Sandra is the most gentle and thorough esthetician I’ve ever had. I’m not lying when I say it was the least painful Brazilian I have ever had and I’ve been getting waxed for years now. I definitely recommend her! The facility is clean and comfortable as well.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Aloha for going on 4 years now. I’ve only ever seen Maggie and she does an incredible job every time! I’ve felt comfortable with her since day 1. She creates an easy going and positive atmosphere that I enjoy my visit and look forward to the next one. Aloha is well worth the 30 minute drive it takes me.

Service was good at first. I have been a customer for a year. Services have dropped off cancelled appointments at last minute do to staff not being trained to do the job. Lack of training.

Booked an appointment for my first wax back at the beginning of the year. They called me back to confirm my name, number, date, and time for the appointment. I get there and they tell me that my appointment was the week before. Told them it was that day and they insist it was the week before. She showed me the number they called to ask where I was and it was definitely not my phone number. I showed her the texts I had received after I booked my appointment. Even with that, she kept insisting it was the week before. They had someone on duty who was between appointments and she asked her if she would be willing to fit me in. She looked so thrilled to be doing so. The rest of the appointment was pretty much a negative experience. They do soft waxing there and it was incredibly painful. The person doing my wax had kind of an attitude as well. Never going back.

I am seeing great results with the laser after 4 treatments. Sandra you ate great.

Ive been a client at Aloha Wax for a few years now and I honestly have yet to find any place as clean, fast, and good as Aloha. I get waxes here and the owner, Lisa, is a seasoned expert who trains all of her aestheticians. I usually see Miranda, who is also quite good. They use soft wax, which IMO has always been faster and less painless. Every time Ive tried a different waxing salon, Ive regretted it. I also like that the rooms are all Hawaiian themed -- how cute! They do laser hair removal here, too so I might try that next.

I have been going to Aloha waxing for the last 7 years and I cant say enough good things about Lisa and her staff. Impeccable service and most importantly consistency. Lisa has trained all of her staff herself and it doesnt matter who you see for your services you can be guaranteed their technique is all the same. Check them out if you havent already done so.

Rude and unprofessional!! I had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 11:30am and I had to cancel due to circumstances changing. Well I couldnt call on Sunday to inform them and they dont open until 11am on Mondays...so I literally had to call less than 30minutes before my appointment to cancel.So I call and a rude woman picks up the phone and says, We usually require a 24hr notice. and as I was saying, Im sorry but I would like to... She hangs up On me! I dont know the womans name and I didnt even bother to call back because it wouldnt have been pretty. I understand you guys like people to call 24hrs in advance but my circumstances didnt allow that. But to hang up on customer is completely unacceptable.**Update**I guess after reading my review Liz called me back the same day to apologize because she said she never meant to cut me off and thought our exchange was over. Which was nice of her to do.

My sister and I discovered Aloha about a year and a half ago. We were always very pleased with the work done, specifically by Miranda. We were willing to drive across town for Aloha. Not until this summer did we have a terrible experience. The first issue we experience was quite horrific. Lisa, the owner of Aloha Waxing and Laser, began to double dip in the wax. Meaning wax touching our face contained the same bacteria from other clients body parts. Can you not spare a few extra sticks to avoid double dipping? The second issue was the way Lisa treated my sister and me. She embarrassed us by telling us to not use such harsh chemicals on our faces, which may I mention are all prescribed topical creams/medicines from our dermatologist. All of these are not listed on the warning and we knew going into the appointment our skin may turn out more red/blotchy. She took it upon herself to express her opinion on the condition of our faces. We both struggle with acne and we did not appreciate the main emphasis of the entire appointment to be on our skin. She told us to cut down on the harsh chemicals. She was blunt and frankly rude. We also noticed all of the other employees wore closed toe shoes. This should be standard everywhere and is only practical. You guessed it, Lisa wore opened toe shoes. My sister and I will never be returning to Aloha because of this traumatic experience. Aloha, you have lost two very loyal customers and we have now moved on.

Sandra is the best person to go to!! I will be returning to aloha wax from now on.

Aloha has a really nice building, responsive/mobile friendly website, and man are my underarms nice and smooth.I got a same-day appointment with Aloha for an underarm waxing and it was decent price and quick and easy to do.

I had been going to Lisa for waxing and had such a positive experience that Aloha was the first place I turned to when I decided I wanted to try laser hair removal. The team at Aloha impressed me more than the medical clinics I also visited for consultations. From start to finish, the experience was extremely professional and positive. During my consultation, all of my questions and concerns were addressed and we came up with a plan for treatments. The laser was turned up in the winter months when I was not tan, and intensity was lowered during the summer when my skin was a slightly darker tone. I had no issues and the procedure was about as painful as waxing - no pain after the session is complete! Ive had great results so far and would highly recommend Aloha to anyone.

Shaving just wasnt an option for me anymore and I was afraid initially to get waxed but the services at aloha are incredibly awesome they make you feel so comfortable and I see Maggie on a regular basis shes fantastic I highly recommend going there for newcomers or for anyone looking for just great services and a friendly environment thats totally professional

I get brazilian, underarms, and lips lasered here. I really love this place, it’s cute with the free water bottles and pleasant employees.For anyone not sure about the pricing, ‘someone I know’ goes somewhere with a Groupon discount where she gets her brazilian done for real cheap—less than $100. She’s been going for 1 1/2 years now and still isn’t happy. That’s TOO LONG to not have seen satisfactory results. I’ve been going for 5 months here and I’m almost done.Be careful where you go if the price is low—the laser is probably really weak and maybe even more painful (cause old lasers were)!

I went to Aloha for laser hair removal, or I guess I should say Im still going there. Lisa was my technician and she was a delight! She has a gentle touch (I had heard laser hair removal could be painful in some areas - not true here!) and is a sweet and calming presence. She and her staff are very welcoming and will do everything they can to make sure you have a good experience.The space itself is also beautiful. Each room has its own style of decor and is (for lack of a better word) very nicely feng shui-ed.In terms of the quality of the service, so far three sessions in on my armpits and one on my bikini line and I already notice a permanent reduction in hair. I cannot make enough heart emojis to express how much I love not having to shave every day! So many thanks to Aloha and to Lisa for making that possible!

Literally have SCARS from this experience. After going at least 8 times to Aloha wax for laser hair removal on my happy trail, I saw little results. At my last appointment, I received treatment that burned my skin - the owner noted that I was a little tanner than usual rather than telling me I was too tan to laser. For the past 6 months, Ive had 25+ circle burn marks/scars/depigmentation on my stomach that will NOT go away. Im even more self-conscious now than I was when it was just the dark hairs - which are STILL dark on my stomach. A disappointing experience and high prices with poor results.

There are imposters... Do not visit this place.. They charge up high prices and poor delivery of services.. Not recommended.. Waxing services are horrible and the worst...if your hair grows back after a week you something is wrong and this is exactly what happened with my wife...So dont go and find another place instead..
