Their crew of 6 removed from my basement and out my front door to haul away a 400-500 lb concrete/steel 4 drawer vertical fireproof cabinet. I am more than happy I called Ace Junk Removal Pros. These guys came out to my house in Plainfield and cleared out maybe a half of a trucks worth of junk faster than I imagined and swept the area. They were professional, friendly and most definitely respectful. If I had to Id call them again and again.

I love these guys! Ive had them out 3 times in the last few years to remove junk from various projects, and now while moving out. Theyre friendly, helpful, ask about things I havent specifically pointed out, and it seems no challenge is too big (you try getting rid of that old basketball hoop on your own - no way!). Today one of the guys grabbed my broom and swept up the crud on the garage floor too. Awesome service, and the price was right.

I have a house in Ottawa, IL (near Starved Rock) that was filled with just about every kind of junk you could imagine. There was enough to fill a 500sq. ft. room inside, and an equally large pile outside. We contacted Ace and all correspondence went so well that it seemed too good to be true. No similar services wanted to come out as far as Ottawa, and it didnt seem to be in their normal service area, and their pricing seemed incredibly reasonable. But I figured we could give it a shot. We scheduled them for 11:30 on a Saturday morning.The crew of five showed up right on time. They showed up with not one but TWO trucks just in case, which was a smart move because they DID need the second truck. The next part went so fast, that I barely got to comprehend how it all happened. They loaded everything onto the first truck until it was full, switched trucks in the driveway, filled the rest onto the second truck. Then they made sure everything was clean, I paid, and then they left. I checked the timestamp on my payment. 12:01PM. They were in and out in a half hour. It was incredible.I would also like to add that for as fast as they worked, they were incredibly nice and outstandingly professional. No matter what they were throwing into the truck, they didnt bat an eye. I will 100% be using Ace Junk Removal again. I cannot recommend them enough.

We just had the team from Ace come to our mothers home to remove furniture from the home and tons of trash from the garage and sheds. There are not enough stars to rate this team. They were here approximately 40 minutes and had everything loaded. Best deal in the area. Thank you to the team at Ace for making a hard clean out job much easier on us.

I had someone no show, no call on me yesterday and needed some old decking removed from a pile in my backyard before Easter weekend. The wife was not happy about the Easter egg hunt around old rusty nails and wood! Had a small pile of items in storage that needed to go ASAP as I needed to leave town. Called Ace and Chris was super friendly, scheduled a pick up for the next morning. Guys arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and had everything cleared out in less than a half an hour. Man these guys are awesome.I emailed them Friday about a rotting old storage box that was behind our new house. Responded to me within the hour and set up an appointment.Called me Saturday and said they were in the area and could come in 15 to remove it early.They got rid of that nasty thing in under like 20 minutes. AND IT WAS ONLY $75.Was suspicious that there was ants nesting there and sure enough one of the guys told me it was the most ants hes ever seen. These guys were awesome. I emailed on a Sunday evening about a quote for an old double vanity too big for regular trash removal, or for donation to local restores. They responded during business hours Monday, and by later that afternoon theyd already come by to complete the removal! I called Ace Junk Removal this morning at 9 am in regards to cleaning out junk from our basement. Within an hour they had a team at my door, 15 minutes earlier than they said they would arrive. In an hour and a half they had my basement clear, swept and the garbage towering over the top of their truck. They only charged me for one truckload which was not only considerably cheaper than the others I called, but on the lower end of the estimate they gave me over the phone. Normally I dont write reviews, but with the professionalism of Ace and the quality of their work, it was definitely warranted. I will use Ace in the future for all my junk removal needs and recommended them to anyone.

These guys we amazing. We had two major junk loads due to a move to another state. The first we went with bagster through WM, which was stressful, annoying, and expensive. The second we went with ACE. ACEs service was prompt, super fast, reasonably priced, and they also have great customer service. If you need Junk removal you need to go with ACE.

Fast, cheap, friendly! Came and went same day as my call for service. I made it easier for them to load, they made it easier on my wallet! First time I needed junkers for a large project, dont think I will need it again anytime soon, but I would use there services again, and certainly toss the Ace card around for anyone needing fast friendly cheap and reliable service. Thanks Ace!! Fyi folks they really are about 40% cheaper on average then the 1-800 guys. After all it is junk, not like it can get screwed up right? I also feel for just a couple dollars more than bagster you get more room, and its gone same day, plus they load it. Just my advice.
