I purchased a Groupon 5 hrs of cleaning. They sent two people. They spot cleaned the floors. One of the people sent seemed really inexperienced. She knocked a picture off the wall and broke a paddle off ceiling fan. The company promised to send me $50 for the repair. I havent received it and they dont return calls. They partially cleaned 1st floor and the basement. I wasnt not given a choice on what I wanted cleaned. I would have preferred the 1st floor and upstairs. The workers explained to me they where instructed to do the basement and 1st floor.

I will NEVER use this company again. I purchased a move-in service amd not only were the 2 staff they sent out not good at all, when I reviewed places that needed to be redone, the response was Im only human. How rude is that? That same guy suggested I follow up to complain to the office to have him come back out! The company sent 2 more staff out that did a better job than the first set but nothing like what was expected in the first place. The first set of staff left so many things still dusty and dirty- the bathrooms, windows, light switches, doors, refrigerator. I was completely disappointed and do not recommend.

I have used this company three times. The first time a team was sent out that was worth every dime that I paid for a deep clean. The second time, a team was sent out that needed to be instructed to mop floors and re-do areas that they tried to cheat on...they were so lazy that I called the office to inform that this team was not welcome to return (nope, no percentage off, or other coupon for future use to compensate for a horrible job done). I just paid for a third clean, which was a deep clean, and this team was mediocre at best. The team was present from 1045-315 and they just stopped where they were. Perhaps they had another job? The male who cleaned a hallway bath mustve had an inch of water on the floor - the shoeing had been so saturated it was boggy and cracked. Not all baseboards had been wiped, and more than acceptable dusting was missed. I paid extra for the oven to be cleaned - the oven was sprayed, but most spray was left coated inside. By this time, the male cleaner had packed up their junk and was sitting in the car waiting for the woman to exit my home, so I tipped them (they did work) and got rid of them....I ultimately spent another 2 hours cleaning up the mess that they left me. Oh, and this team was sent based on confidence of the woman who confirmed my appointment....says a whole lot about their quality! Never again. Spend your money (this cost me $300 for a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome) elsewhere.

I had one lady come clean my home for five hours. She was a little late, but did a FANTASTIC job cleaning! I was so impressed that I booked another cleaning in two months. She brought all of her own cleaning supplies and worked the whole time she was here.Very impressed!

I’ve used Euro Maids cleaning services for the past 6 months and have been loving it. They did a much better job than the last cleaning company I hired. They were very professional and attentive. They cleaning crew was in and out very quickly. Highly recommend them!

Could not discourage hiring these cleaners more.Hired for the first time for a one-time cleaning prior to Christmas. The biggest issue is that they put a hole in my 2 year old bath tub (a fiberglass tub). This is a tub I use everyday to bathe my children. My wife and I would have noticed if there was a hole there prior to the cleaners coming. They claim that the tub is very strong and the only way to put a hole in the tub would be to use a hammer. Its fiberglass...these tubs chip and dent easily. Thats why you can buy repair kits for them at Home Depot.In the end they refused to reimburse me for the damages and did not offer to refund any of the charge for the cleaning.In addition to the hole in the tub, the cleaner who was cleaning that bathroom, and one other on the second floor of my home, spent 2 hours doing so...and while he was up there a supervisor stopped by claiming to be checking the cleaners (there were 2) work. I thought this seemed odd. After the cleaners left, the one cleaning the upstairs bathrooms had not cleaned the baseboards of the bathrooms, or behind the toilets. And this was after the supervisor had been checking his work for 5-10 minutes...seems like a big miss for investing that much time into cleaning 2 bathrooms.And getting back to the hole in the tub...if there was a hole there before the cleaners came, one would think that either the cleaner, or the supervisor who stopped by, would have called attention to the hole to make it known that they did not create the hole...and would have noticed it when they were cleaning the tub...

I found them on Groupon and was taken in by the positive and great reviews, let me first off say that I don’t do deep cleaning in my place ( I know I should often ) but I do regular cleaning and I live at this place for 2 yrs and it was time to go, so i looked them up and did my research and decided to go with the move out cleaning although they were more expensive then the others I looked at, but honestly the couple that did the work were very nice and professional and did an amazing job. They were there for 3 hrs and it was sparkling the floors, baseboards etc . I def will look into regular cleaning by them and I’ll highly recommend them. Great job 🙃

Good cleaning company. Would recommend them for house cleaning, they did a good job. I have a 5 bedroom house and it took them about 4 hours to clean the whole house.

Ordered deep clean for our home. They said it would take 6.5 hours. I had some things to take care of while the crew was here so I wasnt home. When I got home, nothing from the deep clean package was done. Doors, fans, stairs everything was dusty. Guest bathroom was not even cleaned. When I moved laundry basket in our master closet floor was dusty. The floor was not washed. Microwave was not cleaned. Anyways it was horrible. To top it off I checked our door sensors and found out they were at our house for only 5 hours, we paid for 6.5. I called and emailed the company. I emailed some of the pictures. No one ever spoke to me on what else needed to be done. They left me a msg saying someone will come to redo it. Another crew came 2 days later. They had only an hour assigned had a list of the things I emailed about. All other things I found later after emailing them was not done. I was expecting them to redo the whole 6.5 hours. Instead they came wiped all the dust, which fell on my clean floors and left. Never again! Horrible service. No one even called after to ask how did the redo go!!!

Great cleaning company, highly recommend them to Naperville residents. I always get complements on how clean my house is. I have them come every other week and its enough to keep the house clean all the time.

When my girlfriend began spending more time at my place, we had a choice… either she clean up or I clean up… since, between the two of us, we were putting a lot more wear and tear on the stove & kitchen countertops to the floors - and, yes, of course, the bathrooms.Since neither of us particularly enjoys cleaning, an idea came to us - how about if we pay one of those services to come in once a month and hit those problem areas. The one condition my girlfriend insisted upon was that the cleaning be “green”. I didn’t exactly trust that this approach would do the trick everywhere, but, after reading reviews online about EuroMaids I was convinced enough to give it a try. They sent two women to the place, and we let them in, described what needed to be cleaned, and went to a movie. By the time we drove back, the EuroMaids were finishing up.They explained all that they had accomplished, and showed us some of the green cleaning materials they had used. We were both impressed. I am a returning customer from years ago. I started using Euro Maids again. Yesterday I had the second cleaning. I thought my house was clean in general before the crews came. After they left, I see how much cleaner my house is. I knew they worked hard in my bathrooms and kitchen, and there were few spots they missed. I mentioned to the office. The crews, Galina and Igor came back with 😊in the evening and touched up what they missed. I definitely recommend Euro Maids to be your house cleaner.

I was working an estate sale in Wheaton, the goal of which was to sell everything. What happened in the process is that whatever wasnt sold was thrown all over the floors, contents of shelves emptied into corners, hundreds of people coming in from the snow tracked slush all over the carpets, and the place was in general ruins. After looking for a cleaning service online I found a coupon for EuroMaids on Facebook. Given the estate-sale-ruins in question, they were helpful and prompt. The carpets were well cleaned, the piles of garbage collected and disposed. On top of cleaning up after the sale, other details such as windows and blinds, years old marks from furniture, and even the doorknobs were cleaned. EuroMaids definitely earned repeat service.
