I have really enjoyed my half hour bootcamp sessions with Jenny. She is friendly, knowledgeable and tough but always gives me modifications when needed. I definitely feel like Ive gotten a good workout when I leave.

Jenny, Our personal instructor, always gives us a wide variety of workouts to target all muscle groups. Everything is wiped down after use and kept very clean!

Optimal Fitness has been a perfect fit for me! I’ve been working with Jenny for about 6 weeks now and have seen awesome results! I’ve lost around 10 pounds and have seen an increase in muscle. I love the nutrition plan and the work outs are always a different challenge. Jenny does a good job of switching things up, coaching form, and pushing me to go harder or heavier. I love the private/small atmosphere, it takes away the pressures that a large gym brings. I highly recommend!

During my examination, Dr. Tariq not only matched me to criteria for the condition of interest but noticed atrophy of certain muscles. He referred me to a PT, who taught me exercises that very effectively relieved my pain.

Optimal Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever joined. The personal attention and focused workouts are amazing. Additionally, if you have injuries, this is the place to be. The trainers are super knowledgeable and actually pay attention as you workout to ensure proper technique. The class sizes are super small and allow for personal attention. Both Jenni and Jake rock!

At Optimal they go above and beyond to track your progress, keep you motivated and work with you every step of the way to reach your goals. I have been working with Jenny at Optimal for over a year now, and it’s been a great experience! I like knowing that the trainers are truly educated in the field, with degrees in exercise science. It puts me at ease compared to cookie cutter gyms with less experienced and educated trainers, which can derail your goals and raise the risk of injury. The nutrition is difficult, but once my inflammation and chronic pain were greatly diminished, it became much easier to follow. The workouts are customized to you and what you want to work on, which is another huge plus for me. I always have a lot of fun, and the workouts fly by! I look forward to going to Optimal every week, and would highly recommend it to anyone regardless of fitness level!

Optimal fitness is probs the best training i have ever done. They take special care if u have any injuries or any places you want to work on. They are always very encouraging and fun to workout with. Both Chris and Jen are amazing at what they do. I always end up coming back for training.

I have been working out with Jenny at optimal for the past 6 months. The early morning workouts are really convenient for my schedule so I like that they offer that option. The staff is very knowledgeable and offer a variety of workouts that can work for any needs. It helps me supplement my other workouts, and Ive seen multiple people benefit from their services.

I have been a member of Optimal Fitness for about a year and a half. Jenny has simply been outstanding. She listens to your goals, understands your limitations and shows dedication and personally cares for her clients fitness. Even though I had not made progress for a few months, she was patient and creative enough to experiment. She never gave up on me and continued to motivate me until the changes started coming. I have lost several pounds after we had hit a plan that works for me. After joining Optimal Fitness, the impact on my lifestyle has been measurable and rewarding.

Love this place! One of the important factors for me is that I am able to get along and continue conversation with the people who are training me, Chris and Jenny were awesome trainers and always pushed me to do my best. They were alongside me always making sure I am doing the exercises correctly and fixing my form if need be. This is the place to go if your trying to loose weight and tone your body.

We talk about diet and nutrition and the workouts are varied and push me to my edge....but not too far! I really appreciate the way Brad helps me stay on track and encourages me. Optimal Health Medical Fitness has been truly wonderful for me! Everything from the diet to the workout has been adjusted to exactly what my body needs and responds to, so I know Im getting to my goal as efficiently as I can. The workouts are in a private room, so the pressure to perform at an excelled rate is nonexistent. Finding this place has helped me immensely and Im only one month in! Definitely would recommend anyone at any age to give it a shot!

I never been to any fitness this regular. Jenny is the best. She makes sure you are in right track. She periodically checks the fitness level and tunes the excercise pattern to achieve the goal. I highly recommend this fitness center.

Ive recently used Optimal Health Fitness to get started on a fitness program for the first time in my 61 years. Jenny, my trainer, was great! She was patient and very encouraging, explaining what each exercise was accomplishing, and helped show me what I could do. I was definitely stretched, but in a positive way. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are awesome! I really needed a change in lifestyle but I hate the typical gym format. What Chris and his team do at Optimal is a refreshing way of getting healthy. I have worked with the team at Optimal for 7 years now and I highly recommend the trainers! I have belonged to various gyms of all sizes through the years and this setting is by far the best! The difference is that it is much more personal and medically tailored to fit my needs. Between the efforts of Dr. Collins, Dr. Tariq and the trainers and myself, I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off. I have also benefitted from the natural approach to medicine and the link between the doctors and trainers to help me heal and advance. Give it a try!!

I cant say enough good things about this place and the staff. Dr. Tariq is truly top notch. He is conscientious, compassionate, and really there to help you achieve your goals. He is very attentive and helped me draw up a regimen to accomplish all of my goals. Every time I go in I really feel a drive to push my limits and strive towards my goals. Ive always been a lazy person when it comes to exercising but having been here since it opened, it has really changed my attitude about the entire process.

OHMF offers individualized personal training which includes strength training with weights, bands and TRX as well as cardio workouts by competent bachelor educated personal trainers. They have a personal interest in my progress and make it fun to work out. They also help optimize health and wellness through nutritional guidance.Dr. Tariq, Physiatrist on staff, monitors your progress. He also treats patients for orthopedic injury and pain management. He is very knowledgeable, competent and caring and spends time with you doing a thorough exam and listening to you.Treatments include ultrasound guidance injections. He gets very good results for his patients including me!

A fantastic experience, The facility might not seem to have that much at first glance but you realize that it is a much more straight forward atmosphere where I can concentrate and get my workouts in. Dr. Tariq was very understanding and helpful and I have been able to see some serious results.

Very knowledgeable and helpful training staff. Ive been training with Optimal for over a year and Im down about 30 pounds and have gained strength and learned how to manage my diet. I have a previous sports injury and they make sure to give you the workouts to keep you working without aggravating pre-existing injuries. I highly reccomend Optimal Fitness.

I have tried everything to start a healthier lifestyle and nothing worked. I would do well for a while and then slip back to my old ways. The idea of a personal trainer always terrified me because I was afraid of getting started and failing or having a trainer scream at me that I was not working hard enough. This is simply not the case with Bradley at Optimal Health Medical Fitness. Bradley is a motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has helped me make the changes and keep me excited about the changes so they become habit. I was the first one to tell everyone I know “I hate exercise!” but I actually look forward to meeting up with Brad because he pushes me but still keeps it fun. If any of what I am saying sounds like you then start by calling and ask for Brad. You will not regret it.
