Any Size Fitness is a great place to workout. Kelsey is encouraging and didnt let me quit at the beginning when it was especially difficult. He worked with me to find modifications that I was able to do and felt comfortable with. And the other people that go here really do feel like family. People encourage each other to be a little better today than you were yesterday! I have worked with a personal trainer in the past and I can honestly say I enjoy this better, I feel like I am seeing better results, I push myself further and this is more affordable!! All around, I am so glad I found this place! And I’ve been able to stay consistent, will all the support, for over 2 years! Thanks Kelsey!
