buisness elsewhere.
I too bought a Groupon and tried to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, to no avail. However the thing that pushed me to trade my Groupon in for another provider was the nasty responses this clinic leaves in response to negative reviews left by people who were unhappy with the service or like me, never got the service. Literally calling people liars and snapping back like women on a trashy reality show in their Groupon reviews. Even if I hadnt had the god awful scheduling experience, this wouldve sent me running from this business.
I have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone left VM and no response. I see in the reviews that others have tried even longer to get ahold of them, to me 3 days is even unacceptable and extremely unprofessional when you are advertising yourself on Groupon.
This place seem to be affected by covid. They do not respond phone calls, they dont get back to people. Watch out! You may not get the service!
Please for the sake of your own sanity. Do NOT go here for any professional services. This company is a scam. They get you in for one appointment and take your money and then NEVER contact you again. I called repeatedly for two weeks to reschedule my appointment and left 4 voicemails over that period and they NEVER contacted me. I am thoroughly disappointed with everything that took place and this company need to be reported and shut down.
Purchased a Groupon to here for my wife and she has tried to schedule an appointment for over 2 months without a single callback. There are tons of good reviews on Groupon, but not sure how people actually got in to even be able to give a review, so I’m calling B.S. I get that COVID has changed things, but a simple call-back is just common courtesy, let alone good business practice. Lost a client forever and will actively recommend people to NEVER use this place. Now I have a ton of “Grouponbucks” that I have to find a way to use.

I bought a groupon $318. Waited two months for an appointment for them to call me an hour before my appointment for them to tell me they had to cancel because they didn’t receive a shipment on time. Woman on the phone said she would call me back before the end of the day with a new appointment time and never did! Called this afternoon and no answer! Request Groupon refund and because I waited over thirty days to request refund I can only get Groupon bucks credit! Absolutely terrible! Don’t bother with this place!
Had AAA Great Experience!! Donna was my nurse she was so kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to me!I have had Botox done by a Plastic Surgeon before and my results with Donna were much better than the Surgeons!!I highly recommend this Spa and Donna!!

Worse place for hair remove
I was referred by a friend that had a great experience with Botox so I decided to see what they could do for me with my excessive body hair with their lasers. Have to say that it was one of the most professional and well run clinics that I have been to and the Laser really made a huge change in those areas, in some the hair is permanently gone while in others it is greatly reduced. My wife just loves putting her hands on me again!
What an outstanding experience ! The front desk is so friendly and inviting. I had a massage which was fabulous. I felt so good. This was a new experience for me I loved it. Evolution is spotless the most clean spa I have ever been in. I will be back next week and again and again.
I saw the deals on groupon and the reviews on there are fantastic. I called, and it did take a few rings for someone to answer, but the woman I spoke to was very helpful and I was able to set up an appointment for a consultation. I am hoping some of these other reviews inaccurate, but I have already had a better experience than most. Will post after consult and if I decide to go for laser hair removal treatments.
I had a Groupon for this facility. They canceled on me twice within one week (both times I took off from work!). The first was right before the Christmas holiday which was really disappointing. The reason: they ran out of product for the treatment. (Huh?) They just canceled again today due to the technician being sick. They do not return calls timely and I was forced to trade my Groupon in for a different vendor. Though they JUST tried to call to get me in later in the week, I cant take off from work again.
Received excellent service from EMS, Peggy is a GEM! Shes thorough, welcoming, and a wealth on knowledge on Lipo and other treatments offered. I will be returning!

I was called five minutes before my appointment for botox, after having driven 20 minutes and taken the day off, just to be told my appointment was cancelled because their shipment for botox didnt come in that morning. No apologies, no trying to make things better, just an well we have no botox. So unprofessional and not customer oriented at all!

I was always afraid to try laser vein repair, but I wish I would have done it sooner. It was completely painless and worked so well. I love the doctor and staff at Evolution, they are always so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.

After reading all of these reviews, making a call myself to no avail of someone picking up their phone, I will not be calling back nor going to this place. Reviews say it all. If the business cared, they would change this poor practice immediately. No thanks. Obviously they are desperate for business constantly being on Groupon yet not even answering calls? whats the point?. Ill give a proper business my money.
Be prepared to never get to speak to anybody when you call as well as nobody calling you back.Made several 30 minute trips to the office just to get to talk to somebody.Unbelieveably there are several women working the front desk

Staff is wonderful, my biggest complaint is the wait even when you have an appointment.
I called 3 times left messages and still no one has called me back. No one ever answers the phone when you call in as a new patient. I would think the staff would return the phone calls because that is money for services the company is losing. You are losing your clientele and no one seems to care. The reviews on this place are disappointing as well. The owner only replies to positive responses and if he has any sense in running a business, you make changes to how you run your business. Obviously your staff is rude, no calls are being returned and your customer service sucks.
There were some challenges with billing, but they did work to correct and to make sure everything was handled. The tech who I worked with was great!
Evolution Med Spa is absolutely the best spa I have ever been to!The Doctor and his staff provide the most welcoming care starting from Mary at the front desk. They are so knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. I went in their office at a very bad time of my life last year and I can truly say I feel very much cared about from them all. I feel as if they are my friends, especially Farheen she is a wonderful person and definitely a perfectionist in her field and a very companionate and caring woman!!That is a very special quality to keep clients coming back to the Spa!! The customer service at this place is beyond ridiculous. It took me many calls to finally scheduled an appointment for massage, because NO ONE was there to answer the phone. My appointment was scheduled TWO MONTHS out on an early Saturday morning. So I patiently waited. The therapist - Anna called and left me a message 3 days before to confirm my appointment. When I arrived at my appointment, the reception told me that my appointment along with everyone else on that day were cancelled. She also said that the therapist is no longer doing massage on weekends. When I asked why didnt anyone called. She responded that they did and there was nothing she could do other than rescheduling me for a Tuesday afternoon. Seriously, which working parent can do a massage on a Tuesday afternoon?!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! The receptionist was VERY rude! I am usually very understanding and try to be reasonable. But they called a couple of hours before my appointment to tell me not to go in because Sophie the therapist was sick. I understood and rescheduled for 2 days later, we agreed on a time, hung up and put it on my calendar. 5 minutes later, I get a call back that the new date and time will not work, at this point I am disappointed because they had already agreed on this time, but I reschedule anyway. Today, I show up to my new appointment to find out that there is no appointment, the receptionist tells me that its the other girls fault, and she brings her to the front, and she says that Sophie is sick again, and that is why my appointment never came up. They refused to provide the massage, and told me to go through Groupon for a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went in there to de-stress came out way more stressed.
I will never ever go here again. I have to give 1 star because theres not one less. Had botox injections 5 days ago. Bought 40 units through Groupon. Donna was the tech. Was rude and had no clue what shes doing. Ive had botox injections for yrs. Have NEVER been injected below my eye on my cheek bone for crows feet and never bruised. My eye socket swollen immediately, migraine and a total black eye. I still have a horrible shiner. She didnt care.

The staff and Doctor were completely rude unhelpful and downright terrible.I requested services that done I was told I couldn’t receive them when I wanted I was also told that they were better at something done the last place I went to so I should go ahead and try them when I said no thank you may I please get a refund. Thursday was my appointment for a consultation for laser hair removal and the receptionist told me to come back immediately I was then informed that unfortunately thier laser is no fit for my skin she said thier lasers go up to 3 and I’m a 6 I should find another location, I asked so basically you don’t do laser on brown people she said yes Can’t do indians either, Wow I’m only 28 yrs young and have a very large social media platform and already informed them, and was told in 2018 they don’t have lasers for all skin type’s geesh! wake up Call!!, lady’s of Color find another place like Belleza Skin Care institute 💋
Had Botox here and the first time I went in, they only had half the amount that I needed and was told to come back for the other half. Inconvenient obviously but I did return for the remainder a month later and didn’t have any problems at all. The nurse who does the Botox was very cool and I was very pleased with the final results. Will be coming back. Front desk staff was friendly. Dont see why all the bad reviews!
Im so confused by the bad reviews!!I had an awesome experience, I called first and asked questions about the Ilipo and my groupon. Staff was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed. I made an appointment and came in a total of 4x with no problems. Everyone was friendly and ai noticed a huge difference in my tummy after my first treatment. I havent been in since the summer. Im calling today to start going back.
Donna attempted to sell me 40 units of Botox when I have had Botox previously. I only needed 20. I came in on a Groupon so that’s probanly why. She has zero customer service skills. She was opening packages and mail during my consult, while ignoring me then saying I needed 40 units no way would 20 cover it.Well after arguing with me and treating me like I was a moron I got the 20 units. And guess what it was perfect. So don’t go here unless you want to pay for double what you need.
The customer service was excellent. The front desk receptionist was warm and inviting. This was my first time coming to this facility. I was given a laser hair removal and lipo laser gift certificates as a birthday gift. The technician Domenica was very knowledgeable and helpful with my procedure for hair removal. Maria and Peggy set a high standard for patient care with lipo lazer... The presentation atmosphere and A1 customer service was beyond a 10. I purchases 6 more session for myself and my bestfriend... Im hooked!
Had a Groupon deal for laser hair removal. I went in for a consultation and she thought it was best to do my first treatment. The laser was extremely painful but she said it was perfectly normal. By the end of the day I had ugly burn scabs. I called the office the following morning and was asked to come into the office so that they could figure out the next plan of action. I declined any further treatment and was refunded my money through Groupon.
Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!THEY HAD ME COME IN WITH MY INFANT. MADE ME WAIT 30 MINUTES AND THEN TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE BOTOX.I got a sitter for my other son, I drove 30 minutes. And they knew this the entire time.The doctor told me not to be rude and that its not his fault. YEA it is. They knew they didnt have the botox and they didnt cancel.I even called the on my way in to make sure I had the right address and they didnt mention it.DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH YOUR MONEY SPENT AND THIS PLACE WONT EVER HAVE PRODUCT!!! FRAUD!

Great people and treatments
After waiting over 20 minutes for my consultation, the girl decided to clean up her room and do two things at once and do a consult with me because she forgot I was coming in.Then my first appointment, when I got there, low and behold the air blower went out on the laser the appointment before me. No phone call or anything, so I left not getting anything done.First two appointments it seemed as if the same girl quickly ran through as fast as she could.Kept trying to book appointments with the same person, never got the same tech, always someone different even though I asked for the same one.Finally got a tech, who was new, her name is Kayla, but she was very throughout and did a fantastic job with the help of another woman, didnt know her name cause no one ever says it. Scheduled my next appt for one of them, didnt get either of them on my 4th appt. This other girl, who I dont know her name either, turned the laser to the max cause I have not seen any results at all.Came in last night for my 5th appt, only for the receptionist to give me an odd look and tell me they had no appointment scheduled for me. She asked if I would like to schedule one and I said nope and walked out.How much more unprofessional can your office get? I decided to give it a chance after speaking with Mr. Frahm cause he was very kind and agreed to make a deal with me. Dr. Frahm is ok, but pretty much his whole staff is incompetent. No one tells you their name, you dont get scheduled with who you ask for and they treat you like garbage.I eventually got a refund, but advise any and everyone to not go to this place!!!
The best choice i had was to get full body laser hair removal there. First i got the coupon voucher for legs only and i met Racheal White and she went the whole process with me. Her professionalism and amazing attitude let me do the full body not only the legs. I have been going there for 3 years and it really worth it. The only negative experience was Mary the receptionist, she was so rude, never return back the calls and i almost decided to never go there again but Racheal didnt stop apologizing and she called me by herself to reschedule and she will never let a customer walk out with 100% satisfaction! Definetely i recommend Evolution Med Spa for laser hair removal.
I still have one lazer lipo and a few b12 shots left and I never went back. Its been quite a few months and they never refunded my money. I waited to write this review because I dont like to act out of anger. Now thats its been a while I want to say that Im not angry anymore. Now Im just really hurt that I made a selfish decision to spend money on the lazer lipo to lose some inches of fat on my arms and have my confidence boosted. I was lied to about the inches being lost and when I asked why the measurements they took would be different from my general doctors measurements Peggy stated that I had eventually plateaued therefore I would need to target a different area then go back to the arms! At the consultation I was given clear instructions on how many sessions I needed to meet my goal. Thats how many sessions I paid for. I would worry when I didnt feel results but I was measured very quickly so I cant say for sure she lied about what numbers she was reading BUT my general doctor didnt see the same loss of inches actually no loss of inches by the time I met with him But unfortunately by then I was down to only one session.Worst decision, shame on the Dr. Frahm and his wife Peggy. I followed your instructions of diet and exercise! More importantly I followed your wisdom in your title of Doctor. I feel Deceived because the technology doesnt work and I feel like I was made to believe that it would and that if fact it was working but on the contrary. Oh and lets not forget groupon they promoted the discount and didnt care that I warned them about the actual services. Its like once you pay for something youre s.o.l 😣
I Absolutely Love Evolution Med Spa of Naperville!! They took the best care of me; everything from the initial customer service I received on the phone, to the wonderful and professional service I received with the services of Lipo Laser with Peggy, some botox and fillers with MaryAnne, and the help and advice from Dr. Mark Frahm with weight reduction. I couldnt be more happy Ive found them and will continue to be a happy and referring customer.

The woman at the front desk was very rude the mantaince worker kept wiping the blinds down the entire 45 mins I was in the waiting room which was very annoying had lasor lipo didnt notice a different
