One of the cleanest gyms Ive been to in a long time. Your typical onboarding - locked in for one year and then month to month after that so no big deal there. I especially love the womens only part of the gym. Extremely pleased with how clean this gym always is!!! Everyone is so kind and helpful and such a variety in things to do always makes me look forward to coming!

Just recently got a membership and let me tell you this facility is the cleanest I’ve ever been too in a long time. Definitely feel covid safe. Not only do they have great equipment but wonderful staff. I purchased my membership from Nate. He is just fantastic. He is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. He is very attentive and great to talk with after a good workout! Don’t forget to try their delicious protein shakes. They have a variety of flavors at a great price. (Nate makes the best ones) & I can’t forget about Holly. Who sold my bestie her membership and she is just the same sweet, friendly and very helpful. Hopefully if you go you get to interact with these two. Just amazing staff.

One of the cleanest facilities I have seen in quite some time. Friendly staff and Have an abundance amount of amenities including a movie theater! Laura is very accommodating, she made the whole experience of signing up painless and gave a very thorough tour of the club!

While the gym is filled with great equipment, and filled with a great group of people. The management is bringing this down. I was greeted by front desk worker “Ashley” who took a phone call while I waited to try to set up a membership. She became very rude and vial after I tried to speed up the process. I really like the gym but having someone such as “Ashley the greeter” at the front really turns me off and made me close my membership with the edge.PS - The music is WAY to loud. Good gym, good equipment. It’s a little crowed but every gym is. Only real complaint would be the box jumps are not super stable compared to other gym, but they’re decent. Still 5 stars

Amazing gym, very clean, well stocked with equipment, weights, and lots of cardio equipment! Professional trainers, and a movie theater while you burn fat off using a step machine!

Hours of operation are that of Planet fitness….Had to edit.. even planet fitness closes at midnight. A “housewife” as they call it gym closes later then the one with all the equipment and machines.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM!!! It eats your money! Don’t believe me? Just read all of these common reviews that just so happened to go up all around the same time. This place has been opened for about a year and that’s apparently when it became clear that this company’s intent is to rip off whoever signs up with them.Right after the usual monthly $30 charge for my membership, I noticed an almost immediate $50 charge a day later. When I called to as what that was for, I was told it was for “maintenance” fees?! First of all, what kind of BS is that? Second of all, I received no notification or email of intent to charge me an extra $50. How inconsiderate can you get during these hard times?And after reading from other people that this gym is refusing to cancel, I’m about to look further into getting mine canceled because while did ask the person over the phone to cancel it, there’s no guarantee that the request was actually put in and I would hate to have to get legalities involved.I’ll admit, before this place even opened, we drunk the tea so to speak cause I’m sure I am not the only person who’s gotten ripped off by this place. This is the type of company that would legit deserve a shut down for pulling this slick nonsense with its customers.While it’s a great place to go, it shouldn’t try to trap ppl who want out cause that’s when sh*t gets real.

This gym likes to steal from their customers. They automatically renew memberships here and if you want to cancel you still get charged for it. Not to mention regardless of cancelation you still have to pay a $50.00 maintenance fee. There are better options out there! If I could give this place a zero I would!

My son has been trying to cancel his membership as he’s away at college. He emails ABC financial as instructed and we are continuing to be charged for 2 months now. Having another company deal with the memberships leads to fraudulent charges. Keep an eye on your account if you cancel… he keeps getting shuffled around between ABC and Edge. It’s getting aggravating and ridiculous.

I was an xsport member for ahout 4 years before joining edge. Edge is miles ahead in terms of cleanliness. They also have a ton of open space to stretch and do cardio, they have a spin studio which is amazing and a massage chair with a hydro bed near the entrance. Pretty awesome. I only wish they had a hip thrust machine and a hip belt squat machine. Other than that its almost perfect.

Edge Fitness Clubs are amazing. They are huge, clean, and have a vast variety of the most current equipment. A+ all day long.

2 months back I called Edge fitness to cancel mine and my husbands membership and they did cancel mine. But they did not cancel my husbands membership. Now i see a $50.00 annual charge made on his account. When I called the front desk they say that the request was never made to cancel my husbands membership and if i need to cancel his membership, the call should be made from his phone number. Which company on earth works like this?????? We havent even used their facility even once and they are refusing to make a refund for the 2nd annual charge. There was no notification or email from them that they would renew our membership for the second year and now they are refusing to make the refund. I am angry and really disappointed with their service.

The gym equipment is great. Aside from that the gym quality is horrible. Management here truly is horrible. They are unprofessional, lack organization, and truly make me uninterested to workout at this gym. Do not get a trainer her. Many are either overworked, or horribly inconsistent and is a waste of your time and money. I would advise against going here. Naperville has many better gyms. This gym doesnt offer a safe community feel. It is simply just a business looking for money gains.

Really good gym, if you like listening to terrible house remixes of pop hits at max volume while working out.Theyll call and text you more than an angry ex girlfriend.At least the equipment is decent, and the place is clean.

Good luck canceling your membership even if you do send then all of the proper documentation through email that you have moved. Took over 20 back and forth emails before they finally cancelled me

Facility is nice, but management staff in paticular is horrible. I had signed up and due to some health issues I spoke with Lauren to cancel and she promised to cancel. I checked my account and I was still charged the monthly fee.Update: Still not cancelled and it seems like she refuses to answer my calls. I will be going to the gym personally now.

The gym is nice, but the only problem is that they have the worst music of all time blasting over the speakers. If I wanted to hear a bad rendition of Justin Bieber’s peaches I’d go to an amateur dj, not the gym. On the real though it makes it difficult to work out or even share a headphone with your friends because there’s always a loud obnoxious beat in the back ground. If this was fixed it would take the gym to the next level and I wouldn’t want to switch where I work out.Seriously. Please turn the music down or just turn it off. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way and little changes go a long way.

The gym and the equipment is great. However, the customer service is not so great. I went in in person to speak to Laura to cancel my membership back in June because Id be moving out of state to where no Edge Clubs would be available. I realized in August it was never canceled so I called for Lauren again to check on why it was never done. They said they would get it done, however, I recently checked my bank statements and I was charged again for another month.

***updated below after OWNER response** Horrible experience, in the same way than other has posted regarding management, my wife was no able to cancel the membership, we have gone there several times and nothing, the worse she has not use the gym even one time, she enrolled last year just before the pandemic, when they opened again according to them they gave options but we were busy WITH A PANDEMIC, once we went to cancel in person because we were not able by phone since they outsource to another company contracts, we had the option to either pay hole thing or suspend for two months, we wanted to cancel but no option available to cancel, when we said we did not feel safe coming, and that we understand the contract but we are in a pandemic and we certainly dont want to get infected, they said the only way to cancel is to have a doctors inform that we are not able to go, so basically we have to go to the gym to get infected to ask a doctor for a inform to cancel the membership, just like this type of people you will be dealing with, if you die of COVID they dont care as long as you pay the membership. So far we had to pay the membership without using the gym. Sadly we still have to pay until May to pay an entire year of a membership not used once.***UPDATE after OWNERS Reply*****Thanks for your reply, but I have to say (and Im sorry), that several accommodations it is not true, the only accommodation available is either suspend for 2 months + one more after that, other is to transfer the membership, none of those work; After the 3 months period, WE WERE TOLD we have to pay and no more option is available, if that is not true I beg you (and dare you) to answer and give me your detail information and how to contact you to cancel the membership, we have gone several times in person, we have requested to talk to a manager (that for some reason never available for this type of problem), and nothing, the staff answer is they follow the guide lines of the company and they cant do anything, and that is not possible to cancel the membership. If you do not agree and there is another ACCOMMODATION not mentioned, how to cancel the membership, I beg you to disclose it.

Great Gym, but management and staff is horrible. Covid apparently is not an excuse to cancel a membership. I paid for a 24 hour gym since I work out late at night due to my job. I cant work out there since they now close at 11 but still refuse to cancel my membership. DO NOT GO HERE. Signature Fitness is much better and right down the road!

Lied about reimbursing my membership after I haven’t been able to go due to covid. I’ve been paying for a membership every month and it’s been a year since I’ve stepped foot into this place. Extremely frustrating.

Although facility is decent; edge fitness lacks in transparency, good communication and respecting their customers.I have membership I want to downgrade due to my work schedule which disconnects with the operational hours of the facility, but Edge fitness does not allow downgrade or cancellation of the membership which is not clearly advertised.Horrible customer experience with the brand Edge Fitness.

Clean facility, cool staff, new equipment constantly being wiped. Bathrooms always clean. Great lifters atmosphere to any level lifter.

This gym has everything you need for a great price. Very nice, very clean and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to workout at.

They have everything I need to workout and a pleasant staff running the facility. I cannot speak for other times, but early morning workouts have absolutely no wait time for machines or benches. The amount of free weights the facility possesses is fantastic as I can always find what I need. Keep up the good work!

Women’s only area feels judgment free and is a great service that other gyms don’t offer. This is the cleanest gym I have been in. They have taken great covid precautions

Clean facility, not overcrowded at all even at early evening peak hours. Also Adam was great, he gave me a brief tour beforehand, and added to the overall friendly atmosphere of the place. Definitely check it out if youre in the area!

I love this gym and the atmosphere it has but i don’t recommend taking part of the edge challenge. the workouts are really well but i’ve had two experiences back in november-december with two different trainers that seem to lack the care or concern about me as their client. my first trainer seemed to just lack any enthusiasm when i would talk to her. it seemed like it wasn’t a priority for her to get to know me. i texted her about having to change my schedule around and asked it was possible to change my trainer because of this. didn’t answer me for DAYS so i had to personally go to the front desk and get this changed. i trainer with the other trainer shortly after and it was better. but then for two weeks i could not attend two sessions bc i had covid symptoms and wanted to quarantine until i had my results back. out of now where he texts me and says that the following day i have a session at 7:30pm without even asking me if i was available or finally received my covid test back??? so i went to the session and the following week was going to be the last week of the edge fitness challenge. so i text him asking when our next session is or if i could get that last session even if the challenge is over bc i was quarantine. all he said was “yeah i work tomorrow and i’ll let you know” it’s been 2 months now. i definitely don’t recommend some of these trainers if the majority of them lack being PROFESSIONAL OR CONSIDERATE. never taking part of the challenge again because these people FAIL to answer me as THEIR client. money wasted for poor service of these two trainers who are supposed to help me reach a fitness goal.

Avoid at all costs. i thought my previous commercial gym was bad. false contracts, unprofessional staff, etc.

Bad Customer Service they will try to scam money out of you. and have you under unnecessary contracts.

Wont let you cancel membership during covid19. If you cancel, they will force you to payout the rest of what you owe when you signed up for a 1 year contract.Gym is really nice. It has all the equipment you need for a good workout. The staff are friendly. Place is very clean. Edge cinema is great. And there is plenty of space to walk around.

I wish I could give it six stars! Im not your typical gym rat, but Ive been waiting for months for this place to open. It has literally everything you could want. Classes, top-of-the-line equipment, great staff, amazing shakes (seriously), Edge cinema (with movies and cardi; so fun!), great locker rooms, a Kids Edge program and more. Reasonably priced too! Check it out; its amazing. I cant wait to go to the gym everyday. Seriously!

Company literally has been stealing my money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!called 7 months ago originally to cancel membership do to moving out of the area Membership still hasn’t been canceled also called 3 more times for the months of June July and August each time managers promised to cancel yet I’ve still been charged every month just wondering why is it so hard to cancel a membership for a customer who has never even came into the gym. I find this extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone Edge Fitness you suck sorry but not Sorry

I haven’t worked out yet! Due to me being at work just to see it. Within that time they was super involved and knowledgeable. The manager Laura was with a few clients and the worker Laura was giving me the tour. This place has everything you need and want in the gym. Btw the pic is only a temporary picture of the price.. but it’s so would be worth it.

The Facility is beautiful and I actually loved my experience while I was able to workout pre-covid. But they use a third party company that deals with cancellations and their customer service is horrible. Because of that I wouldnt recommend signing a contract here...BEWARE. Due to a medical issue which I sent them a doctors note stating that I am unable to workout for 6 months or longer...(that is what the contract says you have to have to cancel a membership) They still wont cancel my membership they keep giving me the run around on what the note has to say. Going into it who would think they would give me so much trouble when dealing with a medical issue to cancel my membership especially when I doing what their contract says. WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB!!! Just wanted to give perspective buyers a warning.. do month to month you may pay more but if something happens to you beyond your control you wont have to worry about trying to cancel you membership.

Do not join this gym! They are shady! They do not tell you when you sign up you are locked into a year membership you can not get out of. I was never even informed the gym actually opened they sure do take your money though. Horrible don’t do it! Go anywhere else!

They definitely don’t open at 5:00 on Monday, as advertised. I recommend you hire someone that knows how to arrive on time.
