Service was great. I needed someone to come clean an empty house before the new owners moved in. They were very thorough and professional.As an aside, I detest the name “Merry Maids” because I doubt that anyone cleaning toilets is truly “Merry” about it. That being said, the women (I won’t call them Maids either) who came did an excellent job and brought all their own supplies to do a very thorough cleaning of my home. I would recommend them as a quick to respond, reliable cleaning service.

We hired them for the move-out clean service for our client’s property. After 3 hours of cleaning, we come back to the property to check and there were still many areas of the property is dirty. They told us it’s not clean because they can’t use chemicals that’s too strong. The windows still have markers, and the cabinets still has dust. For the amount they are charging hourly $65/worker, with 2 workers working for 3 hours that’s $390. They should be more professional than that.

Very happy with our service. We have the same two ladies come in every time and the house is very clean and tidy. They take care to clean thoroughly and it shows.

Awesome service

Excellent cleaning service. I had a one-time fall cleaning so I was able to request focus on certain areas. Margaret did a wonderful job. She was able to clean things that evaded me, like the mold that was staring on my bathroom sink. She tried different products until it worked. She knew the most efficient ways to clean things. I used to have a regular cleaning service, which was less expensive, but I rather pay more for occasional deep cleans. Recommend highly.

Nice people. Other than that - house still totally disgusting (it was a move-in cleaning). There’s still pubes in the tub from the previous owner, the light switches were all black with grime and stickiness still, and whatever floor cleaner they “used” has a sick vinegar + cinnamon smell. House used to just smell old. Now it smells like that barf powder they used to sprinkle on kids vomit in elementary school. For $260. Stay far far away.

I have a really bad experience with them. There are two ladies who handling customers I paid $475 for first time and one call me said you didnt pay full so next time pay $264 and when they come other lady called and said this time pay $397. What the hell is it there cleaning is sucks they management sucks. Just dont hire them unless you want to trash your money
