I’m a single mother and full-time student. My old job recently called me back into work so I am now working full-time as well. My 3 year old daughter didn’t attend any one of her gymnastics classes due to our schedules being busy. Unfortunately, I paid for this session in full. I asked for a refund and was told that they do not offer refunds. As a result, I lost my money. I paid over the phone so I never signed anything, I never agreed to any terms verbally and I absolutely was NOT told that they do not offer refunds. As I called in about this matter I was treated poorly. I spoke with an associate by the name of Karen and she told me the owner, Keith Carter, would get back to me. The owner never called me back. I lost my money and my daughter never got her experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I love this place! My daughter is in gymnastics here and she absolutely loves it and her coach! Would recommend this to anyone!
The only gym I can trust during this pandemic. Even in normal times, they have exceptional class based training workouts.
They dont run the ac even when its over 80 degrees inside and the teachers dont assist the kids or maintain order in the class, its not worth the money, take your kids somewhere else
Miss informed signs.....
My child likes the instructors and has a good time once he gets comfortable. The communication is not great (start and end dates not on website but are listed on receipt that does not have start times which are in the schedule on the website). There was confusion with them moving as to what classes were/weren’t happening and with Covid-19 reopening we did not know until 2 days before classes resumed.
Nice gym and big but when I got to the gym they had no AC on its 87 degrees out . I could not have my daughter doing gymnastics with no AC On especially with covid-19 going on . Bacteria 🦠 grows in hot humid with no ac . Not good
The owner is great, the kids have fun while learning fantastic skills!
