Ziggys cleaning service is amazing! They came highly recommended by our realtor for our move during the week of July 4. Grace was able to come out the very same day I called to estimate the cost of a move-in clean. The very next day the fast and efficient window crew arrived to make all the windows and sliders sparkling clean. Then on July 4, 2 meticulus cleaning ladies came to work on the kitchen, bathrooms and floors and even the garage. Every inch was disinfected and wiped down. Grace is lovely to work with and even offered some cleaning tips! I will be using them soon and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have used Ziggys for my office cleaning for years. I trust them completely, and they do a great job. Anytime I had a question, the owner was very responsive.

My parents used Ziggy back in the day with no problems so I was confident when I called to have my new house cleaned in June. Unfortunately it cost me $250 dollars and I got sent 2 elderly and I stress the word elderly, polish women who didn’t speak a lick of English. The only thing I can say positive is that they mopped the hardwood floor and vacuumed the carpets although they forgot to vacuum the stairs. I had to clean after they left. Both bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen counters were not even cleaned off. I was so disappointed I wanted to cancel the check and put a stop payment but I felt bad for these ladies my grandmas age. I will never use Ziggy again and will make sure to leave a bad review so no one else wastes their money on this company.

Ive had Ziggys people clean my home at least twice and they did a good job. The two women were pleasant and professional.

Did a great job but was not clear on the price. I was quoted $125 for 4 hours over the phone. I was specifically told they may send one or two cleaners, but the price would remain the same. They were here for 3 hours and charged $150. They said it was because there were two girls. Called and spoke to Ziggy who said they were there for a total of 6 hours. I wont be doing business with them again.

We used Ziggys Cleaning services at work, as well as my home. Whenever I had an issue with service being subpar, Ziggy made a change in maids to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the last maid we used from Ziggys stole prescription medications from closed cabinets in my home, after seeing that I was injured and on crutches, and went through our cabinets emptying the bottles and leaving the empty bottles behind. I reported the incident to Ziggy, and absolutely nothing was done. We changed the locks and fired them. Find another service who is bonded and trustworthy, instead.

I love Ziggys Cleaning Service! I have used him for 5 years then I left Illinois and came back and called Ziggy he remembered me and what a great job they do! They do whatever you need, if you want to stay at home while they are cleaning they do not mind -they clean areas that they do not even charge they just doi it, its a part of their cleaning and way less expensive than other corporate companies Ziggy even has a carpet cleaning service that cleaned my carpets and they look brand new.Thanks Ziggy!
